Smart is not enough, there must be skills
Previously Salah has revealed to the media that he has not received a new contract extension so far, even he said that if he is more likely to leave Anfield than to stay, what Salah said shows that his current situation at Liverpool is in a difficult condition, indeed he has a high loyalty to Liverpool but on the other hand football is his job and he must continue his work for the sake of his family although must Leaving Liverpool later, I think Salah desire to stay at Liverpool may be contrary with the management thinks, especially since his old age may be Liverpool consideration to prefer for find a new striker, rather than extending Salah contract which will expire at the end of this season.
What's keeping Liverpool from discussing this? Is it because he's old? But looking at his current performance he is still quite good and is not down, it shows the quality of his game.

After all, there is no news that big clubs are interested in Salah except for the Saudi team. He will be the disposal of big clubs in small clubs, but Liverpool must give another contract he is quite optimal now.

The number of injuries is getting higher at Real Madrid side once again. Camavinga has also joined them. Maybe at least for only 2-3 weeks but the schedule is busy and there are many games to be played.

I'm curious about whether Ancelotti thinks of any signing in January. Because Real Madrid is experiencing a serious injury problem very often. It is happening this season as well. Many players from various positions are absent. This is also a factor which prevents them from keeping a good streak in tournaments. The Champions League has turned into nightmare for them after leaving 5 games behind.  Sad
Seeing the condition of the injured players, I am sure Ancelotti will recruit in january to focus on the defenders. At least bring in 2 new players to temporarily replace the injured players and will become second-string players when the main players have recovered from injury.
For now, Ancelotti is only trying to maintain performance and maintain the stability of the players to remain more consistent even though they have failed several times.
However, for now there is no latest news about who the new players will be brought to Madrid. I hope Ancelotti will take the best steps.

Manchester City need to change the goalkeeper, Ederson play like shit recently.

I suggest Manchester City to sign De Gea, I'm sure everyone will happy with this transfer, Manchester City will get a great goalkeeper, while De Gea will happy to play in big team, Fiorentina will happy to get a lot of money from the transfer.

Fuck the "De Gea can't build up", a goalkeeper must able to made great saves, not play like a midfielder.
Hmmm, I don't think so that Manchester City needs a new goalkeeper. Ederson is quite well; he is doing all of his best for the club. To be honest Manchester City's problem is not the goalkeeper their problem is the defense line. Even in the previous match, if we monitor, we can clearly see mistakes in the defense line. Center back is not doing his duty in the right way. If we look at Gurdiole, all the goals are due to the mistakes of him. Pep must dig deep on his defense line instead of blaming Ederson. Ederson is putting in a lot of effort for the team. The problems are in defensive tactics.

For me it didn't make any sense that a new goalkeeper should be brought in while already having the best goalkeeper. This is an inappropriate idea. When the defense line is not strong in the team, no matter how strong the goalkeeper is, the goal will be conceded. So Manchester City should focus on the defense line instead of David De Gea signing.

You are right, bringing in De Gea will not solve Man City's defensive problems. Their attack line is not having any problems, but their defense line needs to be fixed. Pep must know very well where his team's shortcomings are at the moment. He has managed the team for several seasons successfully.
Look at the stats, 12 games, 22 goals, and 17 conceded. They need to do better with this transfer market to improve their performance. The current gap with Liverpool is quite far, but Pep's career might be over at Man City if the situation of his team remains like that.

A solution needs to be done to prevent these frequent injuries happened at Real Madrid squad. I think the only solution is to buy new players in the winter transfer season. They can rotate the key players regularly with the new players. That's the only solution that can save Madrid now.

Real Madrid is losing players due to injuries in almost everygame. I have heard that Jude potentially faces injury if he won't take the rest. An urgent plan is actually needed to save the rest of players available. It totally depends on Ancelotti.

Ruud van Nistelrooy fate did not stop here, after he decided to leave Man United management, Leicester City finally appointed him as a coach. The deal seems to have happened. If so the positive trend can continue and Ruud will prove himself worthy. However it is not certain whether it will happen this season or wait for next season.
I think Leicester City will immediately take advantage of the opportunity as soon as possible because all teams in the Premier League have seen how Ruud van Nistelrooy was able to change the atmosphere at Manchester United in an instant when Ten Hag was fired. This means that Leicester City will not delay it for too long if the management can immediately use Ruud van Nistelrooy as the team coach this season and from some news that I have read, it is possible that it could be realized this season.
He has managed to lead Manchester United in his own way after being appointed as interim coach, 3 wins and one draw is a good record that has not been achieved for a long time when Ten Hag was still in charge. He has the qualities of a coach and is able to utilize the potential of players well, but the problem is that the team he is currently handling has different player material to Manchester United. His job is not easy with Leicester City, especially as he needs to adapt the players' playing style to the strategy he uses. He needs time to boost the quality of Leicester's game, maybe he will ask the management to bring in new players when the January transfer window opens.
We have already got proof that the team did not perform well under the person who was in charge of Manchester United before this. He could not make a positive change in the condition of the team after serving for a long time, but Manchester United has given the new manager the responsibility of the team but the manager has started doing well since taking charge. Ten Hag has been in charge of Manchester United for a long time, if half of his time is given to the current manager and the current manager like Ten Hag is given freedom in all aspects, then the current manager of the team will definitely be able to take Manchester United to a good position.

Other managers plan how to improve the performance of the team, on the other hand, Ten Hack finished the season and took his own salary from the team but could not give the team anything good.

But when a decision for the future has to be made and the bosses are under pressure to make the right decision and take a new coach under contract, it should be a well considered decision. RVN was bringing in very little experience and while Amorim doesn't have many successes to his name either, I think what impressed the Manchester United bosses was his performance especially with respect to this year.

But I am not convinced that Amorim can do the same for Manchester United as he did for Sporting Lisbon. Those are two very different worlds and watching Sporting play and win every game should not entail the idea that Amorim can go unbeaten with Manchester United as was already seen against Ipswich Town.

I knew it that after the brilliant performance of Van Nistelrooy in United those few weeks, that he would get a coaching job because he has sold himself to the world for them to see that he has the quality of a good coach. When I saw the new this morning I smiled, because Leicester City was able to go for him very fast before some other clubs will go for him. I believe that Van Nistelrooy will make a difference in the club and bring them to the lime light.
There's this one trend that shouldn't be rush each time a coach is sacked in elite club and that's simply taking thorough time to navigated planning for the club, and the scouting sector handles such moves. On the records, Ruud van Nistelrooy was having one of the good time in the club, he executed streak winnings for the club but ended up not been appointed as headcoach, that's not fair way of treating a manager that takes everything first at Old Trafford. Ruud van Nistelrooy would have been given the managerial duties to manage Manchester United after the dismissal of Erik Ten Hag but instead, he was given the temporary managerial role to play as assistant coach, until the board triggered final decision.

Ruud van Nistelrooy captures the sights of Leicester City because they're in search of a manager. The Foxes sacked Steve Cooper due to incompetency, perhaps the new face in the club, Ruud van Nistelrooy will do 10x better than the former manager. He's this type of coach that's always ambitious of winning titles and his types are rare in the present days football. Let's just hope he's able to meet the demands of the club.

It is a fair way of treating the manager because nobody knows how far the former negotiations with the other coach possibly already progressed. That is the first thing. The other thing is that Van Nistelrooy might be better off taking over a club where expectations are not through the roof and the quality of the team more matches those expectations in terms realistic achievability.

If Van Nistelrooy now stayed head coach in Manchester United and they would have gotten destroyed in the Premier League and Van Nistelrooy would kick off his coaching career with a big defeat, would that have been any help for him? I think the team is not that good as it looks on paper. Some of the name read nicely, but they haven't delivered anything considerable for too long except for winning the FA Cup, which if I look back now might have been the beginning of Manchester City's crisis as they should have never lost that game.

RVN was just 4 games in United, and how can you take such conclusion? I disagreed with you about that.

I know Leicester City is now in negotiations to bring RVN to the King Power, but they must be even more careful in this. They have to choose the right one to help them to be far away from being relegated. I'm not saying RVN is bad, but I'm quite skeptical with his track record. He's good at the Netherlands' league, and helped United to bounce a bit, but that's not enough.

The pressure RVN receive at Leicester is bigger than what he received at MU. He must have started with low quality squad, and three poitns in any games is a must.

Seeing him as an interim coach is actually the first step for van Nistelrooy to explore opportunities as a professional coach, moreover the performance displayed in several matches with Manchester United made a deep impression on most people including Leicester who did feel 2 consecutive defeats with striking scores against Manchester United where van Nistelrooy was behind the scenes at that time.

So it was quite natural when van Nistelrooy decided to leave Manchester United because Amorim was well utilized where they moved quickly to get a contract.
In terms of coaching, van Nistelrooy is a new coach but with a slick performance at the beginning when he became interim coach at Manchester United, of course this will be a new hope for Leicester to continue to survive in the Premier League.

At this moment, I'm seriously worried on behalf of Real Madrid manager. How will he be able to continue managing the injury cases in his squad at this moment? Real Madrid available squad against Liverpool last night very limited because of injuries and now Eduardo Camavinga have picked up an injury again.
I think the club now have no other option but to sign few players in January transfer window so they can be strong enough to compete in all the competitions they're playing this season

AC Milan player Tijjani Reijnders was into Arsenal radar and it says next summer Arsenal will give their priority to gets this player and basically AC Milan is don't mind to sell Tijjani Reijnders as long as Arsenal can pay according to the price they want and it says AC Milan want approximatelly 60 million as transfer fees but Arsenal reported is dare to pay according to AC Milan demand

Tijjani Reijnders was transfered from AZ Alkmaar on 2023 and within 1 year Tijjani Reijnders can adapt quickly with AC Milan and performing well so i didn't surprised if he currently into radar of some big teams and why Arsenal want him because Tijjani Reijnders will be used as the replacement of Jorginho or Thomas Partey because most likely these players will be leave at the end of this season

Manchester City has no solution other than keep to play Ederson as their goalie. I don't even think to change him with Ortega is good, though he's available now. I hope you would also be concerned with how crap their defensive line are. I really appreciate Ederson's effort to save his club. The problem is that his teammates' poor defense were liability for him.

I see no concrete reason to sign De Gea as his replacement, and he's only playing at conference league. It doesn't even make sense to compare him with City's level.

I don’t think he wanted to leave Manchester United but the club didn’t think he was fit for the job and when they appointed Amorim he already has his own coaching crew and there was just no space for Van Nistelrooy so he had to leave. I am happy for him that he will later get a new job as a head coach and managing a club in the premier league is a great news and there is no better way to start his managerial career.

He has proven himself in just few games managed for Manchester United and it’s good that Leicester City took advantage and is about to sign him as soon as possible. I hope he is able to prove how good he is there and probably take them to higher levels and avoid relegation if the deal happens, he might be able to help struggling Leicester City.

Van Nistelrooy started to be talked about after successfully bringing Manchester United out of the pressure after Erik Ten Hak was sacked and he was linked to being targeted by many smaller clubs. But talking about quality I don't think it can be fully seen only relying on the four results he has presented to Manchester United because the English league competition might be very different. He does seem to be given a chance but without adequate player support it seems it will be difficult to bring the team to be more successful and I hope he will be one of the successful coaches in the future.
I hope Van Nistelrooy can be successful with Leicester City, Leicester City really have no mercy to their coach, Steve Cooper just joined in June 2024, but now they sack him. If Van Nistelrooy didn't bring a good progress, Leicester City would sack him.

I don’t see any reason why Liverpool would not want to extend the contract of one of their loyal and in-form players like Mohammed Salah.
It's better for Salah to back to his ex-team where he can become like now, it's Roma. Roma currently in bad situation, Salah should saves his old team where it help him to be signed to Liverpool, without Roma, he will not able to join Liverpool.

Although he doesn't have much experience as a manager, we saw that he is a manager with potential at Manchester United. We all know his past successes, he is one of the best forwards in the world. I am sure he has very important knowledge in attacking football. He can use this in the team he will manage. However, I think it would be a risk for him to enter into big competitions with small teams. If I were him, I would go to Holland and try to be the manager of a team that can challenge the upper ranks. I am sure he will be a manager with the talent to reach good places.

I don’t see any reason why Liverpool would not want to extend the contract of one of their loyal and in-form players like Mohammed Salah. Given his great contributions over the years, it would be fitting for Liverpool to reward him with a contract extension as recognition of his services and impact to the team. The speculation about Liverpool interest in Kubo should not overshadow Salah's importance. Kubo is talented, but replacing Salah's experience and consistency would be a significant challenge. If Liverpool decides against offering him a contract extension then moving to the Saudi Pro league would be a smart choice for him. It would allow him to enjoy a new chapter in his career while earning significantly a fat salary.
