Yeah with the increased number of Nations playing there, it will be definitely interesting but they have to do better than what Qatar did in 2022 World Cup. Here we have 3 countries to deal with security issues in the first place but also improve infrastructure and the movement of ten thousands of people each time. It will not be easy.
For the USA, soccer come in the second place for them after the American football even though they already hosted an old version of World Cup but this doesn't help to make it the best game there. This time it might be better since US team is way better than what used to be.

It doesn't matter which country will host the next World Cup. For Lionel Messi, he is vocal that he will still play in the upcoming World Cup because their team is the defending champs and I strongly think that it will be his last dance regardless of the result. Some are viewing it as a speculation because nothing is guaranteed for now as there are still few more years to wait and I cannot blame them because I also have the same view about the matter. For CR7, he is also vocal about the upcoming Euro Cup to be his last dance because if he chose to play towards the next world cup, he will be more of a liability rather than an asset to the team as he is much older that Messi.

Actually, I think I already read somewhere that Messi stated that he would like to play in the next World Cup, but I don't know if it was his real statement or speculation.
However, I think it is obvious how much it means to both Messi and Ronaldo to play for their national teams and if they are physically fit and healthy in 2026 and continue to play football at a high professional level as they are now, I am confident that we will see both Messi and Ronaldo at the next World Cup.

We should not wait to see Messi announce something about his retirement at this time because the Messi we know is far from getting announced about getting retired.
