Nagelsmann has great statistics with Bayern Munich. Undoubtedly, Bayern Munich are already a great team and they always have good statistics, but with Nagelsmann they have played 84 games and won 60 of them. Moreover, they eliminated PSG in the champions league this season. I think they could have sent such a successful coach from the team in a better and more polite way. They have already created nightmares for the coaches who will take charge at Bayern Munich from now on.
There will definitely be pros and cons to Nagelsmann's dismissal now because of course this is so surprising with his statistics which are still very good. But of course, regardless of anything, things like that can't be contested anymore. The higher ups have decided not to give Nagelsmann a chance in the domestic league even though his stats are still good but it doesn't really matter when they have decided. They are a big team, the slightest mistake from a coach or player can be fatal for the continuation of his career.
I think senior club managers can also make mistakes.  I am curious about Thomas Tuchel's performance like everyone else.  Despite Nagelsmann's not bad statistics, his brutal dismissal from the club even took place in the world press.  Many sports commentators said they found it pointless.  I hope Tuchel draws a good graph from Nagelsmann.

There are conditions where now if Conte returns to Inter after leaving Tottenham maybe this could be something else from the Lukaku drama because we know Lukaku and Conte really get along and Lukaku himself is Conte's favorite child which makes Lukaku's performance shine at Inter too not regardless of Conte's services. This could be another consideration but this is unlikely because seeing Lukaku's current price it is certain that Inter will think further even if Conte is around.
On the other hand, after Conte left Tottenham, there is currently no further news about this, especially for a new club.
This is only one of the possibilities that will happen when indeed Conte is at Inter but until now as you said, you still haven't commented further about Conte's future now that he has left Tottenham. Even though there have been a number of clubs linked today but that is just a rumor without any real certainty there.

At the moment bad luck seems to be accepted by Lukaku. Inter is not willing to extend this player's contract because with several injuries received at Inter he only played 19 times and scored 5 goals which made Inter dissatisfied with his performance. On the other hand, for now, the problem is that Chelsea also doesn't want this player and it will be rumored that if Inter doesn't buy this player, Chelsea will immediately sell it, even at a loss, because obviously the purchase was very expensive at that time.
This is really bad for Lukaku but actually on the other hand this is also understandable for big clubs because they definitely won't think too much of a player who has proven to fail to show good performance.
Lukaku since being brought back from Inter to Chelsea has shown not too good form and now he is back at Inter with the same form. This is really bad, of course because his good performance is over and he also has to be really lazy because of course he must also be aware that when there are not many opportunities and physical fitness it is clear that it will greatly affect his performance.
He's always doing the same thing by going up or down drastically in terms of performance.

Nagelsmann was managing Leipzig before joining Bayern Munich as you know. Therefore I don't think Tottenham is much of a recession for him.
He wouldn't like to return to an average team again after this big step forward I guess. Tottenham would be another nice option to go for. Maybe Tottenham aren't a team that has a history full of titles. But still they are a really strong team now considering their players in the squad. Kane is their biggest card above all else. But Kane might also think of leaving also after having another season without a title. I don't know if Nagelsmann would be the manager to make Kane think twice about that.
Apart from Tottenham, who are rumored to be interested in Nagelsmann, there is also Spanish giant Real Madrid who made an approach with the former Bayern Munich coach. Real Madrid projected Nagelsmann as a replacement for Ancelotti, who is currently also rumored to be the new manager of the Brazilian national team. Nagelsmann was considered appropriate to replace Ancelotti because he was a young coach who had successfully brought Bayern Munich to several titles.
If these rumors are true, I believe Nagelsmann will choose Real Madrid over Tottenham, because given the great history that Real Madrid has made and Nagelsmann can continue this tradition. To train Real Madrid is not easy and is exactly like training Bayern Munich, because the club has big players who sometimes have their own egos, but Nagelsmann has managed to keep the Bayern Munich squad solid and maybe that is also a consideration for Real Madrid's management

Anyone is going to choose Real Madrid over Tottenham as a coach any day. After all, Real Madrid is of course performing really well in the Champions League and also in La Liga. But on the other hand, Tottenham is actually not being able to even perform well in the English Premier League. At The same time, real Madrid also has a legacy which everyone respects.

Julian Nagelsmann, that coaching prodigy, no doubt made a splash in the game, especially when he helmed Bayern Munich. Yo, it's clear he's got options on the table, with both Tottenham and Real Madrid eyeing him. But, like you said, Real Madrid is where he'd likely lay his hat. A club with a storied history, it's the dream of many to lead that squad to even more glory. Nagelsmann's got that talent for wrangling stars and their egos, so it's a match made in heaven.
Don't get it twisted, though; Tottenham's got potential too, with Kane as their ace. Nagelsmann could work wonders there, but if it came down to it, he'd probably pick Real Madrid. Either way, we're in for a wild ride with this guy!

Going from Bayern to Tottenham is a step back rather than one forward. Yes he would be in the Premier League and it is all good, but there is nothing to be won with Tottenham now.

Going from Bayern to Tottenham is not a step back. He's not that big of coach to say he's too big to coach Tottenham. Coaches like Mourinho and Conte that have achieved a lot coached Tottenham so why is Nagelsmann too big for Tottenham? Bayern put a lot of faith in him when they hired him because he has never done a big team let alone be successful in one. Nagelsmann is a good coach but I cant say he's up there with the likes of Pep, Ancelotti, Mourinho. He will be a perfect fit for both Tottenham and Chelsea so if Tottenham actually want him they have to move things quickly and get him before the summer.

Going from Bayern to Tottenham is not a step back? Then tell me what it is please. I have no idea what you are talking about and how many titles Tottenham won in the past 20 years, but I do know that the club ranking tells a different story.

Apart from this list of course Tottenham is a step back. That doesn't mean Nagelsmann shouldn't go there, but he might have the chance to go to Real Madrid. I know what I would do if I were him. Why not go for the maximum? He coached Hoffenheim and then Leipzig already. He has his experience and knows how fast it can end.

The only reason why going from Bayern Munich to Tottenham might actually feel like a step back is because at least Bayern Munich was winning the Bundesliga title consistently. But Tottenham is not being able to do that.

But at the same time, the competition in the English Premier League is far higher compared to Bundesliga. I actually am not thinking about this move as a step back or step up. I feel like whatever this movie is, it is already done. We should talk about how the future of Tottenham is going to be.

In my opinion, Bayern Munich made the biggest mistake by sending Nagelsmann.  Of course, there will be some teams that want to evaluate this.  It could be Tottenham, it could be Chelsea.  The coming days will show us this.  What I see is that he is a very good coach despite being a younger manager.  Bayern will realize their mistake sooner or later.

They will only regret it Tuchel doesn’t do well. It was a rash decision by the board but we all know how salty their relationship have been since the Villarreal loss last year. They also think it is wise to bring in an experience coach that matches Pep in class and Tuchel was there only answer.

Why not, isn't this a good offer for Nagelsmann at the same time? He is fed up with his departure from Bayern Munich, other than there are no offers in a short time so it is possible that Nagelsmann will agree. Even though this season Tottenham is not much different from last season, it is always in an unclear position, maybe with the management of Nagelsmann there will be slight changes.

Let just watch out and see if Bayern Munich can still continue their outstanding performance in Champions league, since Tuchel is an experienced coach I believe in him, if Tuchel were to be coach who has no experience I'll be worried. I still believe in Tuchel that Bayern Munich will still do well in their games.

Manchester United have been in this search for the perfect striker this season which made them opt for Weghorst who joined on loan for the rest of the season but so far Weghorst has neither fulfilled the expectations of the coach and United will need to search again in the summer. Harry Kane is a prolific striker and as such I think he will be perfect for United if a deal can be made. Harry Kane will add quality to their attack and can guarantee many goals in a season.

Either it was a mistake or they did the right thing. Because they also appointed a coach like Thomas Tuchel to replace the role of Nagelsmann. Thomas Tuchel is also an experienced coach, so it is likely that under his direction Bayern Munich will become even more solid. But if Thomas Tuchel fails at Bayern Munich then the management will regret it because they made a hasty change of coach.

I don't think anybody will doubt the capacity of Thomas Tuchel because he is an outstanding coach that has a very rich credential and results. His main task now will be his ability to win the heart of the players and make them become loyal to him. He also has a very short time to study the players to identify their strength and weaknesses. The Bayern team is in a critical situation currently. They are in the process of losing their ten years dominance of the Bundesliga and their crucial champions league quarterfinal against Manchester is also around the corner.
I hope Tuchel's performance will not be measured based on this season's results because he needs so much time to understand and put the team in the position the management desires.

I suspect that Nagelsmann will not be out of job for a long time considering his performance in the two last two clubs he handled. Tottenham and Real Madrid are both good clubs that he can handle and have the right players and financial support. But in terms of history and respect Real Madrid will be the best option. Carlo Ancelotti is 63years old and I think it will be more healthier for him to switch to national team coaching because club management is more tasking and stressful. Ancelotti handling the Seleção will bring a lot of improvement to the Brazilian team.

Antonio Conte and Tottenham decided on a mutual agreement that made the former Italian passport coach no longer Tottenham coach. There is one more talk that is still hot to discuss regarding the dismissal of Julian Nagelsmann from the Bayern Munich coach seat which was replaced by Thomas Tuchel.
For the dismissal of Julian Nagelsmann, Manchester United are thinking of ways that the loan player from Bayern Munich, Marcel Sabitzer, can be made permanent even though Sabitzer's loan process occurred when Bayern Munich was still nurtured by Nagelsmann. Of course Manchester United hopes that the appointment of Tuchel as Bayern coach will not hamper Manchester United's desire to make permanent the player who admits that he is very happy to be in the uniform of Manchester United.
Fabrizio Romano

I am actually happy that Tottenham and Antonio Conte are parting ways. Don't think anything good is going to happen if they don't.
Nagelsmann being sacked was a little surprising to me. I thought he would have gotten much more time.

But anyway now that the new coach of Bayern Munich is Tuchel. I thought Tuchel was actually doing a good job with Chelsea before he got sacked. Of course, the situation in Chelsea is now very bad which we can already see.

The players who want to live Bayern Munich and/or want to join Manchester United, should not have any problem with the new coach just because they don't want to stay in Bayern Munich. Any good coach is going to let the player go because it is beneficial for both parties.

Even SkySport has reported that Tottenham are now trying to convince Julian Nagelsmann to move closer to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to start a new job as coach.

The competition referred to by SkySport media is Tottenham's competition with Real Madrid because there is a sense of Real Madrid's interest in employing Nagelsmann even though Don Carlo is currently classified as successful at the Santiago Bernabeu. It seems strange, but reportedly so.
Julian Nagelsmann's journey was actually quite good with Bayern Munich because it was not in the bad that he experienced, it's just that it was a surprise that Julian Nagelsmann is now no longer trusted as Bayern Munich coach, of course, with him free from the work duties of coach Julian Nagelsmann, it will now be even more bad, meanwhile Tottenham is one to fill the coaching void after Conte left who was sacked by mutual agreement, I'm looking forward to how Julian Nagelsmann is in the Premier League.

Carlo Ancelotti brought the trophy last season, it's is a great achievement, it's just that Ancelotti will choose the Brazilian national team to coach him, but I don't know if this will happen or not, but for sure Real Madrid will look for a better and visible coach Nagelsmann is the right man for Real Madrid.

Totenham has gotten a new coach until the end of season. It seems like that some names will able to be a coach for totenham next season. It's caused by totenham's president didn't wanna rush to sign a new coach.

As you can see that so many people are speculating about which name will become a new coach for totenham. The fact that if totenham has got a new name to be temporary coach until the end of season.
he was christian stellini who will become a coach temporary until the end of season.

https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/tottenham-next-manager-kane-conte-29561213

FYI if stellini was conte's assistant and totenham chooses him to stay in the club while conte was going out caused by he has been sacked by the club.

After Nagelsmann was sacked by Bayern Munich, there were many rumors surrounding him being linked with several big clubs.  for one, Spurs have emerged as top contenders for Nagelamann's services ahead of Antonio Conte's departure. I don't see it as a step backwards, but rather a new challenge for the Nagelsmanns. but on the other hand, Chelsea is also rumored to be monitoring the situation.

There are even rumors that the young German coach is reportedly on Real Madrid's radar. Sport claims that El Real is considering Nagelsmann to become their new manager next season. the report claims that Real Madrid are projecting Nagelsmann as Carlo Ancelotti's successor. The reason is, Ancelotti is currently on the verge of leaving Real Madrid. he was reportedly proposed to become the new manager of the Brazilian team. However, I cannot confirm the validity of these rumors. well, let's just follow further developments.
Yes, many rumors say that after his departure from Bayern Munich, one source reported that Nagelsmann will move to Chelsea next season to replace Graham Potter.

From the several achievements he achieved as a youth coach who managed to bring several clubs to qualify for the semifinals of the champions league last season, I believe Nagelsmann has good potential and is able to face the challenge of bringing his new club to the semifinals next season.
