Ooops! Camavinga is out, the list has increased and Real Madrid is in more troubles.
Alaba out;
Cavajah out;
Militao out;
Rodrygo out;
Tchouameni out;
Vini Junior out;
Now Camavinga out;
I am very sorry Ancelotti, it seems you are going to struggle longer with Pep.

Ugh that is quite the list and contains several core team players. Alaba has been missing for a long time now, but he was a high quality player that the team is badly missing. His return if he is back at full capacity would give the team a considerable uplift. But the same applies to Militao, Rodrygo and Vinicius Junior. But all of these players mentioned got their play time and were at least great substitutes. Ancelotti is running out of options and they are suffering from that a lot especially when they have to play tough Champions League games. Those are the moment when you as a coach appreciate to have some options.

The goal for Real Madrid must be to achieve the most with the least level of quality at hand. Stay close to Barcelona in La Liga and of course stay in the Champions League regardless of whether they have to go through the playoffs or not. But if they make it, then they have the winter break until Champions League continues and while I don't know what the estimated dates of return of those players are, I think it should be sufficient time to have at least some of them recovered by late January.

Ruud van Nistelrooy fate did not stop here, after he decided to leave Man United management, Leicester City finally appointed him as a coach. The deal seems to have happened. If so the positive trend can continue and Ruud will prove himself worthy. However it is not certain whether it will happen this season or wait for next season.
I think Leicester City will immediately take advantage of the opportunity as soon as possible because all teams in the Premier League have seen how Ruud van Nistelrooy was able to change the atmosphere at Manchester United in an instant when Ten Hag was fired. This means that Leicester City will not delay it for too long if the management can immediately use Ruud van Nistelrooy as the team coach this season and from some news that I have read, it is possible that it could be realized this season.
As I said before about Ruud van Nistelrooy who is a strong candidate in the selection of the new coach for Leicester City and from several choices it turns out that Leicester City prefers Ruud to be Leicester City's savior this season and beyond if he can provide good results in the future, I am happy if Ruud returns as a coach even though not at Man United but at Leicester City he can show his greatness especially if these two clubs meet on the field later it will definitely make the match feel tense.

Real Madrid has 7 injured players now. Unfortunately, all of them are key players of Real Madrid main lineup. No doubt Real Madrid is in a big trouble, Ancelotti will get difficulty for the replacement of the players. Real Madrid defense becomes very weak without Alaba, Militao, and Carvajal. The absence of Vinicius and Rodrygo makes Real Madrid attacking losing big power. Now, Real Madrid midfield line will be lack of strength and creativity without Camavinga.
Unfortunately, some of those who have entered the treatment room have long-term injuries, the defense area is still the main focus of Ancelotti and the board of directors because currently the stock of players in that area is very limited. Now new problems have started to emerge after Rodrygo and Vinicius were injured, Mbappe who became the mainstay player after losing them has also not been able to contribute to the team. Overall, Real Madrid's creativity was not at its best, an incident like this was never expected, but it needs to be anticipated by giving playing time to reserve players so that they are ready to fill the gaps when needed.

Real Madrid is in serious crisis even with a big roster they cannot make up for this injuries. I think they should be avoided in the future for betting on them. Also they dont have a classic striker and with Mbappes bad form i dont see how they can score. Bellingham also is in bad form and things arent looking bright for Real Madrid at all.

Real Madrid has a very thin squad, yet they have to face a very busy schedule. I'm very skeptical about how they can finish the season with good results. I meant, Ancelotti should not be so cocky to believe his club would be fine without adding the new players. He's too stingy.

Let's wait until Bellingham gets injured as well, then Madrid is done.

So what can Anceloti do now? will he be targeting any more new players?,
I heard that Aymeric Laporte is back on Madrid's agenda for a winter January transfer, Madrid is also targeting RB Leipzig's defender Castello Lukeba and Palmeiras defender Vitor Reis. I hope this plan happens soon to cover the existing gap of defender. Real Madrid are in a critical period, they were massacred by Liverpool 0-2 on champions league. they also have a target to beat Barcelona position on 1st table. with a tight schedule match, real madrid should have signed 6-7 new player on next January.

Vini Jr. made a scathing satire for the football authorities because of the tight schedule of Europan matches. This is a very important thing must be attention for football authorities.

You have pointed out the big problem with Real Madrid. They made a very wrong signing in the person of Mbappe. I don't know why Ancelotti did that. What Real Madrid needed was a natural striker that will replace Benzema and not a winger like Neymar that will compete with Vini Junior.

Real Madrid is already in trouble because of the injury crisis, but they are more into the trouble because they don't have a natural scorer. While Mbappé is believed to do that, he actually struggles. Vinicius Junior's injury was an opportunity for him to prove that he can dominate the left wing, but it is obvious he will fail on this.

I stand with Palestine.
Don't expect too much because without the support of quality players, any coach might have a little difficulty in making Leicester City more successful. Nistelrooy's job will certainly be tough because Leicester City have not been able to win a single match in the previous five matches and now their position is almost close to the relegation zone. The biggest focus is to make changes and Nistelrooy must be able to win the match because the points difference from the relegation zone is very close. He is indeed not very experienced as a head coach, but let's see how far his abilities can make a big change for Leicester City this season.
I agree that we should not expect too much from Leicester City new coach Nistelrooy. Without good players it will be hard for him to make team better. Leicester City has not played well recently not winning any of their last five matches and now they are close to being relegated. Nistelrooy main goal now is to stop this bad streak and get some important wins. By the way he does not have much experience as head coach it will be interesting to see how he handles challenge and if he can help Leicester City do better this season.

I hope Van Nistelrooy can be successful with Leicester City, Leicester City really have no mercy to their coach, Steve Cooper just joined in June 2024, but now they sack him. If Van Nistelrooy didn't bring a good progress, Leicester City would sack him.

I think Bellingham is actually in a good form. Although he doesn't score many goals again, he has a bigger role in the midfield line this season. He becomes one of the players who deliver good assists, he also helps the defenders.

Manchester United had a bad performance recently and this made Manchester United to get Ten Hag fired from this team. After they got their coach fired, Nistelrooy took the place of Ten Hag in this team and he had a good performance but they hired Amorim after that.
Amorim is the former coach of Sporting and he was working in this country before he joined the Premier League. Now it seems since Amorim wants to get this team improved, he wants to hire Geovany Quenda the player of Sporting. Geovany Quenda is a younger and talented player who is under contract with his team until 2027.
However, this player won't be cheap for any team and it seems they should pay 60 million euros for him.

I knew it that after the brilliant performance of Van Nistelrooy in United those few weeks, that he would get a coaching job because he has sold himself to the world for them to see that he has the quality of a good coach. When I saw the new this morning I smiled, because Leicester City was able to go for him very fast before some other clubs will go for him. I believe that Van Nistelrooy will make a difference in the club and bring them to the lime light.
There's this one trend that shouldn't be rush each time a coach is sacked in elite club and that's simply taking thorough time to navigated planning for the club, and the scouting sector handles such moves. On the records, Ruud van Nistelrooy was having one of the good time in the club, he executed streak winnings for the club but ended up not been appointed as headcoach, that's not fair way of treating a manager that takes everything first at Old Trafford. Ruud van Nistelrooy would have been given the managerial duties to manage Manchester United after the dismissal of Erik Ten Hag but instead, he was given the temporary managerial role to play as assistant coach, until the board triggered final decision.

Ruud van Nistelrooy captures the sights of Leicester City because they're in search of a manager. The Foxes sacked Steve Cooper due to incompetency, perhaps the new face in the club, Ruud van Nistelrooy will do 10x better than the former manager. He's this type of coach that's always ambitious of winning titles and his types are rare in the present days football. Let's just hope he's able to meet the demands of the club.
One of the main targets of a contract coach in most cases is that they always put they best foot forward so as to sell out their self to the world and even the clubs that hired them on contract so that their contract can be extended when it expires, and so for that the main thing their interested in is how far their could take the club in the current league and competition, and most time, top records is what their greatest targets is and for sure if and when the achieve such a record, there always Make sure to still make everything possible to seal their deals with the club and for the clubs management, it all about the winning and positive records and once a contract coach can deliver that success record for them, extending their contract then become a thing of utmost joy for them and all that they are after is to make the winning and a accumulating more success.

Because of the motive of the club, that is the reason most clubs now have this similar technique that once a coach could deliver, all that they need at that time is to fine a way to encourage them so that they will be more motivated to keep delivering on that records, so if a gambler, whenever you sees the cost of things is kind of exploitations.so cashes are very aware of this likely likelihood and that is the reason.

The injury list looks like a disaster for Real Madrid, any manager will find it difficult to achieve their targets if 7 of their key players are injured at the same time. It seems that this is the most difficult period in Ancelotti managerial career, the potential of his ideal squad cannot be maximized due to being disrupted by injury problems. With varying recovery times, Ancelotti is increasingly lacking rotation options in his starting XI. The best solution is to take advantage of the January transfer window, and the defense line is the main focus that I think will be Ancelotti priority. Meanwhile, Ancelotti must encourage his second-string players to perform optimally, and if possible the manager can promote young academy players to support the club needs. Like giving Raul Asencio a chance, he performed well when he played in the match against Liverpool.

Because our owners are cheapskates and Salah wants a lot of money. Discussions are ongoing, hopefully an agreement can be made.

It might cost a lot to pay Salah but it will cost a lot more to pay a transfer fee for somebody who can replicate his numbers, if such a player even exists in the current game.

Definitely it’s clear Salah wants alot of money and with the likes of Saudi pro league clubs having him on their radar I think Liverpool will have to pay him much higher than he collects now to fend off that interest, basically it will be costly to actually get a player of his caliber now in world football. Also the fact that there is no guarantee that they can get the best of that player still, for now we take aside the age and let them handover him at least two more years with a reasonable amount. Although they might have to do it strategically because the other two players in persons of Van Dijke and Arnold will like to have wages around that level too.

These are good examples. I would also recall how Bayern did not want to extend Lewandowski's contract for more than a year (even though Lewandowski was in great shape) and in the end they parted ways. Yes, apparently Liverpool management believes that Salah is already a spent force and is looking for promising options that will definitely not require replacement in the next year or two. It's a tough business.

Bayern’s case with Lewandowski was definitely way different. Lewandowski didn’t want to renew not because of the wages but wanted to move because Bayern Munich had actually increased his wages, his refusal made Bayern to cash in on to Barcelona so they don’t lose him for free, Salah wants a new contract but the club isn’t looking to pay him that much

A solution needs to be done to prevent these frequent injuries happened at Real Madrid squad. I think the only solution is to buy new players in the winter transfer season. They can rotate the key players regularly with the new players. That's the only solution that can save Madrid now.

Real Madrid is losing players due to injuries in almost everygame. I have heard that Jude potentially faces injury if he won't take the rest. An urgent plan is actually needed to save the rest of players available. It totally depends on Ancelotti.

I remember Camavinga complaint bitterly that the games are too close for them this season and they don't have enough time for rest but alot of people came for him for that comments saying they are been paid for everything they at doing and they don't have to complain but guess he was not feeling well that's why he voice out then, he is down. Play for this today, play for that tomorrow and everyone expected you to win every match they put you.

Real Madrid won everything last season and still want to win everything this season, I know it's not greed but humans can function 100% of the time. Injuries need to be heal with time but they don't get that time enough. When did Vinicious came from injury the last time he went for break, he has gone back again and will be quick to come back again just to impress the club. They have almost all the half of the players on injury in that club right now and it's sad.

I saw this interview and it looks extremely terrible (for the club) - a key player who has been loyal to the club for many years and is already a legend of it is begging (in fact, that's how it sounds) for a contract extension. I understand he is not 20 and is a very expensive player in terms of salary, but I think at least they could discuss it? Salah has a Saudi Arabia option so he will not accept a significant salary cut, but why don't they start negotiations?
I think Liverpool don't want him on the team anymore. Football is a bit cruel. When you get lucky, even the best teams don't want you. The most painful example of this is Cristiano Ronaldo leaving Real Madrid, Lionel Messi leaving Barcelona. I think teams should have used all their resources for both of these players. We see that Cristiano Ronaldo is still playing terrifically today. I think he would still be performing at a high level if he was at Real Madrid. I think Mohamed Salah feels the same. Liverpool must think they've gotten all the efficiency they can from him, but I think they're wrong. If he goes to Saudi Arabia, he'll continue his magnificent performance there. He'll also earn more than the salary he'll receive at Liverpool.

What's keeping Liverpool from discussing this? Is it because he's old? But looking at his current performance he is still quite good and is not down, it shows the quality of his game.

Well, that's what Liverpool management should consider when there is no player who can replace Moh Salah as well as him for now, then extending the contract for at least one season is the best choice. Hopefully there will be a meeting point between the two parties and Moh Salah can return to give new achievements with Liverpool this season because it is very unfortunate when he is on fire the club does not take advantage of him.

This is not going to be an easy deal I think, because as you said this is going to cost a lot. Salah as a going-to-be free agent can ask for much more than he could if he was still under contract for another year. If some other club offers him a 50 million bonus plus a high salary, Liverpool would have to do the same. But then I think age considerations would come into play. If they were able to find a much younger player with immense promising talent, then the decision becomes more difficult. Liverpool has done a good job at scouting and integrating young and highly talented players into the team. Salah will make use of his position and a simple raise in salary would definitely not do it.

I always hope that players do their part as well and appreciate what they have and once in a lifetime maybe forego a few million. Salah is pure Liverpool and that alone would be bad if it is going to waste because he wants too much money.
