I don't have information about the last World Cup Brazil had but as far as I saw in the past World Cup games, Brazil never missed a World Cup and even if they were in a bad situation but Brazil played in the World Cup and even in the next world were going to see in the 226 I think Brazil will not miss this tournament because even in the worst form of Brazil, they can still have a great chance to be in the world cup.

The damage still isn't too big for Brazil to get it repaired in the next couple of games, but I am sure that the team now understood that this is not like a holiday trip for them to travel across South America and win the full three points every game. I thought that their standing in the table would be much better than it is after six games, but I think it is more the trend that is concerning than the trust that they are strong enough to qualify. The trend really looks ugly for them. It should not be forgotten that last time they qualified with zero losses!

I still believe Brazil have got a good chance at qualifying regardless of their loss against Argentina, after all Argentina is a small team either, Brazil still gat some good players and their team strength is still such that can be seen to be reckoned with but then their chance is now smaller.

Argentina is definitely qualify for the world cup, so far their performance has is really good and shows their readiness for the world cup, it will be out of place if they fail to qualify for the world cup as the defending champions of the title but I doubt if they will be able to keep the cup, it's most likely by the end of the world cup a new champion may emerge as other countries are really bracing up to winning the world especially the major host (the united states).

Well, yes and no, because in the past was even worst i think, in the 1980 for example Colombia was a meme national team and now is a very strong national team, Venezuela until 2010 was also like a meme and now, they lose but they can fight in the matchs, so is a big improvement, this goes also for a few others, the only one who doesnt improve was Bolivia.

I still think that it is not going to be all that difficult for them, after all we are talking about Brazil here. Yes they are not doing great, and yes they are looking to change their manager (ancelotti may take the spot) but that doesn't mean that they will keep doing terrible. They will do fine and I bet that they are going to be in world cup without a doubt. It should be noted that they are good enough to beat everyone else from here on out and they can go there. I know that some people have seen the bad momentum and they think that people will lose, but that doesn't mean that they will keep on losing forever, it is going to be quite difficult in the end.

I hope that we could continue this work and bet on them to win. I will personally bet on them to win all the remainder of the games because I believe that they are going to make a great profit, and that should not be an issue for them, it should be easy money for me hopefully, unless I am wrong and they lose again.

Honestly, I believe that Brazil may end up in top-4 once the CONMEBOL qualifiers finish. If by some chance they end up as 7th team in the tournament, then they need to play the Inter-confederation play-offs. But at this point we doesn't know who will be their opponents. As of now, FIFA hasn't revealed the draw for the playoffs. That will be publicized only after the first round qualifiers are completed. Anyway, irrespective of whether they are going to qualify or not, things are not looking rosy for the Brazilian team.

Brazil is still a good team. There is a lot of negativity recently towards their national team due to their loss against Argentina (1x0), however the game was pretty balanced if we look the statistics. The only considerable difference was regards fouls which Brazil commited much more than Argentina, what is quite ironical, since during the golden days of Brazil, it was Argentina to be considered an aggressive team on the field.

Also, keep in mind Argentina is the currently winner of World Cup, so naturally it must be really hard to play against them. If Brazil was doing so badly, I think the result would have been worse for them, just like when they played against Germany and took a 7x1 during the World Cup of 2014, at home.

Op you are right Brazil is not doing well right now. The five-time world champions have not won a title for 21 years. Then the Brazilian team is not performing so well in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. Because of this, there are concerns about Brazil's participation in the 2026 World Cup. For a long time, the Brazilian team was at number three at the top, currently the team is at number five in Brazil. I have never seen a Brazilian team in such bad condition. The journey of being great in football isn't just as easy as many may feel it is, infact it's very much obvious that there are hurdles that needs to be overcome. Even though it's very much likely that things may change at some point, but the dream is undying. There's definitely a or some reasons why people settle for football, first may likely be for the fun of it, there the passion for it takes the major course and the resilient spirit too being inert. They keep up the struggle because there's this zeal to enjoy what football as a sport meant. Every youngster would always have that in mind then inwardly projecting himself in the affluence lives of the players and then there is a new reason which balls around the financial gain from it.

 No one wants to be a suffering player, everyone wants to earn from it and even earn more from the tournament bonuses. In all, there's this push and driving force to making a life out of football, how beautiful the sport is, it's still also tagged to be the best in all, it's literally a sport that brings all kinds of people together in harmony and definitely more and more young players with greatness quest will arise.

It's very surprising to see that after six games played in the CONMEBOL FIFA World Cup Qualifiers, a big team like Brazil is lying in the six position behind teams like Columbia, Venezuela and Ecuador. Another big team in the CONMEBOL that's not living up to expectations of football fans is the Chile national team who's currently in the 8th position. That been said, I don't think that there's anything that's gonna stop Brazil from reaching the finals of the FIFA World Cup in 2026 because they have all the quality players needed to easily qualify for football's biggest tournament in 2026.

I think Brazil is capable of performing better compared to what they have been doing. I also think that so far they have been facing pretty decent opponents as well. No, I do not think Brazil is going to miss the World Cup. But you never know. Something crazy might happen. People also did not expect Italy to miss the World Cup. But they did. I am not saying that Brazil is going to miss the World Cup. But there is definitely a chance for back to happen. Even though the chance is very small. And I absolutely agree with you that there is no chance for complacency.

I think difference level national team between UEFA and CONMEBOL zone due Brazil need finish above six standings place automatically will qualify to world cup. But not make it easy after three consecutives matches loss and Brazil have wake up upcoming match next year for securing their top six position place. Have many points gap with Argentina on the first standing and must have won for several matches later if Brazil keep on the top position behind will make difficult under 7th standings will get playoff round.
Brazil next match against Ecuador but still very longer time, hope any player still injury will get recovery and already for the upcoming match and bring back Brazil to the top standing as possibilities with 2nd or 3rd placed.

There is only a remote chance that Brazil will miss qualification. Because from this time onwards CONMEBOL is being allotted a total of 6.5 spots in the world cup. So out of 10 teams participating in the qualifiers, 6 will get direct qualification based on their standing in points table, while the 7th ranked team need to take part in Inter-confederation play-offs. At this point, Brazil is at 6th position. And I am sure that they will improve their position once the tournament restarts by September 2024. But there is no room for complacency. All of the participating teams are very strong in CONMEBOL.

@Leviathan. 007 Brazil should be careful not to repeat the mistakes of Italy otherwise in coming year’s they’ll be absent from the World Cup and personally I never got over the news of Italy missing out hence can’t see a World Cup without Brazil ever. Furthermore the gap exists because Brazil player’s play in important leagues and if other countries want to close the gap they need to try and get their player’s to play in big leagues to gain much needed exposure.

Everything doesn't go smoothly, they have to go through many obstacles and also very tight competition because so many children and teenagers are trying to become great players so that in the future they can join big and famous teams.
But all this is done not solely for achievement and popularity but also about the money that can be earned as football player.

I think this will be the world cup of Uruguay. They always play very well, and they seem to be doing great in this qualifier.

Venezuela has an historical bad reputation, but they managed to draw with Brazil. I actually think that Brazil might end up 7th and therefore out of this world cup.

That's going to be historical as it would be their first time to not qualify.

Regarding CONMEBOL, I think the gap between teams like Argentina and Brazil to really huge, and this can show all other teams in this federation are not at the same level as teams like Argentina and Brazil. However this time brazil was not not performing well enough.
 

Football and it's concept currently are far more opposite to it's concept before now. We'd testify that football back then was much more fun and intentional than it is now. The legends made football beautiful, the football bodies doing their best to ensure that the well being of players are in check, currently no one is bothered about anyone.

 The football body has in itself as much corrupt acts as can be numbered. The whole intention of football has been drifted from being a fun and leisure game while earning from it to a game where the earnings come first before the fun and passion for it, no offense meant but FIFA as a body are now focused more in the money to be earned.

 They take away the fun of it, make impositions that'll favour them and their pockets and leave aside the welfare of players and teams. Nothing else bothers them as long as they get the quota allocated to them. There may not be a change to the view of football in this present time but one just has to understand that the context has definitely been altered.
