Yep, that looks like fake rumors. I don't think that Real Madrid will try to sign a new striker, although they have a lot of spare players. Let's suppose Real Madrid has signed Lacazette so where will they use him because Killyan Mbappe is already on the X11 sheet for the front lead. Despite Lacazette's only place, which is ST role and ST role was already filled up by Killyan Mbappe. So if they bring up Lacazette So definitely he will be used as a substitute player. Vinicius Junior is a winger, and he played his position very well.

There are too many players who are just waiting for a place like Arda Güler, Endrick. They are still in hope that Angelotti will give them a chance. Lacazette and Endrick both could get minutes considering how many games Real Madrid plays, having a bench to your bench is a great deal if you can afford it.

Players would be upset about not getting enough minutes that's for sure, but they would always have fresh legs whenever they want to. Mbappe could have injury, booking, fatigue and all that, so then they would just play these two, and that would be great for them. You can start with Endrick, and sub in Lacazette in 70th minute since he is older and could provide less minutes.

A finished player? I don't think so because he is actually a great striker, but he always like coming to support the midfield which is why he do have more assists than goals as a striker.

I don't also see Real Madrid signing Lacazette because he is below Madrid's standard for now, and Madrid have money to sign any striker of their choice, but I don't think many big strikers will accept Madrid's offer because Real Madrid prefer to play from wing which is why they don't worry about striker, and now that they have signed Mbappe, I doubt of they will sign any striker. Even if this rumor is true, then Ancelotti might just be looking for someone that will be staying on the bench in case of injuries, or when there is need to play both Mbappe and Vini Jr as wingers maybe when they are in need of goals.

It's very important cause playing either Mazraoui or Dalot out of their natural wing could cause the team more harm than good especially in a case where both of them get injured, most of the options Manchester United got for that particular wing are not really functioning very well, Luke Shaw battles with injury every season, Malacia have been out for several month and is yet to recover fully, Amass is still young and inexperienced and would need more time to blend in, therefore United needs to sign a new natural left back that would be reliable for long-term and create more options for the coach when those other injury players fully recovers instead of playing the right wing backs out of position. Davies is a very good option, he's very experienced, reliable and hard working but Real Madrid is the only obstacle for Manchester United but if they could pull that through, then it would be a fantastic signing like that of Mazraoui.

The decision has been made and Ancelotti must accept the consequences now. Mbappe is not bad, but he is not at his best when played in the center forward position, because he is more comfortable playing on the right which is currently occupied by Vini.
I think Real Madrid should bring in a center forward as an option, because now there are not many choices that can be done other than rotating.
Is this a mistake? I think so. Because they did not think about the worst that could happen, and now they have to wait for the transfer window to open first.

Everyone believes Mbappe will perform well when he joins Real Madrid, which is why Ancelotti opted to let Joselu depart, but Mbappe has not performed well for Real Madrid. And if Ancelotti really wants to bring Lacazette to Madrid, it would be a fantastic move because he is a good player who is performing well at Lyon. Mate, Dalot, and Mazraouii are all left backs; the statement plainly stated that the club might add another RB to the roster in the January transfer window or wait until the summer to sign someone. Davies Alonso is a good alternative, but his injury record is not great, and English football is more intense than the Bundesliga, therefore I don't think he survive here for a long time too.
