One thing that nobody is commenting on is that in Spain there were team orders from REdBull for Checho Perez to let Max Verstappen pass, but if Checho Perez had not let max pass and had won the race, today he would be the leader of the world of pilots
Terrible on the part of Redbull to start so early with the team orders and not let them compete.
Whenever team orders happen, they just nauseate me. It is still remembered how Rubens Barrichello yielded his position to Schumacher approximately 20 years ago. Besides, I think having this kind of incidents at the beginning of the season can harm the team in the long term. For example, we need to think about whether Checo would have the same willingness to defend another driver in case Max needs it.
I have always seen Max as the main driver who should be looked to for a place on the podium, no matter at what cost to Red Bull.
That is just how his attitude is: At any means necessary.
Checo is just his defense at the back to block the other drivers from over taking him at the final few laps.
That's how I see the team's of other F1 operate. It's just how the pecking order of formula 1 is.
Perez is Max's wingman and should make way for the one who higher up on the leaderboard with the points.
