brazil is lacking experienced players in cups, players like Vini Jr, Rodrygo, Endrick may even perform well at their respective clubs, but when they arrive to play for the national team, they don't deliver the desired results, sometimes even playing poorly. How to explain this?

The only experienced attacking player in World Cups that we have is basically Neymar (I don't remember anyone else), Neymar plays with desire and determination, but he is knocked down a lot due to his physical size being easy to knock down. Players mark him, especially in cup tournaments, in order to get him off the field at all costs.

One thing is certain, brazil without Neymar in the World Cup is basically extremely difficult to reach the final stages of the World Cup knockout stages.

Brazil does lack good players in some parts of the field, but the team that they have should still be capable of a lot. What they lack right now is a good manager, and that has been the case since Copa America 2021. Their manager back then was Tite, who had no real tactics. He was still kept for World Cup 2022, and after their miserable failure, he lost his job.

Since then, Brazil's Football Federation has been unable to land a proper manager for the team. The Brazilian national coach right now is Dorival Junior, who has no real experience in top flight football. He does not know how to get the best out of players like Vini, Rodrygo, Paqueta. This is what made Brazil look so bad in all of the Copa 2024. If they don't get a better manager, the suffering will keep on happening.
Brazil should look for a better manager in the future, Dorival Junior doesn't seem like the right person for the job, failure in the Copa America is a benchmark to see his ability to manage a team. Expectations for Brazil are still quite high in every competition, they actually have good players in almost every line, it would be a shame if they continued to experience setbacks due to appointing the wrong manager. Chaos in the Brazilian football federation may be one of the causes, the continuation of the World Cup qualifiers in the future is an opportunity to start over better.

The upcoming 2026 World Cup event is the biggest challenge for Brazil, with the right manager they can achieve the targets they want to achieve. The current failures in the 2022 World Cup and Copa America must be turned into valuable experiences, they must find a solution to regain the era of glory. The last time Brazil reached the World Cup final was in the 2002 edition, and they managed to become champions. It cannot be denied that Brazil suffering and setbacks will continue if they retain Dorival Junior.

I think Neymar is the only player left from the old era. Brazil is famous for its jogo bonito game and that is what makes Brazil so interesting to watch. Football tactics have changed but I think Brazil have really lost their magic. Currently Brazil has failed in the Copa America and that means they will not be favorites in the 2026 world cup. I can only hope that Brazil can perform better in the 2026 world cup even though the problems experienced by the Brazilian national team are actually very complex. They have no regeneration and their football federation which is known for its corruption makes Brazilian football even worse.

Yes, a good coach really makes a big difference, as he is the driving force and motivation that the team needs.

Many agree that a coach like Abel Ferreira or Ancelotti would be ideal for the brazilian team, they took too long when Ancelotti was flirting and now they have lost the opportunity for a European coach.

I'm not optimistic about brazil in the 2026 World Cup with its current performance and I think 2 years is a very short time to re-stabilize.

Looking at Brazils performance in the Euro And copa America so far, I would want to think differently in that I'm now supposing we were wrong about them because of the little imbalance that was obvious amongst the team in recent times, I want to believe that Brazil could even get to shock the world in the next world cup games if they can keep up or better still improve their performance.

I never saw it coming that Brazil was going to have such interesting performances as they did in the tournaments hey happened to participate in recent times, but the interesting part have to be in that they have been able to get to prove that they are not to be taken for granted m

Today brazilian players are worried about which haircut is best, tiktok dances during goal celebrations... the result of this is players incapable of taking well-done penalties. Until 2006, brazil's national team was a terror on the field, a goal-scoring machine and plenty of stars even on the reserve bench. No one wanted to take brazil to play, as victory was almost certain for Brazil.

As long as the CBF insists on putting in charge coaches with outdated methods, always calling up the same players who only do shit and also serving the interests of sponsors, brazil is screwed!

When I see those nostalgic videos from when the brazilian team had Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Roberto Carlos, Lucio, Kaká, Adriano Emperor, Juninho Pernambuco, Romário and so many others, it makes me feel sad because of what we find today.

Obviusly Brazil can come back super easy on tracks, because they already have a huge mass of super talented player, Vincius Rodrygo and the new Endrick can make a party if they want, but until now they show nothing for brazil.

The main question now is. Neymar is gonna be or take part in the next world cup with Brazil? In this cup they really need him.

This won't be as easy as you think. Teams like Germany and England are trying to hire young players in the league and they will try to let the younger players grow and use these talents. While I think in Brazil they didn't do that from the start and they just believe in traditions where they think they have to just use Brazilian coaches who can damage the team.
I think Brazil can start the process of getting improved if they decide to change the strategy of managing the team.

Currently Brazil team performance is disappointing everyone, their team performance is not good. Brazil are the team with the most titles in football history but their current performance looks like they may never win the FIFA World Cup. When Ronaldinho, Roberto Carlos, Ronaldo played together in the Brazil team, it was their golden age. Since then most of the players in their squad have not performed well except Neymar.

Everyone knows Neymar Jr. is a great player but he has more injuries than matches due to which he is inconsistent with his team. I think the Selecao now need the right players for the number 10 and number 9 jerseys who can light up and put in match-winning performances. After winning the title in the 2002 FIFA World Cup, the Brazilian team could not perform well in any other FIFA World Cup.
This happens time to time. We should realize that we are talking about a team that is not doing all that weirdly, it's normal for them to have a situation where it is going to take a while, and I think Brazil has a period where they are just not that good at all. You can't expect a team to be great for centuries, they will always have bad periods here and there, which was theirs this season, and I think they will get better with time.

This is why I believe that the best way to go with this situation would be just focusing on how to get better, and ignore the current situation they are in right now. The greater the benefit the better for them if they keep figuring out the issue. Argentina is great these days and they will be the one who will win it, but even Uruguay is better than Brazil if you ask me.

I've been following the national team since 1996, I saw Romario, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Rivaldo,... seeing Brazilian Team today is a total displeasure. Too bad.

Oh, Ronaldinho's times were amazing... He was making a really great duo with Neymar those times as well.  Smiley  Football was way better to watch then because we were able to see some really good skill shows in it too.

But these days they are killing it with boring set of tactics.  Sad  I wouldn't like to say every team is like that but most of them are. For example wingers aren't the same anymore. We aren't watching them using some skill moves to get past their opponent. Thankfully there are some players like Yamal growing who likes to play old school about it.

Anyway, about Brazil's future I can't say I see it bright. They still need to put a lot more effort into it. There are skilled players but not a good team chemistry I'm afraid.

Lolz. But we pray that they should do well in their next matches. NFF (NigeriaN Football Federation) is planning to bring back the former Super Eagles coach Jose Peseiro back to the Super Eagles before the next matches but I see that move as a disgrace because you sacked the person because he was incompetent to coach the team but now that there is nobody to coach or head the team and you are going back to abandon or sacked head coach to come and lead the team. Do you think the person would do well? I still  not believe they will qualify in the forthcoming world cup qualifiers.
The Nigerian Football Federation is just confused. They recently sacked Finidi George after a few months and want to bring back a coach they sacked recently. I don't know why they think Jose Peseiro is the right coach for the Super Eagles. The main focus of the Nigerian National team is to qualify for the World Cup and I don't think the Portuguese football manager will give them a guarantee. He would claim that his past sack reduced the chances of the team to qualify, so he shouldn't be held responsible.

Many coaches are in the market and can be bring the desired impact. I will prefer they gamble with Emmanuel Emunike in this qualifies for the World Cup. He would be cheaper and more effective than Jose Peseiro. NFF should know that Jose was not a fantastic coach so there is no need to bring in an average coach.
Since they don't have direction then after Jose peseiro and if he didn't do well then they will bring back Finidi George again. A confused leadership with confused NFF. Even the coach who led Benin Republic to win Nigeria was coached in Nigeria and they sacked him. Jose Peseiro to d he comes, Nigeria will still not qualify because the foundation to qualify in the world cup has been destroyed and to amend that road is not easy. The problem with Finidi George was too much enemy in the club. The good players which he would have used were abandoned because they have issue with him from one thing to another. And now he has created another one with Osimhen. We just pray Super Eagles play the final with other qualify team.

It's like Endrick said in another recent interview: 'some brazilian players could be already on vacation (from their european teams), but they have come here, because it was their dream (to play and win Copa America). And they have been training here for 30, 40 days, under the sun'.

For many people it sounded like brazilian players consider they are doing a favour or sacrifice by playing at the national team, having to train under the sun for another month, while they could be already on vacation.

If that is what happens, they really don't care about anything at all! If we read between the lines we will see they were actually concerned about their vacations since the beginning, at that is all... It's contradictory, though, that in the past soccer players had much inferior wages, but played more passionated, compared to nowadays where players have huge paychecks, but don't display any passion for what they do.

Exactly! the players are thinking about holidays and serving their clubs, watching some players playing for the Brazilian team is disgusting, there's no blood, there's no determination, there's no desire... The coach should see this and never call up these players again, bring others who want to play... but don't... insist on these parasites who only serve to use the national team as a showcase and get better contracts.

The way the Brazilian team has been playing, it is entirely possible that they will not even be able to qualify for the next World Cup.

Semi final matches are very tough for the teams which team qualified for semi final. But we enjoyed semi final of Argentina national football team match with Canada team. But Canada team could not do any single goal in the whole match as was expected. But Argentina Football team fulfilled the expectations of their fans because there are millions of fans of Argentina team in the Whole World because they performed well in all tournaments and always a winner. So people like to watch them when they play ,  Alvarez did first goal of the match and that time was great for the team because Alvarez did his duty and now other players had to play well for team to win the match. Other players also gave their hundred percent and we saw team work because they were struggling to qualify for final and after that Messi did second goal of the match and match bent to Argentina Football team side and after that no goal happened by any team and we saw excellent competition in  this  match.

Basically Brazil team is losing with any team now, their performance is so poor that they are very likely to miss the FIFA World Cup qualifiers this time. Because the five-time World Cup winning Brazil team is now so weak that it has never been eliminated from any World Cup in the past, but is likely to be eliminated in this World Cup.

Because despite their reputation in the past, they are now performing so shamelessly and fans are getting angry at them. The Brazil team is weakened by the absence of key star Neymar. However, if Neymar returns to this World Cup, then the Brazilian team will definitely be able to perform strongly.

Brazil in the Copa America is undefeated. They are on second place at Group D, with two draws and one win.

I think people just like to hate Brazil, but in reality, they are one of the best teams around.

Brazil will clearly qualify for the world cup, and maybe it will end up winning it again, as they have done for 5 times already, the best record in the world.

They lost and I didn't read anywhere talking about dismissing the coach, talking about hiring a foreign coach with great experience, talking about giving power to the coach. nothing changed even with defeat, so don't expect something good to come from Brazil in the next 2 years, it will be the same thing that has been seen, they will have difficulties to qualify for the world cup, and even when they reach the world cup they will have difficulties to move on to another stage and not win the World Cup. You can't be optimistic when you don't see concrete good changes
Today I watched an interview with former Brazilian national team striker Romário. He said exactly what you said and he also added that today's players don't value the World Cup as much as players did in the past. Today they only use it for marketing and to get good contracts. Players don't give their all on the field like they used to. In fact, sports seem to have taken a back seat. If they win, that's fine. If they don't, that's fine too! It's like: it doesn't matter.

I think this is for the continent group stages of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. In the African Continent, Group C,  Nigeria will not qualify because their performance is very poor in the time. At least they qualified to play the group stage in the world cup but this time, they will disqualified in the qualifiers stage.

Rwanda, South Africa and Benin Republic has the highest points of 7 each while Lesotho has 5 points and Nigeria 3 points then Zimbabwe has 2 points.

Quite alright, we can not justify the underperformance of Nigeria in this world cup qualifying but it's also difficult to predict their final position in the table. There are still many games ahead to play which we are not sure of the outcome yet. It's too early to make conclusion that Nigeria can not qualify for the 2026 world cup. I know it will be difficult but it is very possible mathematically to qualify.

Nigeria only need to win all their remaining games in this group and the chance to qualify will be revived. Nigeria squad is capable of beating every team in this group if they have a good couch who can manage the squad effectively. I think there is no motivation from the couch because it is very obvious that Nigeria is not playing this qualifying game with the same spirit they used to play AFCON. Until it is all over, there chances is not completely dashed.
It is very unlikely that Nigeria is going to win all their remaining matches at least From the way I've seen them play, I don't think they have hope to qualify for the world cup. The last match they played resulted in the resignation of their coach finidi George as the NFF raised a lot of concerns, up till now I don't even think they've been able to put themselves together to have a new technical manager for the next qualifying game they to have to play. Nigeria literally drew all their first leg encounter, I don't know how sure their going to win the remaining games they have without a draw or lose.

Left alone with me and with the results on ground, I doubt if they are going to scale through this qualifiers stage being almost at the bottom of the group with just 3 points, I know that this is football anything can happen, but for the Nigerian case, it will likely take a miracle.
Lolz. But we pray that they should do well in their next matches.
