Well i moved all back over to SIGT tonight, i noticed that Nicehash placed it back on their site for mining (i think you could still mine it), but the rental side was disabled for a day and half.. now its back up and running...
They also got added to novaexchange and few others today, so it seems the drama of the dev turned out to be someone "Claiming" he was a dev on the team, which was more of a PR guy... and the actual real team as dumped him now, because he was doing some shady side deals or something.. idk the full story yet, the actual devs have not released any official news that i know of, all i know is crowstech was banned from the official telegraph group. Also there was new news today about bittrex moving on with the possability of adding them, just unsure when... which is all greatful news, because i was looking for an out on my coins... have just over 220k in stake with about 100k of that bought around 1715sat as my highest buyin...

Just a little word of advice on the new TPruvot 2.2 miner, it seems that it attempts to force very high intensity on the gpu/cpu's, thus causing a lot of instability, but i found if you keep scaling back adding the intensity manually you can find the point at which your hashrates actually start dipping, like i was able to reduce my intensity nearly 3/4's of a point before hashrates made any real changes, so i was able to gain stability from this greatly on my rigs. This new miner bumped my average up to the range of 51.73 to 55.10MH/s per card @ 70tdp on all gpu's, with most hanging around the 52Mh/s mark

I split my coins after BCH.  Is it adequate to delete the wallet.dat file on my core wallet/installation and start over with a new wallet.dat file that the program created?  The original, and split coins, both have been moved.

Well only the address keys should be bad.

So if address 123 with key abc. Was imported to bch wallet on a different pc

The first pc with the wallet.dat should be fine other then that 1 address you imported .

Now if you did lots of address imports and want to kill the original dat to be safe.

As I understand it as long as you used two pc's you should be good

I think I did one better....  Everything associated with any of those addresses is gone: either sold or moved to a completely different wallet.

I just don't want to re-download the whole block chain again.  I deleted the wallet.dat file (was encrypted), and restarted  core.  A new wallet.dat file has been created.  I'm quite sure this new file is good to go. Just double-checking....

Now the money is free, and so the people will be
sigt, bitcore, heck basically any coin that has a pump.  or you can mine a low difficulty coin, or buy it, and wait for it to go up.  lbry, skein are almost as good.  it really depends if you mine + sell to btc, or mine + hold altcoins.  sometimes its best to wait, sometimes its best to hodl.  who knows. Aint doing nothing wrong my friend, but with extra work and some sort of degree of obsession, you will find coins that are more profitable.  Right now ZEC isnt the best, but the difference isnt as big as before.

i´m guessing that´s SIGT, right?

My group's A4 and L3+ Scrypt farm however is a different story.... good profitability still in LTC and some hot Scrypt coins. Hopefully Bitmain doesn't ship anymore L3+s and focus on the D3 shipping in November but I think they got the X11 game wrong this time.

It's only been a couple weeks since the last L3+ batch went on sale - they seem to be averaging about one batch of those a month.

Scrypt has been a happy place the last 3-4 months - my A2 farm has almost paid for itself in that timeframe (and it was ALREADY PAID FOR in full last year, after factoring in electric costs etc.).
I was getting close to shutting them down around Feb as they were getting very marginal even at my very cheap electric cost - then WHAM Litecoin price goes crazy and the profitability went even more crazy....

There is good old reliable fallback options such as zec and skien.  These have been consistently paying 30-50% more than ETH.

For nvidia cards certainly.

Depends - for the 1070 and 1060, ETH and ZEC (and Skein or Groestl on the 1070)  have generally been about the same profitability.
1080 and 1080ti being poor ETH miners do lots better on ZEC Skein and Groestl.

my 1080tis stay on eth, i get 36mhs eth and 120lbry per card

at only 75 percent tdp ,

A day? That just doesn't sound even slightly credible.  I mean that is 40$ worth LBC a day on one card with almost zero degradation to ETH mining.  So probably like $44 a day.  That is more like 10 cards...

120 mhs of lbry lol not 120 a day , why would i list mhs for eth and the amount of lbry mined that makes no sense

Phil tell me about your solar guy and the advantages of megoing with him. I'm in east side of PA

he lives 2 miles from me.  his business is solar installs

the array is on his property.

NJ allows grid tie systems

this means  you get $0 power bill if you understand how to use the array and you have a big array.

if your array makes 75kwatts an hour for 6 hours a day it makes  6 x 75 = 450 kwatts a day

if you burn 11 kwatts for 24 hours you need    264 kwatts
so for 6 hours you pull it from the solar  that is 66kwatts
you buy  the rest   from the power company   198 kwatts

but those 6 hours of sun let you sell  75-11 64 kwatts x 6 = 384 kwatts at a discount to th power company

so selling the 384 in the day pays for buying the 198 at night =  a $0  power bill

you need land to build a big enough array  a rooftop is not big enough.
you need a state that promotes it.

NJ is good other states not so good.

so sounds like not much that i can do with him as im not in NJ

Finally new drivers?

LOL.... imagine AMD include Claymore miner in their GPU? Claymore could be a billionaire!

I've tried the driver on a test rig, and have had varying luck.

The card that does not have modded voltage works fine and is mostly back to normal, but the RX480 with tweaked voltage does not work as good as it used to. Only getting 25MH/s instead of 29

Hey Phil!

Would you recommend Nicehash for mining Daggerhashimoto instead of mining ETH directly?
I'm getting worried I'm not getting all my hashrate registered there.
And what about x11?

Do you have any experience/input?

I have a tiny little 5mh miner  for x11  it earns 10 cents a day and burns 3 cents to earn it

https://new.nicehash.com/miner/1JdC6Xg3ajT3rge3FgPNSYYFpmf53Vbtje

My group's X11 farm profitability has decreased significantly, although we had a fantastic 6-7 run prior months (ROI in 2.5 months) but as of this month mining DASH or selling hash at Nicehash not as profitable as before.

The influx of Baikal and ibelink ASICS has ramp up the difficulty levels higher. With Bitmain and Innosilicon, coming in later in the next few months with 15GH and 30GH miners -- it will be soon game over. I think Bitmain got the X11 game wrong this time. The smaller guys Baikal (900MHs and 2GH miners) and ibelink (11G miner), IMHO has taken the early lead.

My group's A4 and L3+ Scrypt farm however is a different story.... good profitability still in LTC and some hot Scrypt coins. Hopefully Bitmain doesn't ship anymore L3+s and focus on the D3 shipping in November but I think they got the X11 game wrong this time.

Is the party over?

Looks like the ROI on new equipment is about 1 year right now, of course we know as difficulty increases, it could take longer...

On the other side you are making far more than the electricity costs and if the coin value keeps going up we are all good.

I've got a question, it was a good run from December to June because of the huge increase in the value of the all the coins (across the board), the question is: how did YOU feel about mining outlook last December and January?
