i love it too but i've a minor issue with cryptopia.

i was able to successfully withdraw all the fly i'd bought up till a few days ago when they closed the market, but then 'coupla days ago i did a private trade w/a friend (who knows me/my account name on cryptopia) and he surprised me by simply transferring the fly to my account.

so, i put in a wd request, but this was my response:

Reply: Hi, We are still working on the code in the fly wallet to try get it fixed so we can send the coins. At the moment all coins sent to these new address types are stuck. So there is no option but to wait until we find the problems in the fly wallet code so we can send the coins out. Unfortunately FLY wont be officially fixing the wallet as the problem only affects our wallet because we are the only wallet using the new addresses they added. We apologize for the inconvenience surrounding this issue, but this is a bug in the wallet and the blame was pointed at us and they have left us to fix it ourselves at our expense. Thanks
[groggin edit: bolded emphesis added]

it's only ~3fly at stake here, so that's not why i'm posting this.

i just want to say that what they're saying doesn't jibe with my own experience w/y'all hereabouts, i.e. we make good our debts! so - whatever but it seems like some careful/thoughtful communication might actually resolve the issue, and 3 exchanges would be better than 1-1/2 or 2   Undecided

Speaking of Yobit. Someone is having an "emotional sale", and Im loving every minute of it. Its probably someone that obtained fly for nothing, and let their emotions get control of their irrational actions , such as selling thousands of fly for insanely low prices (60k!?!?!?!?). :LOL. Well, all I can say is thanks, and WOW what a bargain Smiley They should have known better than to come to Vegas and try this crap.

Gawd I love Crypto

Good stuff Vegas, I m glad everything s back in order.

Hey Man, youve known me now long enough to know, Im relentless and I never give up and I will drive this coin to a massive success. Any successful venture will have its bumps it the road. I know now what NOT to do..LOL .

So I think 2 solid exchanges is good. However:

PLEASE NOTE: WE THINK BLEUTRADE DEPOSITS ARE NOT WORKING. A FEW OF US HAVE SENT DEPOSITS TO THEM, AND THEY HAVE NOT SHOWN UP AT ALL AFTER MANY HOURS. GUYS UNTIL THIS IS SORTED, DO NOT DEPOSIT TO BLEUTRADE. THIS IS NOT A FAULT IN OUR WALLET AS IT WORKS PERFECT ON YOBIT!!! A TICKET HAS ALREADY BEEN SENT TO THEM. USE YOBIT FOR NOW.

So the reason Im posting this is because I would like some feedback. If we added HODL "locking" technology to fly, the interest rates would be MUCH less than what HODL pays, because inflation is the #1 killer of all coins. So I would say 100-150% is the max per year. Im thinking to add an option for 1-12 months. Its important to understand that once YOU lock your funds away, they are locked for that term. You CANNOT access them until it matures. So as you can see, I really need feedback on this. If this is something you guys would want , then we have to come up with a table of interest rates. I Also feel there should be a minimum amount of fly needed for the different lengths of term. 12 months requiring the highest minimum to get in. This would encourage buying to meet that minimum. So this is kind of the direction Im heading. If implemented, YOU would CHOOSE to lock different amounts away for different lengths of time, or you would leave your fly wallet open and participate in POSP.
So lets discuss this and share ideas.

Vegas

I love the idea of both. And you could do both. Lock some away and use some to secure the network. My vote would be max lock-away is 12 months for 120% so each month is basically 10%. Would POSP remain the same at 35%? Nice work and ideas Vegas!

+1, i think i'd lock ~30% depending on final terms...

We only want the FACTS!
POSP for mine. Keep it simple, secure the network. Lets not fall back into the trap of making things too complicated with the wallet

Oh the simplicity the HODL wallet has for doing the lock-away is as simple as it gets. It is well done indeed.

Vegas, another suggestions would be to have a few SuperBlocks upon maturation for coins locked-away.

I am loving the HODL model so far.

Lock and load, let's go!

I agree a 120% for 12 mo makes the table for interest easy to understand.
But, would the % for locking up funds be in addition to the standard 35%?
i.e. If not in addition to 35% regular pos then, mo's. 1 - 3 would be less than
35%. In this case might be best to start at 6 mo at 60% and increment up
10% per month. If it is a bonus rate in addition to the 35% then, a 12 month
lockup would be 155%. Both cases need considered as far as inflation and the effect
on future price.

So now everything is settling down, we want to add features to the fly wallet that will give you all kinds of choices and options. The main driving point behind fly is going to be its crypto services such as wallet compiling, custom graphics for wallet or OP, and block explorers and seed nodes. When people want these services, we will only accept fly as payment. Now, we have looked at the popular coins and and what makes them popular. One example is POSP created by cryptobullion coin in which you MUST have your wallet online and unlocked for staking to get rewards. This encourages users to have their wallets minting and thus securing the network. Those who do will get the stakes, those that dont participate will lose the reward. The other technology that I am strongly considering is created by HODL coin. HODL coin offers a higher percentage annual rate to those that choose to "lock" funds away for the length of time they choose. The longer the term, the higher the percent. There are advantages and disadvantages to this technology. The advantage is users can earn MUCH higher percent per year by locking their funds away. Fly is already extremely rare with just over 200,000 coins and 1/2 of it is owned by the top 3 users and we dont sell. So with users locking away their funds for different lengths of time, this means less on the exchange and higher prices. The disadvantage is network security is normally much less. This is why Im proposing to add POSP for those that do NOT want to lock their funds, they dont have to. They will participate in securing the network with POSP and get regular stake rewards.

I will not lock my fly in wallet for 1-12 months, so for me POSP is better option  Wink

This is a very good point from you. What would you think, to offer both?

I'm doing this with my own coin as well.. I can tell you know you will make more sales offering these services for FLY and BTC.. And just buy FLY off exchanges when someone pays in BTC.. Extra buy pressure Wink
