This would be a good plan for the Red Devils honestly. Let's check out the current alternatives in the position.

Luke Shaw... He has suffered big injuries especially in the recent years. This just finished him. The team can't rely on him in the long term anymore. Otherwise he was a quite decent LB. Injuries hit him hard.

Tyrell Malacia... He is another alternative who is much younger. However he couldn't even play in last two seasons. He suffered a huge injury period which lasted nearly a year and a half. I don't think they would like to trust him as the main LB either.  Sad

Playing Diogo Dalot or Noussair Mazraoui at left-back is unlikely to be an option for Ruben Amorim, meaning that if Man United does sign a new left-back, one of Dalot and Mazraoui will be benched. There are no specific names, so it will definitely be a lot of speculation here. Alphonso Davies is one of them, and he is currently being linked with Man United, but I think Man United really has to fight hard if they want Davies because besides having to prepare large funds, Man United has to compete with Real Madrid which also seems interested in Alphonso Davies.
I don't know why Manchester United will want to bring in another left back to the squad when they have Mazraoui, Luke shaw and Tyler Malacia. Their main attention should be trying to bring in a perfect replacement for Bruno Fernandes and also a winger and probably a striker too. But if they choose to being in another left back to the club. Alphonso Davies is one of the players that is currently linked with the club. It will be a difficult task for Manchester United to convince him to sign a contract when Real Madrid are also interested in him.
A good substitute is necessary for Bruno Fernandes. Because if the Portuguese player gets injured or gets suspended, I don't see a better substitute player. Bruno Fernandes is currently one of the best players in the world in his field. I can say he is the best player in Manchester United. Therefore, he can be provided with a good substitute to compete with. Maybe that's what the Portuguese Coach is aiming for. You are right about the striker, I think we can see Gyökeres, his former Swedish student from Sporting Lisbon, in Manchester United soon.

The arrival of Amorim certainly makes the Management have to understand what he wants. I heard that Amorim will move a lot to strengthen the team in this transfer season. Reportedly, Sporting Lisbon defender Ousmane Diomande will soon join Amorim at Man United. Actually, Man United competes with Man City, but Man City's problems make Ousmane not want to take much action with his future.

It seems like he doesn't have confidence with his current defender now. I felt it also, In the previous match MU always conceded with their defender squad which made he think he must buy another defender to fix the situation. I think it would be better if he takes the defender from the previous club he coached. Goncalo Inacio, and Ousmane Diomande is look potential to bring it both to MU. they have proven to be solid when blocking an sporting opponent's attack. But we don't know if both will released easily because they are the tip of the defense. Even if it is released, the club could be will ask for high dowries.

There are many rumors that Pogba will go to MLS or SPL. But with the injury history, I think the club has to think a lot to consider the advantages and disadvantages.  I agree with young players, but Pogba was a great player in his time. Maybe he can be a role model but in this time there are many other options that seem to have more potential for the future. I wouldn't have bought Pogba if I was the owner of the team.
In some media it says he is at Carrington and people say he will return to play for Manchester United. Rumors about Pogba's future are still unclear and there is no clarity regarding his future. MLS or SPL are most associated with the future of the French midfielder and I am sure he can still contribute in one or two more seasons if there is a team willing to recruit him. Pogba has a good style and game, it's just that he can't avoid injuries so there will be many considerations for the team that will recruit him in the transfer market later.

He's going to be a top striker playing for Manchester United, but I hope he'll be willing to wait for Manchester United to get things together before he start demanding the club gives him a major trophy as Manchester United aren't in a position to start competing for titles as they're yet to get the club in sharp. They have a new manager and it'll take some season for him to start showing strong contentions for the premier league title or even the champions league title but still, a move to Manchester United is going to be a great move and an upgrade for him from the club and league he's currently playing at. Napoli shouldn't sabotage this deal if Manchester United are serious about it.

If Manchester united are ever going to get another striker and are willing to spend €100m on one ( that's Osimhen release clause except Napoli brings it down) I think Amorim would want to bring Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting Lisbon with the same release clause, he's also as good as Osimhen but Amorim would like to work with him instead.

They already have Joshua Zirkzee and Rasmus Hojlund what else do they need a new striker for?

The numbers speak for themselves:

Joshua Zirkzee = 11 Premier League games but only scored 1 goal and only made 1 assist

Rasmus Hojlund = only played 7 games and only scored 1 goal in the Premier League and did not manage to make any assists

With these numbers it is clear that the best option would be to discard these two players and look for other good players who can score a lot of goals. There are other Manchester United attacking players who need to be discarded, such as Marcus Rashford and Amad Diallo. If the new coach wants to be successful he must avoid the same mistakes that the previous coaches made. Manchester United needs to have a new squad that is not made up of 80% of the current players.

I don't think it would be a wise decision for Bryan Mbeumo to make a transfer to Liverpool because he won't be guaranteed a regular football  instead he should favour a move to Newcastle where regular playing time will be guaranteed. Manchester City, Liverpool and Real Madrid are all aiming to sign Florian Wirtz, he would surely favour a move to the Santiago Bernabau rather than any of the English Premier League clubs, Real Madrid has more to offer. Geovany Quenda’s move to Manchester United could be possible, the player will want to reunite with his former coach in his new club.
In terms of quality, Liverpool is certain to be an achievement if he manages to be in their squad but when talking about a future career, it is certain that when he chooses Liverpool, the chance for a fading career will be much greater if he cannot show his best performance.

Currently Liverpool still have some great players for strikers so in the end Mbeumo's chance is still there but it is small because before being in the core line-up he must be able to compete and beat several players like Jota or Nunez so this is clearly not a wise choice for Mbeumo if he forces himself to be at Liverpool.

But in other conditions if he is satisfied with the reserve player then indeed Liverpool's laughter can clearly be thought of only for the future it may be more difficult for him.

Both players has failed to perform has expected for the team to become better, definitely it us expected for any new Manchester United coach to go for a proper striker especially when they know how poor the current attacks are in making better used  of chances created in many games. I hope Ruben Amorim can make a better decision on players to sign than Erik Ten Hag whose picks often turn out poorly for the team.
True, as far as we have seen, Zirkzee and Hojlund have not been able to meet the expectations according to their prices. If Manchester United is ambitious to become a title challenger, then the management should recruit players who are sharper than the two strikers. However, who knows Zirkzee and Hojlund will develop better when handled by Ruben Amorim, maybe previously they had difficulty playing and understanding the strategy implemented by Ten Hag. I think, for this season Ruben Amorim will continue to rely on his two strikers. Manchester United style of play in the future will certainly change completely, adjusting to the wishes of the new coach. At Sporting CP, Ruben Amorim implemented an attacking style of play with a three-defender formation, and this will make the players in the front line more productive.
Ruben Amorim maybe able to do this but if they can show proof before the January transfer window opens then more likely  he might just want to work with them.

Chelsea was in the same scenario when Enzo Maresca came, he was looking for a proper nine but failing to land Osimhen, we haven't complained much about it because Jackson is more sharper now while Nkunku is much available and not like last season where he was often out because of injuries. The players willingness to improved is a key factor for all this to be possible.

Yeah it would be unlikely as both are RBs and needed there. Alphonso Davies... He would be an incredible choice of course. He is a great player who can help you a lot in the offense line as well. He can even play as LW when there is a need.

However he is chased by Real Madrid too as far as I know. This changes many things.  Smiley  Their name has a big effect on this kind of young and talented players.

Both Mazourrai and Dalot are good full backs with both having the strength to go up and down, this season Dalot hasn’t been himself and to be frank he his poor performance to me was part of what caused the sacking of Erik Ten Hag, Dalot knows how to set himself up at s better position but was beginning to lose chances which should have easily be converted to goals. He was the player Ten Hag actually used as his inverted left back and it didn’t work out well. On the other hand Nons Mazourrai has been impressively consistent since his arrival, over the start of this season Dalot and Wan Bissaka were the only two full backs that the club had fitted, Ten Hag going for Mazourrai has been meet with multiple castigations of him prioritizing his old players. But with the player performance I think he was one of the best signings under Ten Hag.

With the new coach not going to use either of them as left back and him not trusting the current ones we have the player that comes to my mind for this kind of pattern is Inter Milan’s Damarco who is actually one of the best in his position at the moment

Since you know that it wi take some seasons for Amorim to win a title, that's the reason why Amorim needs good and professional players like Osimhen who he can work with so that they can both put United back to their glory days.

If Amorim can get the players he wants ASAP, I believe that he will do his job perfectly and we would see a new Manchester United. Osimhen is a player that loves playing with passion for his club and that has always paved way for him in scoring goals.
There are big opportunities for the Amorim and Osimhen connection for the matches and, thereby, clubs should bring in full support for the coach and enhance the performance of the team. Thus, using the theoretical knowledge of building strategies alongside a fighting spirit on the field of Amorim and Osimhen this pair can become the basis for the formation of a new strength of Manchester United.

As for it is vital for us to give opportunities for development of the coach and players along with offering them proper platform, in this way, we will have a strong and fast developing team every time and as a result, offering our best in each confrontation. To get success, the right aim should be achieved by the participation of the management team and the coaches, the players and the fans all should be with the same aim that wanted to bring the fame again for the club.

I have started to hear some rumours regarding a potential departure by Cristiano Ronaldo soon. Do you know anything about it friends?  Huh

If there is really such situation then things could get interesting in January. Who knows maybe we can finally see Ronaldo back in Europe before his retirement. I wouldn't say no to that though.

Galatasaray has been really successful with opportunity signings. Like the Osimhen example. What do you say? Maybe a surprise move for Ronaldo while Icardi has closed this season due to injury?  Tongue
Galatasaray is a good club but I doubt they actually need Ronaldo since they have Osimhen and Batshuayi, who I think will be able to do well even in the absence of Icardi.
Galatasaray are working on getting Osimhen on a permanent basis though I don't know if he will want to remain there or move to European top flight if opportunity ariseshttps://thesun.ng/transfer-galatasaray-to-sign-osimhen-on-permanent-deal/?amp
Also, I think Cristiano Ronaldo might even move to Sporting Cp, since he has spoken before how he do love to return to his boyhood club.

Even if we consider Galatasaray a rich team who can pay a huge amount of money off the players they have but still hiring some superstar palyers won't be easy for them. Galatasaray got Osimhen for a loan but if they want to hire this player they have to pay a huge amount of money which is not easy for any team. While other than Osimhen, they think about Ronaldo but I don't think if Ronaldo will leave Al Nassr because he is old enough to end his career there and there is no reason for him to leave his team anymore.

Pep Guardiola is reported to have extended his service with Manchester City until 2027. It is known that his contract with The Citizen will end at the end of the 2026 season and many speculate that Pep Guardiola will leave Man City and he will switch to become a national team coach to achieve new challenges and achievements that he has always wanted to conquer, namely the World Cup, but because of his love for Man City, it seems he wants to stay longer and win many titles so that he can become a historic coach for Man City and this must be happy news for Man City fans because they have loved the coach.

First I heard it like the extension was by one year. But it seems like Guardiola still has plans with Manchester City. The board must be very relieved about being successful. Guardiola is everything for them now as he has built all the system there.

If we look at it realistically, in order to return to the French national team, Pogba will have to show something extraordinary, the competition there is very high and Pogba will be 32 years old in 4 months. I would rather believe that Pogba did not agree to move to Saudi Arabia because the offer was not interesting enough - it is unlikely that the Saudis want to overpay for a footballer who does not have top options.
Pogba is a great player, i can't wait to see him back on the pitch not just any team but a top class team in any of the most obvious league. I support his motion of declining the move to Saudi, it will no longer pick the interest of any top team later on even if he has goods record while playing there, it is very difficult to move from Saudi to a much competitive league, Saudi is where players go before retirement not valid for his age that can still be able to complete potentials in any of these teams.

That's the whole point. He's almost 32 now and he can earn good money in Saudi Arabia, and work for it honestly. Or do you think that in Saudi Arabia you don't have to strain yourself at all and you can go there when your physical capabilities don't allow you to play in Europe? That's far from true now.
I don't understand why players like Pogba, KDB, etc. are thinking and waiting for, these opportunities will not always be available.
But nevertheless, according to rumors, Pogba is close to moving to Marseille.

I support your opinion and this makes more sense. However Amorim is impossible to replace the two players this season and in my opinion, Amorim will still try to see how much the performance of the two players to be relied upon in each match.
If until the end of the second season the player does not make a big contribution, I am sure Amorim prefers to bring in the players he has been after and sells some players who do not have a positive impact on the team.

I agree with you, I think the Saudi Pro League is the best option for Pogba. He can earn a lot of money there and play in an easier league. Also, Europe's elite leagues have many question marks for Pogba. But the Saudi Pro League can hide his flaws. On the other hand, the good scenario holds many hopes for Pogba. But if things don't go well for Pogba in Arabia, his career could suddenly take a turn for the worse. Whatever league he plays in, he should make the most of this opportunity.
If there are no big teams in Europe to make an offer, Pogba is better to move to Saudi teams. Sure, Saudi teams will give a higher salary for Pogba. They also probably guarantees Pogba to be the main player there. Pogba is still in prime age, he deserves to play regularly in the main lineup. Al Nassr and Al Ahli seem to try signing a new top midfielder because they still have lack of top players in their midfield line. Meanwhile Al Hilal and Al Ittihad seems to have enough top players in their midfield line currently. By the way, if Pogba can play well in SPL, he may get another chance to play in France national team anymore.

Ohh wow, that sounds great !
Really, Pep Guardiola is extending his contract with Manchester city. If this really happened, indeed, it will be a good stance for a club. Because of the way people look at Manchester City in a dignified way, they only look at it because of Pep. He turned Manchester City from a lay club to a prominent one. Everyone agrees on this thing. Before Pep, people look down on Manchester City. They were very weak in European competition, even sometimes they don't even qualify. So Pep has given a lot to the club since he brought in Manchester City rear coaching. Manchester City also won several Premier league titles and even the Uefa Champion League. Also won many domestic and cup titles. So Pep literally put Manchester City on the list of big clubs.

So it's mean to say that's this very proud and exciting news for Manchester City fans that the world's best coach has decided to sign another 2 years contract.

Their squad in attack is not short of players only lacking mentality in finishing so there is no need to return to stacking strikers especially for old strikers like Lacazette. What they need is a player who can patch up the defense in the condition of the players who are currently hit by a storm of injuries long enough to make Madrid have to try to patch up this position more.

I agree with this because if they really wanted a striker then why would they let Joselu go at the start of this season, even though he is still very useful if used as a back-up option in Madrid's rotation.

For some reason, I always don't like Ancelotti's way of looking as if there are no big problems in his squad. Although I quite agree that the reasons for their player's confidence in being able to survive conditions like this reflect that he really believes in the player, of course there must be several other considerations that must be taken into account.
Currently they have several injured defenders and some of them will definitely be recovering until the end of this season because of their ACL. Seeing this, Ancelotti should pay more attention to more important things first because Alaba, Carvajal and Militao still have a long time to recover and even if they recover, the worst possibility is that they will have to re-adapt so it is clear that there must be other options to improve their performance in conditions like this.
Because in the end, Ancelotti's initial standards and expectations of Mbappe were so great that it seemed that Joselu's presence was not needed but they did not realize that Mbappe's most comfortable position was a winger not a targetman which made there were several changes that wanted to be made including looking for an old striker.

But actually for now the striker is not a priority that must be prioritized by Madrid because after all there is still a defense that they must condition first and if possible look for a play maker who can indeed make a big contribution in passing. Although not like Kroos, they must find the closest player because for now Madrid's attacking flow sometimes always utilizes the width of the field with speed but there is no combination in their passes that makes the attack easier to read by the opponent.
