In the last weeks, Xabi Alonso proved once again that he is a wise coach and wise man who makes wise decisions for himself and his team.
Xabi Alonso had some offers from some teams like Bayern Munich and Real Madrid were even close to sending him an offer even Liverpool wanted to hire Xabi Alonso to fill the place of Klopp. But he rejected all the offers and decided to stay in Leverkusen which was a wise move for him.
Dietmar Hamann the former German player also said Xabi Alonso made a good move by staying in the team because taking the place of Klopp could be risky and the situation in Bayern Munci was not stable at all.

I think taking the position of Klopp right now is a risky move in many regards. Expectations would probably be exaggerated after the season he played with Leverkusen and as it looks right now Liverpool will play a more or less disappointing season. So it's expectations from at least two perspectives here.

But I think the point that Xabi Alonso made and explained his decision is much more relevant. He said that players followed him to Leverkusen and with this team he always intended to build something great for a longer period of time. He said it would be stupid to jump ship now and let all the guys behind who built this amazing project with him. I think that shows he is a great guy who has a very long and awesome career in front of him. Saying no at this stage of his career is irrelevant. In fact I believe it rather him unique as most coaches would have probably followed if a club like Real Madrid called for them.
Many say that Xabi was brave enough to reject clubs who were interested in recruiting him, where these clubs were not mediocre clubs at European level. Maybe some new coaches think it is the best opportunity, which will not happen a second time. But Xabi really believes in his abilities, and there will certainly be other opportunities in the coming seasons, I think the decision is indeed very wise.

Xabi has succeeded in building an unbeatable club, the squad he has is the dream of all current managers, if he goes to another club Xabi will have to start over from scratch. I think everywhere there will always be risks, but when you decide to stay with Leverkusen, the risks are lower. We only hope that this impressive performance can be maintained next season, and that it shows that Xabi's managerial ability is not only limited to winning trophies, but also being able to defend them.

The Bundesliga trophy has been won, there are only two more trophies left as proof of its quality, it would be very historic if Leverkusen won the treble winner without being defeated at all. Xabi has certainly considered his decision before rejecting Bayern and Liverpool, who knows next season Xabi will bring Leverkusen back to success. In essence, Xabi decision to stay was very correct.

He was the best and this is exactly the informatin why it is different.

the Bayern Munich coach, Tuchel is on Manchester United's shortlist to become the next Manchest coach, but the question is not yet definitive as it is not yet clear whether the coach currently wants
to leave?? as he announced in February or whether now seeing the results in the Champions League has changed his mind and wants to stay??...

Xabi Alonso end Xavi did the same thing.

Can’t say if this is going to be a lot better for Napoli or not. I guess at first it will be an improvement. The question is will they be able to continue performing better after the changes happen and will be able to continue performing well in the long term? We have seen what happened to them with the current coach that they have. And at this moment it is really really hard to predict which coach is actually going to do better.

We saw what Leverkusen did with Xabi Alonso. I believe that he was able to understand what works best in this day and age and was able to arrange the tactics and also was able to make the players suit well to the tactics as well. I hope the new coach of Napoli will be able to do something like that. Because that is the way to find success right now in football.

Its nice for Stefano Pioli become Napoli manager after leaving Milan at the end of this season, reach two years contract with Napoli he will give the best achieving such as success winning Scudetto with AC Milan last season. Actually not really bad with his tactician but get much problem how to be Milan's tactician without get much money for signing many talented players. Stefano Pioli journey with Milan have been over and seems in this season fail for winning any tittle yet after Milan eliminating from Champion League and Europe League.

Just waiting who will be Milan manager for next season and has chance for replacing well with Stefano Pioli position by winning Scudetto or Milan will get bad manager for next season.
The rumour about Stefano Pioli future in Milan was appears since January at that time Milan owner has feeling disappointed with Milan's performance this season because at the beginning of season they were targetting the Scudetto but Stefano Pioli was failed to realized their target because the Scudetto was belongs to Inter and seems this rumour is true because Stefano Pioli has decide to leave Milan and most likely he will moved to Napoli and reported whether it Napoli and Stefano Pioli have reach the verbal agreement and this summer Stefano Pioli will signing 3 years contract with Napoli

I think Stefano Pioli is the right manager for Napoli because although this season Milan performance is not really impressive but at least under Pioli Milan still gets the Scudetto on season 2021/2022 and Milan also can advances to the semifinal of Champion League with him but Pioli has hard task because they have to make Napoli to performing well again and compete for the Scudetto and regarding who is the replacement of Pioli currently there are several candidates names just like Christophe Galtier or Brighton manager Roberto de Zerbi but this news is still not certain

Barcelona is trying to improve the team and hire more players for the next season to have better performance but they don't have good financial power and that's why they cannot go for the expensive player. Marco Verratti the former player of PSG, is linked to Barcelona and it seems Barcelona is thinking about this player. Marco Verratti had a perfect performance when he was playing in PSG.
But since Marco Verratti is currently playing in the Qatar League for a team named, Al Arabi, it seems he is not in the good form anymore and his recent performance made Barcelona t think more about this Italian player.

It must be underlined that Barcelona actually did not experience financial problems from the start and instead their money was spent paying one of their key players whose game was sometimes not very consistent. I don't need to mention his name and what is clear is that Barcelona can escape financial problems if they want to try this player.

But of course that won't be possible considering that in the last few seasons there were always queues to get his services and now if Barcelona continues like this then they will be increasingly left behind by Real Madrid. For Marco Veratti, he is not the type of player that Xavi wants so he will never be the first option for a midfielder.

Poor financial strength of course makes Barcelona should not expect too much to get good players, for now I think Veratti will be a good option to fill the shortage of their midfield players, besides Verratti is no longer comfortable playing in the Qatar League so it might make his playing performance less good, but of course it will be different when he later finds a club that makes him comfortable in playing so I think his performance maybe increase.

I could remember long term ago when Veratti was tipped to be Xavi replacement at Barcelona he was the talk of the club and the world then, how the world could change easily. Last season when he was heading out to the Qatar league as free agent I thought Barcelona would even lure him as free agent then and add to their squad but maybe they couldn’t afford his wages then and they opted out. Right now I think they should capitalize on him because he still might have those qualities left.

Barcelona currently do not have options than to trust older players who are free agent and academy players. The academy players have shown that they could live up to the expectations if they have quality around them. Take Lamine Yamal and Cubrasi for example they are now key players for the club. If they can do it then more can with Little patience on them

Free agents and academy players is probably Barcelona's main plan considering their money policy and generally considering their whole financial situation. Maybe they will even sell someone to get some extra income and cover some of their debts. I think Xavi will be able to prove himself as a coach next season, he's doing pretty well for himself

Now we just have to trust Ancelotti's future plans for Madrid because it is something that I think is important because after all, looking for young talent like Arda can be a good thing because of its long-term progress.
But even so for now especially for next season Ancelotti should at least look for players who are a little more senior and experienced for their midfield.

Modric is likely to leave this season and Kroos is still uncertain about his future so it could have a big impact if they end up losing these veteran midfielders at the same time.
Although for now there are some very good young players like Camavinga, Tchouameni, Arda and Valverde but they are still very young and their emotions are still explosive so there needs to be at least one person to calm them down in midfield and maybe Ancelotti's focus for next season is also on defense where Nacho has also decided to leave at the end of this season.

It could still be considered but even if they don't I think it could still be viable for Madrid's midfield.
Indeed, in terms of experience, young players sometimes have emotional levels that are difficult to control and losing Kroos and Modric at the same time will indirectly create a void for midfield supporters or controllers because looking at the players they have now for the current young players Valverde and Camavinga if placed in midfield they are tasked with assisting the striker in shuffling the opposing defence so it will be difficult to find a replacement option. for Tchouameni he is a defensive midfielder so it will be difficult to find a replacement option for Kroos and Modric as a supplier and initiator in attack but if indeed Ancelotti still entrusts young players and is more concerned with defence and strikers (because of Mbapp's gossip). (as the Mbappe rumours persist) it's not a bad thing because a scheme where Jude can be pulled further back according to his position at Bayern could also be an option in the end so that when Kroos and Modric leave then the midfield trio might pivot to Camaving/Jude on the left side, Tchouameni in the centre and Valverde on the right.

Indeed, it is not wrong to make a breakthrough with young players in midfield but in the end there are several things that need to be taken into consideration because looking at the players other than Kroos and Modric at this time Valverde and Camavinga are fighter-type midfielders, Tchouameni is a defensive-type midfielder and Jude is a midfielder who is suitable to be a playmaker but it will not be able to be used as a backup to be able to replace the role of Modric and Kroos if they leave.
Modric may leave but there is still a chance of keeping Kroos on a short-term contract.

As for the two of them leaving then even if it can still be with the current midfielders but it would be better to find a new midfield player to add Ancelotti in doing his scheme for next season.

Reus departure will certainly leave sadness for Dortmund and their fans at this time, because Reus has been a mainstay player as well as an irreplaceable leader in Dortmund so far, Reus spent almost part of his career in Dortmund so I think he deserves to become a Dortmund legend later, Dortmund and Reus decision to end the partnership at the end of the season is of course surprising,  But I think it should be done after 12 seasons together, for Dortmund maybe it's time for them to regenerate the midfield and one of them is not to renew Reus contract, so that they have 1 place to be filled by another younger player next season.

While for Reus, of course he needs a new challenge playing outside Germany, so I think MLS and SPL would be realistic goals for Reus to continue his career at his age, and reportedly Dortmund have offered Reus a position on staff at Dortmund but it seems he prefers to continue playing football and refuses to retire even though he is now 34 years old now,  But I think Reus current age will certainly not reduce the interest of other clubs to sign him in the 2024 transfer window.
Loyalty has been the watchword for Reus who has stayed loyal to Dortmund for iver 12 years and yet hasn’t won a single title. Well his contract will be expiring at the end of the season and he’s already announced his departure. It’s normal for players to want to try out new career and I think he wants to try out a new career that could help add key titles to his name.

Borussia Dortmund is one big club in the Bundesliga and they’re the known competitors or challenger for Bayern Munich but in all his years he hasn’t been able to get a major trophy to his name and it’s really sad. On this note it’s quite understandable if he choses to further a career in another club in Europe. He can also chose to go the SPL or MLS and join Ronaldo or Messi in achieving success there in the league.

Though this kind of move could be for the financial incentives but he’s worth it especially as he’s continued playing at top level and dedicating all for them this all through his 12 years.Well he has lots of options to pick from and I know he’ll sure make the right choice in whatever path he choses to follow. His choice will depend on his personal ambition, lifestyle and offers he receives from the clubs.

Currently with their second largest shareholder in Manchester United it looks like Sir Jim Ratcliffe is starting to try to fix that by looking for new options for a coach even though it is only a rumour but seeing the situation that is currently happening, it is possible that there are several coaches who could be an option next season even though it might also affect the player reshuffle in the end.
Yes, I'm sure Sir Jim Ratcliffe already knows what he has to do for the development of Manchester United to become what it used to be and if Sir Jim Ratcliffe really wants to benefit from the club he currently owns, he will definitely immediately make changes with management to discuss a replacement for Erik Ten Hag.
I also really understand how Erik Ten Hag has been for several seasons, even though at first I believed he could bring MU back to its glory days, but the longer he served as MU coach, Erik Ten Hag looked increasingly bad and even having conflicts with players was not something that was good for the future. in front of the club.
Meanwhile, the club will be very strong if the relationship between the players and the club is good and the chemistry can be combined well to be able to achieve the dreams that have been previously planned.
We'll see how Sir Jim Ratcliffe decides whether he will continue to fire Erik Ten Hag or keep him and the hope for all viewers at this time is that he wants the MU coach to be replaced by a new coach.

Barcelona this season has some weaknesses in their backline and also now the middle, so I think it is very natural for Barcelona to continue to pursue some players for them to sign next season, besides that reportedly some Barcelona players will be sold next season because it does not meet the expectations desired by Xavi so far, including Lewandowski who they will most likely also sell later,  The lack of reliable players in midfield certainly forced Barcelona to approach Verratti and also several other midfielders at this time, getting Verratti may not be a difficulty for Barcelona because reportedly Verratti is currently not comfortable playing in the Qatar League and he wants to continue his career in European football.

I understand why he is getting trolled and I understand why a lot of people are actually saying he is selfish or he is trash and even saying that he is not good enough for Liverpool. But at the end of the day, they forget to understand that he is still a very important player for Liverpool. without him, Liverpool is probably not going to be able to have the same level of success that they have in attacking. I think it is already almost certain that Liverpool will not be winning the English Premier League title this season. They are finishing probably on the third position at best. I think everyone expected a better performance from them. But it is what it is. What I want to say is that, at the end of the day the failure of a team is not because of only one player playing badly in a few matches. Mohamed Salah is still important in my opinion. But of course, other people may have a different opinion.

Can you also ignore if you do not care? Lol! Cristiano Ronaldo is a player I love personally and I'd always be a fan until the day of retirement.
Erik Ten Hag? Top Coach, Too many people using a bad season to judge him. Well, y'all can keep on lamenting, he won't be sacked at the end of the season.

The team had injuries and as well too many poor players who shouldn't have played for the club Manchester United. Anybody who fails to see that knows nothing about Manchester United and the standards they had before now. Erik Ten Hag had some decisions wrong but that don't mean he is a bad coach.

The Coach is a sound coach, it's just that Manchester United has low quality players, the difference he had from last season and this season is that they had consistent players and also supportive players like Sabitzer and Wout Weghorst closing down spaces for Manchester United. Too many people abused Wout Weghorst but didn't care to check out his entire work rate and team work. I don't even trust this 25% buyers of Manchester United, how has Nice developed since they took over?
Cristiano Ronaldo is a great player in football history and no football lover can deny the fact that he has made a lot of good impact in football history and has also made name for himself that will be remembered for a very long time.

Eric Ten Haag is not really a bad coach as most people are saying but one bad thing about football lovers and football fans is that as soon as a team starts declining in their performance every one blames the coaches without taking out time to check how the players are able to coordinate themselves in matches for them to record winnings. However in the case of Manchester united their major problems now to me is a coach they need a coach that will revive the team once again and it's very clear that Eric Ten Haag cannot be that coach because he has already been given the chance to prove his worth but yet all to no avail so it's time for Manchester United to look for another coach after all they have already the necessary resources needed to reactivate the team to their good old days.

Even if Eric Ten Haag is not sacked by Manchester United, he should consider resigning because he can't really be able to make positive impact in the team for now and Manchester United have been off from being one of the major teams of England so they need a coach that can understand the clubs ethics and put it into practice so that the club can become stronger again. I don't think Manchester united have low quality players if we consider the players worth so they can still use the available players to build a solid team.

It is nice to hear that. Thiago Silva is 39 years old now. This is a very old age even for a centre-back. He has still been doing nice things for Chelsea in the recent years but his time there was going to end soon. I'm curious about whether he has got any interest by Saudi Arabia or USA teams these days.  Huh  Special players like him have been on the radar of such teams normally.

He has been a regular in the Chelsea lineup so far. There are many young defenders in the squad now though. But maybe Chelsea might still think of signing a more experienced centre-back to fill Silva's place too.

It's hurting to see that a legend in the game would be leaving European Competitions after all these years of tireless efforts, discipline and hardwork. At least, what gladdens my heart is that I got to watch him play even he played for a club I dislike with passion finally lol.

It's something I learn from Cristiano Ronaldo. It's not about the age but about the state of mind. You can see thqt this play is indeed mentally strong and that football is not all about strength even defending is not all about physicality but also utilizing the brain. As I said countless times last week, he was the brain for Thomas Tuchel and Chelsea as they went ahead to win the Champions League Competition for/ with Chelsea.

South Americans I know are money minded but if seems like he never wanted to swing that way even though he was approached or not approached.
Godspeed to him anyways, in his new path he has decided to follow. Could that club be his boyhood club? It feels good to go back finally, I see he wants to finally settle down with the family.

Finally after 12 years joining Dortmund, Marco Reus will leaves at the end this season after his contract expiring and won't extend any more, Marco Reus make 424 appearances by scoring 168 goals and contributing 128 assists all competition. Its true legend with loyal more than 12 years after many his teams mates from Robert Lewandowski until Erling Haaland leaving Dortmund but keeps stay until his contract over.
Still not any official announcement about Marco Reus team future will stay or returning back to his team Gladbach or continue his career outside from Bundesliga competition such as MLS League and Saudi Pro League become more interested challenge for players have reached all achievement with European team.

https://www.espn.com/soccer/story/_/id/40074714/marco-reus-leave-borussia-dortmund-end-season
Reus leaving Dortmund, its definitely a big deal. He's built a legacy there – the numbers are incredible. Over 400 games, the goals, the assists... the guy's been a machine. Sure, no Bundesliga titles sting, especially after all those close calls. But he stayed loyal, became the face of the club. When others jumped ship, Reus held his ground. Thats something special.
Now, where he goes next? That's the big question. He's not done. MLS is growing like crazy, could be a huge challenge and he'd be a superstar there. Or, the Saudi money talks, and who can blame a guy for securing his future? Its going to be about where Reus sees himself making that final impact, earning that last big win, or maybe just enjoying the game somewhere totally new. He's earned that choice.

It's official now. I believe that verbal agreement between fluminense and silva can be easily achieved caused by the player has planned to go back to the brazil as a place for him to finish his career as a football player. The player intends to leave Chelsea after the club decided not to extend his contract and it was bad to see that but the decision came caused by silva is aged. Chelsea has become a club that has helped him achieve his dreams at PSG.

Silva is finally making his comeback as a Chelsea legend. He will also end his career after having played for Fluminense. Silva has accomplished everything in his career as a football player. It's time for him to return to Brazil.

I usually forget about Marco Reus still playing for Borussia Dortmund, he is one of the few players I have seen been loyal so much to a particular club and still doesn’t plan on leaving unless the club end their contract with him or it gets expire. When his contract expires, I am sure he won’t find it hard to get another team to play for because of his good records in football and also his qualities as a player even in his 30’s already. Joining SPL or MLS will not be a bad idea for him, he’ll still be valued there and will play a great football and add value to the club he’s going to join. Players like him are just like the ones we see at Al-Nassr of SPL, they come to add impact to the club and the league in its entirety.
I did not find any information about where Reus might go, only speculation that it could be the USA or Turkey, he is only 34 years old, this is not the age at which one should end his career. Turkey, by the way, is also not the easiest championship, and in this case there will be a possibility that he will be able to meet with Dortmund in the European Cup. But before he retires, he still has to play a very important match in the Champions League, and if he’s lucky, two more matches, including the final.
After serving for 12 years, Reus will leave Dortmund on a free transfer at the end of this season. It is not yet known exactly where he will go, but this is surprising news for football fans, because the Dortmund captain has served for a long time and is a legend in Dortmund, this makes fans wonder where Reus will go at his age, It is said that he is no longer young, no one has linked his name to a particular club.

Reus still plays for Dormunt and there are still important matches that Reus has to play as captain of the Dormunt team to take his team to the Champions Final, I think he will focus on that first and regarding his departure I think Reus will go to a non-competitive league to enjoy his time old before he retired.

There will always be speculation about football players and from what I have seen he is one player who is quite loyal to his club. America, Turkey and Saudi Arabia are comfortable places for players who are over 34 years old because in bigger competition they will find it difficult to adapt as core players because there are lots of young talents who develop every season.

The big step before ending a career in football is winning a title and now Dortmund has the opportunity to advance to the final if they are able to beat PSG because in the first leg they managed to beat Luis Enrique's troops with a narrow score. Reus will be much more enthusiastic about this and maybe he will try to give his best for his club.
