Thought id touch base to keep you all updated...

It's been a frantic couple of weeks recently with the launch of BlockNet and release of the Bitcoin + FibreLock OSX wallet. The markets have been shaken up a bit, not only for us but across all coins including Bitcoin we've seen a dip. But I'm very confident that we will start to see market recoveries over the next few weeks.

Now some good news for you!

Behind the scenes we've started to make good progress with ZeroTrust, and hope to start in house testing the new technology later this week

The latest shift for the FibreCoin Multipool paid out over 193 FIBRE.

The pool, still needs mining support. Next week will be moving to two payouts a week. Tuesday & Friday.

Cheers!

At least it isn't Bittrex.

After Fibre was listed on Bittrex people moved there at once leaving C-cex without a volume, we can`t blame anyone for choosing the exchange to trade

Anyway we thank C-cex for listing Fibre in its first days Smiley

I just paid my Dish Satellite  bill via coingateway.net, via FIBRE, via BTC, via Dish Network.

Sure, it would be really easy if DishNet took FIBRE (and a hundred other coins) but that is ridiculous.

However, these little things add up to providing value to this coin and this community of investors (volume). Think about using FIBRE through this service to pay utilities or purchase products you would normally use a VISA\MC, PayPal, Google Wallet, etc.

Just a few simple steps to go through the process, but once there all good and can actually save you money if you structure your purchase and payments correctly with the market conditions.

Anyway, just thought I would share some "real world" use going on here with FIBRE and the "Gateway of the Coins"!

hi guys,

what is the roadmap for the month of november? Smiley

Hey , we are working on many things at the same time Wink You never know when Ninja appears again Smiley

Hi All,

I just want to start this update by making it clear, Fibre is not an Anon Coin. We are a Digital Currency targeting the mainstream user that has never used Digital Currency's.

Stage one of our plan was to first capture the Crypto Community's attention, we chose to do this by implementing end to end privacy at a pace never seen before. I also believe that to target the mainstream you must be able to offer users the best experience. Ease of use, flexibility, accessibility etc

Fibre ZeroTrust © Transaction Privacy design brief

In the current design which is based on the open source XC mixer revision 1, there are some designated mixer nodes on the network that handle the mixing requests between client and destination. Transactions are split up into multiple smaller ones and then send either via one or two mixers then onto the final destination. The issues with this is that each of the smaller transactions are logged on the mixers and on the blockchain before being sent to the destination address. Potentially with a lot of hard work and forceful access to the mixer nodes the original transactions could be traced back eventually. But someone would have to be very determined and have full access to all the mixer nodes!

The new Fibre ZeroTrust design aims to get over this by uniquely sharing transaction information between multiple mixer nodes on the network fully decentralized.

The flow goes like this:

Once a mixer node has picked up the mix request, it immediately shares the transaction information with other mixer nodes on the network. This shared transaction information is never unique to any specific mixer node until enough information has been shared between nodes to build up the full request. Then which even node has the final request information handles the transaction into the blockchain. There are safe guards in place to unsure that the mixer node receiving the initial request will never be the node that sends on the final transaction to the blockchain. Shared transaction information is never stored on the any of mixer nodes that handle the transmits and receives, as this is handled at an additional application layer above the blockchain processing. All that's registered is that one of the mixers sent a transaction to a destination address which was registered on the blockchain. If anyone were to gain physical access to the mixer nodes they could not trace back where the original sent transaction came from, as it's registered in the blockchain as coming form a single use address on the mixer to a destination address on the network.

One of the new mixer requirements it to enforce its usage over the FibreDark (Tor) network so that mixer nodes will always be registered behind hidden services nodes, regardless of the IP address they physically sit behind. This makes it easier to setup and manage mixers on the network. There will also be other minimum requirements to be set out in the near future.

Please note more details and marketing material to follow.........

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>UPDATE<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Hi Guys,

Please see the below Road Map that outline the next stage of development. Revision 2 brought a fully anonymous solution to Fibre, Revision 3 is all about accessibility and Revision 4 will be targeting adoption.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>UPDATE<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Hi All,

We have decided to hold back the Revision 4 Roadmap, as we do not want anyone to steal our ideas. We will release the Revision 4 Road Map when Revision 3 has a certain release date.

In the mean time we are releasing our Core Development Road Map, which will be delivered alongside the Revision 3. The main focus of the core development is to increase adoption and our exposure.

people bought fibre to get the 10% discount. when that sold out they probly cashed out to btc to get in since that was the only option. good time to get cheap fibre. I am a little worried though now that its out that XC sold their premine, that doesnt reflect well on blocknet or fibre. I hope you guys have a system in place with blocknet to not give XC too much control because at this point I dont trust them at all. I dont want their poor decisions to hurt fibre or block.

Don`t worry , we won`t let hurt Fibre Wink All participating coins are equal and have the same rights , there is absolutely no central control

We can`t tell other devs what to do with their coins though

We are focusing on Fibre of course and as you can see not many were exchanged to Block Wink

Yea I think misconceptions about how the 10% discount would be offered may explain the drop. That being said, the activity preceding the price drop on bittrex almost looked like an intentional price suppression. I ton of (presumably fake) buy support disappeared right before the large dump. What is clear is that the price drop had nothing to do with fibre itself, which means buy in my eyes.

yep i saw that. i even know who was doing it. all i'm going to say is it's good for fibre that they are interested. we will leave it at that.

Very interesting. Does this mystery mans name rhyme with pontasfumps?  Hopefully they plan on getting into fibre for the devs and community and not to try a p&d.

If you know these people, please ask them to read about Fibre and its potential before starting Cheesy

Thanks Smiley

no it doesnt ryhme with that lol, and they arent P&D folks at all, just the kind of investors we want really. it's good, if they are buying then they see the potential here and i know im in the right coin.

Great to hear Smiley thank you for this
