It would be better if Pogba lowered his ego a little about salary, because the most important thing now is that he has to make sure which club will intend to bring him in. Actually, this era is no longer his era, modern football carries players who are willing to work hard for the club and set aside their salary, because when playing according to the club wishes the salary can be adjusted. Now Pogba is in an era of young players who are competing to set records for that if he demands a big salary we already know that Saudi Arabian Football can make it happen.
Old players want to demand big salaries, so this will be difficult to achieve by players who should be self-aware, such as Pogba, for example, wanting high salaries, which statistically decreases performance in addition to frequent injuries.
Other European clubs will not have old players like this club will look for easy talent that can be honed and this will result in a large investment in the future.
If you want money you have to go to Saudi Pro.
With Paul Pogba unlikely to stay in Europe, there is naturally talk of the French midfielder heading to Saudi Arabia next season. If an offer comes to him from Saudi Arabia, he may accept the biggest offer, but there is some doubt as to whether the Saudi club will pay him a big sum like other players. If a club cannot play a full season with a player, then that transfer can be a loss for any club. So, since this midfielder has a high chance of getting injured frequently, the amount of money will not be very high, regardless of the offers from any of the Saudi clubs.
Even if they don't make the highest bid, I'm sure they'll make a better offer than an average team in Europe. Also, considering Paul Pogba's bitter experiences during this period, I don't think there will be many teams that will sign him. I think he could go to one of the Saudi teams for a high contract fee and spend a year there. He's already getting to the old age level for football. He could retire in Saudi Arabia after this point.

If he transfers to a league and a team where he can play regularly, he can reach the elite level again.
Pogba must choose a team where he can play regularly. He shouldn't expect to waste his time as a substituted player. Moreover, he still wants to play in France national team, so he needs to move to a team that guarantees him as a regular player. Anyway, I'm also quite confident that Pogba can play again in his best level.

This kind of demand is still too high for Pogba because after all, seeing what happened right now after he served his ban, finding a club with a guarantee that he is a regular player from the start is a pretty big expectation even though he was previously a very good player.

He has not been on the pitch for a long time and has not played official games so surely this will make a condition where re-adaptation is important and it is too much to ask if he asks to be a regular player immediately because after all he needs to prove himself that the ban that has been running does not dull his performance on the field.
Currently Marseille still remains one of the clubs that want to sign this player after Juventus gave a statement where they would not continue cooperation with Pogba but indeed he also still has to continue to wait a few more months before his ban really ends and it is still long enough to find the right club as the next destination for Pogba's career.

Barcelona had too much hope for De Jong, but now what happened, he started acting up and Barcelona is in danger of losing him without getting any money because he doesn't want to extend his contract. His excessive salary will cause social jealousy for other players who contribute more to the club, he also often spends time in the treatment room because he is very prone to injury. In my opinion, Barcelona should look for a club that is ready to accommodate De Jong because his role is no longer very impactful for the team, especially now that Hansi Flick is starting to rely on younger players in the midfield area.
Previous news De Jong did not want to leave as Barcelona had not paid the rest of his high salary, but do not know if this problem has been resolved?

Performance has declined, meaning Barcelona no longer needs it, this high salary is also a burden for the club so the management hopes he leaves as soon as possible but it is difficult to do because De Jong does not want to leave.

He is no longer a priority, his position has been replaced by more effective players.

De Jong is an unlucky player, if he is often injured it will certainly be difficult to get playing minutes even though he has recovered. Because with uncertain conditions, clubs and national teams will hesitate to give more trust on the field. I admit he is one of the best midfielders but his career is fairly monotonous.

Sorry, but Frankie De Jong is shit for me. He clearly a finished player, and the comeback of him won't change the situation a lot. He has done nothing since joining the Camp Nou in 2019. He has missed every season due to injury. I think it's wrong to call him one of the best midfielders. He is not comparable to the best, like Kevin De Bruyne, though, his wages are twice KDB's.

I think Barcelona have two choices of over De jong, Sell or bench him. He offers little to the club and his salary is obviously burdening them. The better Barcelona to get rid of him asap once he's fit.

Anyway, I'm also quite confident that Pogba can play again in his best level.

The news rumor said that while waiitng for the new club, Pogba will probably likely be in Man United Carrington training facilities for training.

Paul Pogba is doing everything that a serious player that wants to get back his football career is doing. He need to keep fit therefore if Manchester United allows him to train at the club training ground, he should take full advantage of this opportunity and get back to shape as he can see potential clubs willing to give him another chance. He should lower his standards though and not be looking for a top club for now. Maybe in the summer, he can decide to move to a top club but for now, he first need to get a club that'll give him a platform to show everybody that he's still that player that was playing at the top level before the whole issues he found himself in.
I also believe Paul Pogba is still a player who can be relied on in the game. And the quality will definitely not be much different from before. Maybe he hasn't played live for a long time because of the suspension he received. But he must have remained diligent in practicing all this time. Because I'm sure he won't just give up. And I was happy to hear he was allowed to train at the Man United training facility. And we know that Pogba played for Man United for quite a long time until finally in 2022 he went to Juventus but his luck was not so good which made him even suspected of doping. But now the relief he received also proves that there is no strong evidence that he actually did doping on purpose. And yeah, I hope he trains well and returns to play for any club that wants to accept him. And you have to prove your quality so that better offers will come back from better clubs. He will have a fresh start when his ban from playing ends.

Pogba to United would actually make incredible sense, but not entirely sure when he could technically start playing as well. At the current moment he is still serving his time, plus Juventus deal has to be done, and all of that done before they can register him, so that they can register him.

I would say realistic comeback for Pogba could be when new season starts honestly, even if he joins another team, not entirely sure if they will end up with getting a win or not neither, feels like it is not going to be something that can be done, he will probably not going to play during this period. I believe that we are going to see this change coming for next season. He needs to just keep training and keep being in shape, and next season will be his big comeback.

It's actually not entirely true when you say that he hasn't done anything since he joined Barcelona in 2019. He played 42 games in his first season, 51 games in his second season, 47 games in his third season, 43 games in his fourth season, and indeed only 30 games last season as that was the time when the injuries began to kick in.

I don't think I'd say that he is one of the best midfielders, but he can be a very strong midfielder indeed. However, as you mention De Bruyne, he is not on De Bruyne's level of course. But let's be fair here, there is hardly any midfielder who is the same level as De Bruyne. KDB is just one of a kind on his position. De Jong can play good games and he can help the team if he is in top shape, but I know what you are talking at the moment. He isn't really finding his own best version and then on top of that those injuries have increased in quantity and intensity.

The leg vulnerability that de Jong has always had makes the situation unfavorable for himself because after all, looking at what happened he is actually one of the good midfielders and he can be a good mover and mobility for Barcelona.
But his previous training pattern in the Koeman era was wrong, which made his performance less visible and in the Xavi era he was also injured more, which made de Jong look like he was not good because he was rarely in the squad.

He is now still quite useful for Barcelona but it cannot be denied that if Barcelona really wants to try to keep De Jong then it is clear that there must be some adjustments made by Barcelona especially for now he is the most expensive player in terms of salary in La Liga so some changes must be made if he really wants to stay at Barcelona.

Paul Pogba does not have many choices in fact. Until now there is three choices, return to Manchester United indeed if they will accept him, or go abroad, whether in MLS or Saudi Arabia which should be a good choice, or go to France to play with Marseille for example. It appears that Pogba isn't against playing in Ligue 1 and that might fit his actual performance due to the sanction.
Financially, MLS and Saudi Pro League are certainly lucrative options, and Pogba might consider them. However, I am more confident that Pogba will choose to stay in European competition, in order to maintain the hope of getting a call-up to the French National Team in the future. Besides, staying in Europe will improve his image again, although we realize everyone will always remember the punishment he received. Ruben Amorim seems unlikely to recruit Pogba, Marseille have long been linked as one of the teams most interested in signing Pogba.
Pogba won't find it difficult to get a new club for himself. It is just a matter of where he wants to play and the ambition he has set for himself. With the 2026 world cup approaching I'm sure he would prefer to stay in Europe just as you have rightly pointed out. Well I think Marseille isn't a bad place for Pogba to go to and try to redeem his image and prove to people that he is still a the top of his game. Marseille are really playing well this time around as they are competing for the league this time. It will be perfect if Pogba go there and help them win the league. If that is achieved that's automatic ticket for him to get back to the French national team. I won't even advise Pogba to go back to Manchester United. He should seek for new challenge in the french league. After all his return to Juventus was a disaster.

I don't expect Pogba to return with Man United. He still doesn't have a contract with Man United but it seems that the management also does not want to take much risk by wearing him back. The history of injuries and the cases he has are unlikely to give a huge advantage to Man United's progress. Even though I have read that he will still try to continue to be active in football as a player. It seems that he just continues to maintain fitness.  Reportedly there are several offers from MLS clubs and also the Saudi Pro League.
With what has happened to Pogba at this time, it is clear that he no longer gets much respect from the team and football fans today, because indeed doping cases are something embarrassing for athletes, especially football, but even so there is still a chance for Pogba to be able to pay for his mistake with a better performance later if he is indeed recruited by a team later,  But to return to Manchester United is obviously impossible if remember the principle of Manchester United not wanting any problematic players and staff in his squad all along, we can even see how they dumped Greenwood even though he was not proven guilty in the case of mistreatment, Pogba is a talented player, but his consistency and fitness have often been an issue during this time, so indeed an offer from MLS or the Saudi Pro League could be a good option for him to continue his career, because the competition is not competitive at all.

Miami might not do it because Al Hilal took the risk, gathered the data about Neymar painfully and had to realize that he wasn't worth a single penny of the salary he was making. Miami would only sign a contract with Neymar under very different terms, by far not as much money as Neymar used to make and there is one more reason why Miami might have an interest: it is the global presence that Neymar has and he would be bringing in a lot of new fans from all over the world. It would be more of a marketing move than the consideration that Neymar could help the team to improve over time. Neymar is done as a football player. Yes he will still score a goal every now and then and it will be fun to watch him from to time, but his contribution to the game overall will be limited.
Not worthy a penny makes no sense to me at all. Imagine if Miami ended up hiring Neymar, for free, and gave him some money. Do you think that there will be zero jersey sales? I mean even the idea of getting some more money from sponsorships is there, and jersey sales too. Inter Miami jerseys with Neymar number and name, would be sold and I bet that they will make millions of dollars just from that.

Personally I believe that their jersey is incredibly good looking, I have the Messi one, obviously counterfeit version because I couldn't get one in my size lol, plus why pay that much anyways, but I can tell you that it looks incredible and if they get Neymar, I am sure they will make that money back somehow. So not worthy a penny doesn't make sense, even if he is injured.

Of course Paul Pogba is a talented footballer, but he is not young, Pogba is 31 years of age, in football terms, that is not young. I don't think Pogba can get to an elite level again, neither do i think a big club can sign him, he might have to make do with going to a less competitive league, like Saudi league, but for his sake i do hope that i am wrong and a club in Europe will sign him and revive his career.
He faced the harsh reality of his life. His contract is still until 2026, but Juventus cut it because he wasn't included in Motta's project. This is the lesson for another player who has passionate ambition. because sometimes it won't be expected, and a player will only be a pain and only hope remains. Pogba is a player who has been projected by many observers to become the best player in the world, but because he is injury-prone, and when at MU he had an argument with Mourinho so that decreased his performance, and it goes on to the next coach until he got move to Juventus.

Paul Pogba could bring a great advantage to Juventus in terms of midfield effectiveness, but due to some troublesome events he experienced in the past, his ticket at Juventus has already been cut. I understand the manager not wanting to continue with him. Because a football player must respect his job first and foremost. Some of the troubles Pogba experienced may raise question marks in this regard. The manager wants trouble-free players. It is very difficult to turn a troublesome player into a trouble-free player. Therefore, sometimes such decisions may need to be made in order not to disrupt the balance of the team.

Xabi last season achieved his record of being unbeaten throughout the season, the current season is starting to decline because his team has had several bad results so this will be an evaluation of Real Madrid whether it is enough to replace Ancelotti?
Xabi Alonso has impressed with his excellent coaching and tactical skills at Bayer Leverkusen. He has turned the German side into a force in the Bundesliga and built an effective attacking style of play. Xabi Alonso is the frontrunner for the Bernabeu hot seat. His resounding success has led everyone to agree that he is the best man to take the team forward. With a modern and effective coaching style, everyone believes that Alonso is qualified to replace Ancelotti.

Quote
On the other hand Ancelotti is still reliable, maybe 2 defeats at the Bernabeu is a bad image because he did not win in front of his own fans, but I think he will be retained if his results improve.
Carlo Ancelotti is unlikely to continue working in the 2025/26 season. Ancelotti is no longer capable of refreshing the squad and leading the current team to future success. I think even if the results improve, Ancelotti will leave because he doesn't want the pressure on his shoulders anymore.

Quote
The news about Pep Guardiola seems that he will be extended for another season because he has reached an agreement, meaning that this summer he will not leave.
1. https://x.com/DeadlineDayLive/status/1857728980704547025
Well If the contract is signed, Pep Guardiola will be able to reach the 10-year milestone of leading Man City, a rare feat in a coaching career. Pep is still satisfied with life in Manchester and still motivated to conquer titles. Let's wait for Pep to sign the extension after the terms have been agreed by both parties.

Real is famous for getting rid of players and coaches "in advance" before the need to leave becomes obvious. Look at how Ronaldo left, and he had maximum loyalty to the club and, as we now know, he had many years of productive play ahead of him. Ancelotti is good, but Real is looking for a promising young coach, so I think this season is Ancelotti's last at Real. Judging by the leaks, Xabi's transfer is a foregone conclusion (most likely, there are already direct agreements on the terms/conditions).
Real Madrid are a big club, I think it’s good practice that they have mastered the art of letting players and coaches go at the “right time”. It’s better to let of players and coaches before things become bad, there is already feud internally in the Madrid squad. I don’t know for sure if Carlo Ancelotti is part of the feud but his comments about Mbappe are not encouraging. It’s better that Real Madrid replace him with Xabi now before the matter gets out of hand.
Maybe Carlo Ancelotti should stay in charge of the team longer despite the successes he has achieved because he still receives a lot of criticism by not playing some players. Endrick and Arda Güler have barely had a chance to play this year. This causes the players to be unhappy and the squad depth to disappear. Carlo, who gave more chances to young players last year, is trying to stay away from this this year, in a senseless way. If you are the coach of Real Madrid, you should easily take out a player who plays badly, even if it is Mbappé

I think Saudi Arabia can evaluate the pro league. Because you know they give a lot of money even to Neymar who has never played in a match. Of course, there will be a Saudi Arabia team that will want him for the French star. The money they have is really high and they are trying to bring famous players to advertise the country. The sensational status of the players may be better for them because their main goal is to make a splash and introduce Saudi Arabia to the world. I think the intense tempo of the Premier League will tire Pogba after this period. Knowing this, I think the Manchester United management will not want to transfer him and it should not be forgotten that he has many problems in his past.
