thanks for the input. Keep in mind that the Pinnacle API is a bit slower than their GUI. Anyway, we will probably increase the update intervals for the eSports closing times as they seem to change more often.  I'll let you know when it's done.
Regarding the time the markets are filled with orders is not in our hands.

EDIT:  We create new markets every 10 minutes based on the basic pinnacle feed. It usually takes not more than 15 minutes for the market makers to fill them up with orders.  So you should find every eSport market on Pinnacle after a maximum of 25 minutes.  Did you experience something else?

The syncing with Pinnacle as regards to eSports is rather poor, often doesn't add matches until too late and leaves lines open for too long (and if you try to bet on them, it gives you an error without telling you that it's too late).

Yes, Geeks Toy is a great tool. However,  the BTC trading volume is not comparable with Betfair yet to make it really worth the developing costs, but we will definitely keep it in mind :-).

Indeed, the BTC volume is very low compared to current markets, but the tendency is to increase... a lot; when that day comes you might wanna be prepared and become the market leader.

Good luck with your Site!

yes we have an API and quite a few people are using it already, but we only published a very simple sample client.  https://www.fairlay.com/api/

The possibility to pull out funds early if you have bet on all outcomes will be implemented soon. As most users do not bet on all outcomes this had no high priority so far.
Wow... that is great.  is there any software to help people trade their bets?
For Betfair we have some apps that help us do the trading. the most known is Geeks Toy and there is another one called Traderline. These have a ladder system that helps you buy and sell your bet at different Odds!

I think this is a good opportunity for developers... It would be great to have this kind of apps to help trade Bitcoin sportsbets.

yeah, that's true. However, we do not have a routine yet to merge markets that contain open orders. Anyway we will add an option to hide empty markets (which will be enabled by default) soon to avoid confusion.

There are 2 identical "Next [US] President" events and one "Hillary Clinton next President" event, all 3 could be merged into one to avoid confusion.

Alright - so how our process works in general: all deposit addresses (registered user and anonymous bets) belong to armory cold storage wallets. On our server we have a armory watch only wallet running that should detect all deposits. It runs every 2 minutes over all addresses and checks for confirmed transactions. That means usually the maximum time should be 2 minutes after the first confirmation.

For some reasons we have not figured out yet has armory not detected your transactions. We manually added them. It happened before like every 100-200 transactions that one was not recognized. If you look trough this thread you will find 2 times user asking for it and we already described a similar behaviour. Three transactions in a row is really something new. We are in the process of talking to the Armory team and try to find a solution. If we can't find a reliable solution we will move to a different wallet or add an additional service to monitor the deposit addresses.

Regarding the first bet: Pleas note that if you had lost the bet that we had send you the money back as well. Have a look what happened here: a user send 132 BTC to a bet but the money came only minutes after the game started. So the bet was not valid. He would have lost the bet but of course we send it back. We are not a bookmaker but a marketplace. It is never in our favor to not accept a bet because it will always be between users.

However - we are still very sorry and will put a lot of effort in make Fairlay more robust in the future.

It seems that we did not detect your transaction before the match started and therefor your bet was not matched.  We are sorry for this! We sent you another 50mBTC for the hassle you had to go through.

your errors - you need pay the whole amount not just 50mBTC.

you sent me back 599.50000 mBTC = I guess you chargeback my deposit 600 mBTC, why?

762.5 mBTC - 599.50000 mBTC = 163 mBTC

then you sent me next 50 mBTC and that is why I have to be happy? lol

163 mBTC - 50 mBTC = 113 mBTC

if you not send me rest, you will be scammer.

also now you faking deposit data because I won. If I lost then you would not do that:

As said before: unfortunately we are currently handling lots of transactions manually. Currently the very simple rules is: all transactions over 1BTC are done manually and all below 1BTC are done automatically. As said before it doesn't matter whether the tx. comes from a requested cashout or a anonymous bet.

We will increase the limit for automatic transactions within the next week so that >95% of all transactions will be done automatically and instant.

I won 762.6 mBTC (it's below 1 BTC) | +60 minutes (Resolution date) | NO CASHOUT !!!!

Also: registered user currently do not pay ANY transaction fees.
...
And again - you can even waive this fee if you use an account (also we might soon start to take there a tx. fee as well).

yes but I need to wait a few hours for BTC once I click cashout. Without account I can spend my BTC within 30 minutes after resolution date, so I will stay with anonymous prediction.

There is in principal no different between the speed of a cashout request of a user and a automated cashout request from a winning anonymous bet. The are both handled equally. But of course we let the user decide - we just offer both options. Even the opposite - we think we should make our none account betting more popular. All the user of direct bet always say they love this feature but it seems they are not aware that they could have the same on fairlay with way better odds.

I'm lying to you?
