The Bible is for salvation, not for figuring out science. And that is good. You will be forgiven for how mixed up you are... if you believe in Jesus salvation, and repent of your foolishness.
Notice that Zechariah 1:14,15 says:
So the angel that communed with me said unto me, Cry thou, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; I am jealous for Jerusalem and for Zion with a great jealousy. And I am very sore displeased with the heathen that are at ease: for I was but a little displeased, and they helped forward the affliction.
So, you can see that the writers of the major commentaries are right when they say things like:
It is not uncommon for the enemies of God to be at rest in sin, while his people are enduring correction, harassed by temptation, disquieted by fears of wrath, or groaning under oppression and persecution.

Sitteth still and is at rest - At rest, as the word seems to express, from its accustomed state of tumult and war. Wars, although soon to break out again, were in the second year of Darius for the time suspended. The rest, in which the world was, suggests the contrast of the yet continuing unrest allotted to the people of God. Such rest had been promised to Israel, on its return from the captivity, but had not yet been fulfilled.
The idea that Zechariah 1:11 has anything to do with the shape of the earth is completely false. If you,
exemplaar, are simply speaking out of ignorance, you will be forgiven. But if you are intentionally against God, your punishment will be extra strong for misusing the Word of God, and trying to help Satan deceive the world into believing that the Bible suggests that the earth is flat.
