Recent reports in Manchester suggests that Manchester United have decided to put Marcus Rashford up for sale. According to the statement, it's part of the club's "cultural reboot deemed necessary to transform the club after standards were allowed to decline in more than a decade."
Rashford have been the club's highest paid player for for too long but the England international have failed to contribute as much as he receives. Do you think this decision by the club management is a good one or do you think it might likely backfire and leave them in regret? Let me read your thoughts

Yeah, Marcus Rashford was very impactful to the team in his early days at Manchester united but for some few seasons now he has not been performing too well again and with the current way Amorim wants to build Manchester united, it will make no sense to still keep unproductive players in the team while they are still earning huge wages and salaries, if Manchester united decides to sell him, it is a welcome development in my own opinion. They should sell him and bring productive strikers in the January transfer window in order for them to revive the club again because i see willingness and eagerness in Amorin to make the club become great again and he needs all the support he can get for him to achieve it, so it is not a bad decision to sell Marcus Rashford if you ask me.

Mudryk oh Mudryk is suspected of using doping but your performance is not very impressive on the field. I am sure there is something disturbing your mentality and finally it becomes uncontrollable. Your fate could be worse than Pogba if the B sample test proves positive. A ban of 4 to 6 months or even more could await you. Chelsea will not be disturbed because there are still many players available, losing 1 person will not hurt The Blues.

He's been criticized by almost all managers from the past who managed him for Manchester United but he seems to be a dump punk who's not ready to take no advice and ready to focus on balancing his on the field attitude and off the pitch. I have said this a billion times, he is amongst the list of players you'd want gone if you want the success of Manchester United. I don't rate his game, he's already been at this club for a long time but no signs of improvement,  lad should be axed.

I'm not sure about that, but seeing him not included in the list of players who played against City seems to imply something. However, if MU releases Rashford, journalists highlight the financial aspect behind the decision. By releasing Rashford, Amorim can get fresh funds to overhaul its squad. Talking about Marcus Rashford, he is actually a player who has above average talent. Unfortunately, he is often rumored to have a less harmonious attitude with several previous coaches. So if Rashford is released in the end, honestly I'm not surprised. Actually there are several other players who need to be reconsidered by the club management or Amorim, some of whom are rumored to be quite selfish and often play lazily if their positions are rotated. However, if Manchester United really wants a change, they need an overhaul and release players who really need to be released. And if Rashford leaves, maybe PSG will be interested in bringing him in.

We all know that although Liverpool performance is very impressive this season but they a bit weak at the front lines this because for the striker they only have Darwin Nunez and Diogo Jota and for Jota i have no doubt with his performance because everytime he was played Jota always be scores important goals for Liverpool but Jota has a weakness that he was often to gets injury which makes him unable to play full for each season with Liverpool

Even so with Nunez that his performance is dissapointing so Arne Slot probably will look for new striker this winter and recently Liverpool was linked to Brighton player Joao Pedro even according to the rumour is Liverpool have already to contact Joao Pedro agent to talking about this transfer but i think probably this transfer will be difficult because Joao Pedro has long term contract with Brighton until 2028

Except Antonio Rudiger, I don't think there's any German centre-back defender that's better than Jonathan Tah at the moment. If Barcelona manages to secure the signing of the Bayer Leverkusen defender, I think it'll be a great addition to the squad and will made the team's defense more formidable to break for opposing players. Barcelona manager Hansi Flick is a German and that I think is an added advantage because he'll surely know how to bring out the best from his compatriot so I expect Jonathan Tah to be better than he is currently is he signs for Barcelona.
They really do need better defense as well, and getting Tah could improve them a lot. But they can't act like their problem and the reason for their latest results were all because they are lacking centre backs. They have been playing pretty much with the same squad as the season start and they were amazing at the start of the season and they are doing much worse now.

The problem with Barcelona is just fatigue and condition, whatever they are doing right now on fitness, isn't working and they are already tired and no player is running to every ball, there is no hunger, no ambition, no aggression from the team, they are just barely playing and do not want to run. And we are in December, which means that this is a huge issue, if they look like this in December, imagine what they will look like during April, that makes no sense to me. This is why they need to figure out what's wrong with their desire issue, and need to have a better game from now on and act like they really want to win.

If they still insist on wanting him, Manchester United can sell him for a good transfer fee. With the income from there, they can add another player to the team. Because Marcus Rashford is now a player who is damaging Manchester United. He had good times in the past, but every player was good at one time in the past, what matters is whether it is consistent or not. Rashford is not consistent. Maybe the Portuguese coach does not want him in the team.

Maybe the sign is starting to appear. Amorim did not name Garnacho and Rashford in the last EPL match against Man City. This is Amorim's bold decision. So far I have seen Man United always make them the first choice. Amorim said Rasford and Garnacho were not at their best in training and he decided not to take them to Etihad. But it seems that the decision is quite right, Man United can bring 3 points home. This condition may be what makes the rumors even bigger. But if these two players don't have any improvement I think selling them is also a good option.
I also salute in that important match Amorim made a statement that he would not bring Rashford and Garnacho for serious reasons. However, the results of the match proved that Amorim was able to play a solid game, all players were willing to work hard, go up and down to help the defense and most importantly the squad that Amorim brought in the match against Manchester City was able to create balance in every line.
Amorim has emphasized that the matter of buying and selling players depends on how serious the player is willing to cooperate. So if you don't want to be sold, you must be able to fulfill the coach wishes. Amorim seems very careful in every decision and wants to implement a disciplinary system so as to create justice for all.

There are teams that want him, but I think it would be best to let him go while there are teams that want him. I read that Paris Saint-Germain wanted him in the summer. Marcus Rashford's performance has indeed declined in the previous few seasons and he has not shown a major change after having such an impressive season.
He has received a lot of criticism but his performance has actually not improved and he even looks so selfish when he is on the pitch.
He also does not use criticism as an evaluation so now his future is uncertain and under Amorim's coaching his playing position is also not certain to get a regular place so that will trigger speculation about him in the transfer market.
Maybe the management has considered selling some players and he is on that list.

It is obvious that Barcelona is having money problems that are affecting their ability to make important player transfers and fix internal problems. Dani Olmo would probably do better in stable and secure team environment which Hansi Flick coaching could provide. However club money problems especially fact that they spend more than they earn are big hurdle. Selling players they do not need could help bring in some money but it might not be enough to complete transfers like Jonathan Tah which cost a lot of money. Barcelona needs to fix their money problems so they can move forward and compete with other top teams.
For this season, Real Madrid, Barcelona toughest rival is in bad shape, and so Barcelona actually doesn't need to bring in any more players, but the news about the attempt to bring in Jonathan Tah surprised many people and it was bold decision from the team management and we can all just see how they resolve all of this later.
Mistakes in taking steps will complicate the situation, maybe Barcelona could also get into trouble like what happened with Juventus, but everything is still in the planning stage and any changes can be made if their income does not allow them to buy players, not only transfer fees but also player salaries will be big expense for Barcelona.
I will try to follow their developments this time, quite curious about what their actions and solutions will be like.

Yes Onana was a very good goalie before moving to Manchester United, he holds the record for most clean sheet kept in the EPL so far this season and also won the November save of the month, but I’m afraid his errors has overshadowed his good performance at the club. Manchester United fans are questioning his ability as a goalkeeper, his errors in vital matches can't be overlooked simply because he hold he highest number of clean sheet. I think Onana should up his game if he still wants to keep his job at the club.
I have a different view on Onana's blunder in an important match, yes it was his mistake, but he also cannot be fully blamed for the blunder because he was trying to follow the coach's instructions to play a short ball from the back. However, he also needs to correct himself for the mistake and try to perform better in the future, so far Amorim still has great confidence in his abilities because previously he had done something extraordinary for the club he defended.

Ruben Amorim is a good coach with a proven track record of success and has a good tactical ability and if he feels that Marcus Rashford is not a good fit for his team anymore then that decision was made in in the interest of the club. Rashford has had a mixed performance for so long and for a player of his status it is expected of him to improve his game but I haven't seen any improvement from Rashford for some seasons now and it would be a good idea for the club to sell him and try and raise up funds to be able to buy some quality players that will be able to add value and key into Amorim’s vision for the club.

The club knows what's right for them, after all they are the ones paying Rashford, so they are the ones that know when they are satisfied with his services or not. If in their evaluation and analysis, they found out that Rashford is surplus to requirements, they should sell him. Rashford has declined very well, he hasn't been giving his best to the club anymore, the club need to have a fresh start, just like what Chelsea did and now they are reaping the rewards. I think Manchester United want to emulated that path. They should let Rashford go. let the club bring in new set of players, and let's start seeing something new in Manchester United. Rashford nearly went blank last season, and this season he hasn't been scoring, as all Manchester United fans would have expected. How long will Manchester United continue like this. They should sell Rashford, I'm I support of that.
That's right, Man United need to get rid of players who don't contribute much and often take disciplinary action. I applaud Amorim courage in benching him in the Manchester derby, and fortunately Man United managed to win, Amorim got validation that the decision was right. Rashford does have good talent, but many people consider him a selfish player, who doesn't like to help the defense when the team loses the ball. Personally, I also support Man United releasing Rashford, the profits obtained can be used to recruit other players who fit Amorim needs. Garnacho also has the potential to be released, if he cannot work well with Amorim.

As a Turkish person, even though he played for our opponents, Arda Guler is way too talented to give up this easily. I understand that there are some players at Real Madrid which makes him not get full minutes, and of course he can go to a worse team and play every single game, but that doesn't mean that he will improve the same. The reality is, we could see Arda still be a big part of that team, he is too young, he is 19 years old, and we can see him for a few more seasons, maybe like 2.5 more seasons and then be a started, we don't know if he will be better than the ones they have or not. I believe he can be, and that's why he should stay and play whenever given chance and he does play a lot recently because of injuries as well. If he stays a bit more, and play, after 2.5 seasons, if he still doesn't have the minutes then he can leave, but right now would be way too early.

It can be a smart move to leave Real Madrid for a while. These years are key to a player's development and if he is mostly spending his time sitting on the bench, I think it doesn't mean to give up if there is a club seriously interested in him. I agree that he shouldn't move to a really bad club, but it is not black or white. Leaving Real Madrid when he can still play in the Champions League would probably be the best he can do. He can thrive elsewhere, already has some good experience and might be a viable player for so many other clubs.

But for now I don't think he has what it takes to become a starter anytime soon or at least it will not be easy. It's a bit of a gamble to stay there if that means he will remain a substitution player for too long.

Arda Guler should leave Real Madrid, he cannot be a starter in this team. There are too many big name players in Real Madrid that cannot be benched for him to play. Even if they have bad performances, they will still start in the next game. Real Madrid is a big club and Arsa may want to take his chances there and fight for his spot. I think Arda can decide what’s best for himself.

He was never going to be a starter there, he knew about it t before he signed the contract, he's only a prosper and not a crucial member of the team. The best solution would be to go on loan for to mid table team with less pressure to get more playing time to help his development. He's not going to achieve that on the bench week in, weeks out.
Yep, that's absolutely right !
Arda Güler should need to leave the club. He can never get a chance to show his competence to people because Carlos Angeloti has generally had a policy that he never gives a chance to a youngster even in whatever club he has coached, he didn't like to use a young player and did not keep him as a part of his team. He always preferred just an experienced players. Arda Guler is a young player, he needs to show his talent to the people, despite the player being monitored when he plays in the regular team. But in fact, Angelotti is not ready to trust this young player. He rewards his team with experienced players.

So it's mean to say that Arda Guler should think about another club where he can get a chance to play a full match. If he stays in Real Madrid, I don't think he will be successful, as he will not be able to grow his career. Angelotti always preferred experienced players, not youngsters...

In football, a player that play brilliantly with a team, might be totally the opposite with another club. Onana isn't the exception but he managed to find some stability in Manchester United comparing to his old mate Maguire where you find infinite compilation about his fatal mistakes.. Onana might not continue for a long time with Manchester United in my opinion and he deserves to get another chance in another reputable club if this happens one day.
Meanwhile, Manchester City was surprised by the defeat against Manchester United in the end of the game and Guardiola will have health issues after these catastrophic failures this season!

It's not a good move for player when he is been replace by someone the public think was better. I mean everyone in Manchester United were angry how De Gea was replace by Onana and they were patiently waiting of his mistakes instead of supporting him to do better. All his memes were all over the social media, I'm not sure he was ridicule like Maguire was ridicule that's why ETH never mind what the public was saying, he knew their plan but continue with him.

It was the same plot they wanted for Maguire, his mistake was more like mental issues and the public wereny helping the situations but you can't let the public win in that situation, you let him be until he is able to level up back to his fit which he did. I remember he score a goal that period and everywre went silent, this is how you show support to the teams but all that's in the pass, the new coach need new believers among the team.
