Regarding Brazil, unfortunately they don't have a new star to replace Neymar, they have good players and that's true (Raphinha, Vini Jr, Casemiro, Richarlison and others).
The Brazilian national league (Brasileirão/Copa do Brasil), it is weak compared to European teams, but there are good teams that always stand out in Libertadores and Sul Americana, Sao Paulo, Palmeiras, Flamengo, Corinthians, which are some examples.
For the next World Cup maybe Germany can still survive but I can't say too far.
Previously, Berazil was a country that was able to produce talented footballers and could make a brilliant career in the Europa League, but for now it only looks almost the same as Germany.
But in terms of football development, for now Germany is superior to Brazil and this is a disappointment for Brazilian football fans because they cannot expect much from the Brazilian national team.
If Brazil and Germany meet in the next World Cup I think Germany will be superior in terms of players even though the World Cup is still about 3 years away but if you look at the development of football from the two countries it is clear that Brazil is far behind Germany.
That's the reason of why in Germany we have much more stability than other countries like Brazil, in Brazil they have many talents and young players but unfortunately, the management system is not good enough and usually, the talented players can't grow and use their talents for their country
But because of the system in Germany, they try to pay attention to the younger player and that's why compared to all other teams, usually we see teams like Germany have more stability.
