I am surprised they did this, usually Facebook isn't against making a quick bit of cash at the expense of shoving ads down their users throats. This is clearly a PR campaign after all the bad press they have got recently.

Regardless it will make bounties more valuable to ICOs as they will not be able to pay for adverts to bring traffic / investors to their webpage. Remember the ban only applies to paid adverts.

Do you agree that facebook banned all that promote ico's and bitcoin?

I think this is good, because Facebook has a lot of people who do not know bitcoin and blockchain, and it's easy to be tricked by some project teams borrowing blockchain technology, so this is a reasonable measure

Facebook must ban all those link of referrals that spamming almost every time in our timeline. This thing  must be prohibited because not all the people are under the world of crypto. I suggest everybody to avoid tagging their friends when posting referrals so it will not affect the image of crypto.

It is fine for that facebok campaign will be remove since it was not really profitable now a days, the amount of altcoins that they are giving at the pay outs is just low and there are so many participants so do not expect to earn a lot of profit.

I agree, there are some projects that are out right scams and if facebook promotes such projects and people get scammed they can blame facebook for promoting scams. So to me it is a great decision by facebook

I can only say that I respect the FB's decision, they must consider many things to make this decision. But is it really wise to ban Bitcoin and altcoin, ICO related ads? I'm not sure.

I think it's a great move from Facebook I am tired of seeing so many scammy ico on my facebook's page, and most of the people on facebook don't have much knowledge about crypto. If you want to promote your ICO then just do it on Bitcointalk.

I agree the banning of ICO's in facebook they are so many ico advertising when you open your facebook account, most of them are scam like bitconnect but sad to say maybe no more facebook campaign for bounty hunters.
Yes your right... All the ico from facebook are scam so it good to be banned it. Because many people are affected if they dont know about it.

Agree or not it depends on what the reason? I am more to neutral that if suddenly facebook prohibits the promotion of ICO without any reason I do not quite agree, but if there is a clear reason like spam or whatever it is I agree, it depends on the facebook itself because they have the right to make decisions.

Facebook has banned all ads related to Bitcoin, crypto and ICO. In my opinion, that decision of Facebook is somewhat reasonable, as more and more ICO projects appear, but there are also many fraud projects. They want to ban the promotion of fraud, protect their investors and users. But I think they only forbid paid advertisements, people are probably still allowed to post about Bitcoin and ICOs

Well, I'm doing a company and pretty much and facebook is working fine and that's not what they're blocking. Although there were a couple of companies where Facebook blocked the page for them. And so, in general, everything is fine

Facebook does not ban user to user sharing and likes of cryptocurrency nor ban a page been made or fan in cryptocurrency group all over the facebook.  What was banned is the paid advertisement of ICO and there is nothing wrong with that. People will still disseminate information about whatever project they like.

I don't think because we can advertise by posting the links but Facebook never banned the cryptocurrency. It is because we are seeing many scam using advertising in Facebook inorder to make most. So for this reason they banned the Facebook advertising.

Facebook banned only the advertisements about cryptocurrencies because there are some ICO that is scam that you can see when you are browsing facebook, specially in facebook android app. Making some facebook pages/groups of about crypto currencies is ok. The advertisements only are banned.

I don't think Facebook Campaign is already over though there are really claims that they can't post anymore advertisement about any cryptocrrencies or ICOs on Facebook. But why is it that i am able to still post and my friends about crypto stuff?

As far as my knowledge is concern, banning crypto currency in facebook was not yet announced since their are many ICO project accepts facebook campaign. Also, when I scrolling in my facebook account their many crypto currencies fun pages promoting their ICO project, so I think their no official rule around this forum.

Do you agree that facebook banned all that promote ico's and bitcoin?

Yes because others peoples are taking advantage of facebook ads for doing a scam ICO. I cant say all ICO but almost 80 to 90% ICOs are scam. This is a good move for facebook team to limit those. But i guess this will bring again another negative impact to crypto currency world.

Well, we have nothing to do if it they want to banned the bitcoin ads and promotings in the facebook. We just accept the rules and their regulation. Maybe if all promotings and ads will banned in the facebook i think there's a big affecting in the price. Market valie of bitcoin because now the bitcoim is still spreading all over the world and not all know about it
