Rashford still hasn't extended his contract with Manchester United and it must be getting more worrying for the team on one hand. Because Rashford has made a huge progress recently. Under Erik ten Hag's management he has improved his performance a lot. He has made a huge level of contribution to the team with goals and assists throughout the season.

But his contract is still ending by the end of next season. This can even encourage some top teams to make an offer for him this summer. I wouldn't expect Manchester United to sell him of course but I wonder if Rashford would think of it.

Rashford is still prioritizing manchester united at this moment compared with another club. He will stay in here even longer.

Im sure about that.

Some news we see is really funny and I just laugh. We all know Victor Osimhen is the gem in the market and many teams are seeming to find a way and hire this player for the next season because of his good performance in Napoli and because of his age, he can be also a good investment for any team and comparing to Kane who is older, Osimhen got a much better situation. But Ferdinand said hiring Kane can be better than hiring Osimhen for the next season.

Im not getting surprised to see that but i will not even take it. Osimhen has long term prospect and this is not owned by kane. Since kane is aging and he has become even older. Buying him will be so stupid. I don't even know why people were putting him (kane) as favorite player while at the same time. he never won any prestigious trophy. Not even a single EPL trophy has been winning by totenham. People were calling him as best striker lose their sense. There are so many better striker than him.
Osimhen will be much preferable caused by he can still being developed by the team unlike kane. It takes a few years for kane to retire from football from now. Buyin kane is wasting of money. It must not be done by any club.
Just let kane achieve its dream to take a trophy with totenham but that will never happen for sure.

To an extent he has a point, though Osimhen is younger but he is yet to prove himself in the EPL or any other major league or even at international level but Harry Kane has proven himself in EPL and at international level. Kane has already established himself in one of the toughest leagues in Europe which means he has high tendency of been successful elsewhere.

Late this season, Lionel Messi has been rumored to leave PSG before the end of the season. When the news of Lionel Messi's absence from the club came out, various clubs are showing interest in taking Messi for a huge amount of money, including some Saudi clubs who want to get Messi to their club even if they exchange a lot of money. But so far no decision has been made as to what will be Messi's next club.  Meanwhile, Barcelona is showing a lot of interest in taking Messi. As their club is facing financial problems, they are unable to give any guarantee regarding Messi's salary but they believe that Messi will return to their club again. And if Messi returns to their club again, then Messi will be given the captaincy again, the Barcelona authorities said. Now it remains to be seen which club Lionel Messi will end up signing with.
I understand that Lionel Messi is a living legend for Barcelona, but should he really come back? I don't think now is the time to talk about whether he is a legend or not which is the reason why they want Messi back. But there is something more important than that, their journey is still very long, with a large nominal to bring back Messi, it would be better for them to build a stronger foundation with the money they will use to bring Messi. If they sign Messi he won't be around for long and maybe it will be two or three seasons. But when they bring in younger players, it can be an investment for them in the long term.

If you think Messi is going to Barccelona because he want to reshape their ways of playing and increase their chance then I will say that you don't understand how football work. Messi is a name and if Barcelona confirms it now that they have aggreed on Messi's terms, more than half of players who left Barcelona for PSG because of Messi influencel they will all return back to Laliga and there gate fees will going to be increase as more people will be expecting to turn up for matches just to see Messi and there is likeyhood of a new limited Jersey printing that will generate money for the club; Al-Nasir comes to my mind on how their social media followers move from thousands to millions under a week, that is the power of influence.

That is how England people promotes their own even when it is clear that there is a better option.
I am not saying that Kane is not a good striker, he has been a consistent striker since more than 5 seasons now and he is among the world renowned strikers.
But considering his age and the work rate of Victor Osimhen, I think for a long term plan the Nigerian Napoli striker is a better investment to Manchester United than Harry Kane
When it comes to sports media I don't there's any where in the world that competes with the English media. They know how to hype players who should be playing somewhere in the third division and make you think they have great potentials to become future football great.
Harry Kane without doubt is a very prolific striker who's been hitting double figures for Tottenham over the past 6 seasons but considering his age difference with Victor Osimhen and how good of a striker Osimhen is, it sounds funny to say he'll make a better signing than Victor Osimhen.

I just hope Neymar's story doesn't end like that of Coutinho falling from Grace to Grass. Neymar is still a vibrant player, if not for injuries his PSG spell would be better than it has been but nevertheless, I still believe Neymar would be a good signing for United and will improve their game immensely if he joins this summer.

The news of him moving to Man United is what I want to see
He is a big player he needs to represent a big club like Man United with a discipline coach
Injury aside if he is fit he gives his best to the club
PSG year after year just fight for the league nothing else they are not ambitious enough to win the champions league

I believe the same way, I think Ferdinand said that just because he is a retired player from England and normal for him to say hiring players like Kane from England is a better option than hiring a talented player like Osimhen.
Otherwise there not any other reason to say Kane is a better option than Osimhen.

I get how English players are overrated and overpriced but I'll take Kane over Osimhen. Osimhen is good and young, but age is all he got on Harry Kane, nothing else. Kane is 29 now I think, meaning he still got like 4 years of top football to offer any club he goes to. If you use the age and sign Osimhen instead, what kind of contract will you give him? Let's assume it's a long-term contract of six years, how do you know he would be there for the whole contract period?
How do you even know he would be on top form for the long term? But in the case of Harry Kane, you know what he can do. He's just better, He can play, he can score, he can assist and he's a leader. Harry Kane would be the perfect fit for Manchester United.

If Lionel Messi wanted to stay at PSG, he would have extended his contract by now. I think he will definitely leave the team at the end of the season. I'm not sure if Barcelona can afford Messi's salary, but everyone wants to see him in Barcelona. If he returns to Barcelona and plays football there for a few years and makes his jubilee at Barcelona, he'll have built an epic career. I think he's someone who makes enough money from football. He should not make wrong choices when he has the opportunity to build a legendary career. He may even have the opportunity to play for many more years at Barcelona if he understands that he is getting old and sometimes has to come into the game later.

PSG wants to hire Lucas Hernandez for the next season and this can be another expensive transfer for PSG while they need to hire a better coach and start hiring players after that according to what the coach needs for the next season.
However, since currently PSG doesn't have good defenders, I think they need defenders like Hernandez.

Lucas Hernandez to PSG is a good move towards improvement of the squad but Bayern Munich are bent on retaining the player and are working on extending his contract which is said to be until 2027. Bayern Munich are confident they will get him to extend so the next weeks will tell the outcome of this deal.

You're wrong
Ferdinand is a Man United legend he knows what's best for the club, Harry Kane has a good understanding of the Premier League and will easily adapt to the Man United team but Oshime will take time even if he is good and a younger player to kane
Man United can sign Harry Kane but they should have plans to get another he will be 30 soon which means he will drop form when he gets pass this age, harry Kane is top option for the list of strikers united shortlisted

Yes that is the logical thinking that a club should do but it seems like Barcelona doesn't cares about that and still want to go for Messi. They value him so much that they are making room for him right now to make him play for Barca again for as long as he can. I sometimes feel that maybe there is other reason for bringing him back as well as bringing him back will for certain boost up their revenues which Barca desperately needs right now. I wonder if bringing Messi will solve their financial situation later on if that's the case.

To be honest, I'm not sure. but since after Messi's contract ends with PSG, he will become a free transfer player. and what is the problem is how the issue of salary, but rumors Messi is willing to reduce his salary. IMO, Messi is still selling for Barcelona from a business perspective, correct me if I'm wrong. that is why, Laporta remains adamant in wanting to bring Messi back to Camp Nou.  most likely, he will become a winger if he finally joins Barcelona. because, apparently, the system that Xavi applied did not use a playmaker.

If I were Laporta, I would prefer to bring in Bernaldo Silva and a few other midfielders. it could also be, Gundohan as a replacement for Busquets' position. several other players, will be on the sales list, especially those whose performance this season was very bad. But whatever it is, we'll see how it goes. because of rumors, Messi will make a decision after his contract ends with PSG.

Osimhen's future actually depend on napoli. Napoli didn't wanna let him go out from the club easily. that's why a very big release clause being used to give a big wall for any team that is willing to sign him.
This is a common thing when there was a club that using the situation to take the advantage. Since osimhen performed really well during serie a and there will be many clubs interested to give napoli very big offer to sign him.
that's it. It's the main reason why osimhen will not able to leave from there easily.
I think we need to wait other Napoli's player, if there's a good player from Napoli join an other team, then a possibility Osimhen will leave Napoli become high too.

There are many rumors if both of Min-Jae Kim and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia leave Napoli, if Napoli want to prove themselves become a good team in the next season, it's not make sense if they let Min-Jae Kim to leave, but keep Kvaratskhelia and Osimhen isn't?

So they need to choose, either they back to a mediocre team or try again in the next season with their star players.
It's all about money. Napoli has built this team by making money, they usually spend 20 million or less on players to build a club, and pay 5 million or less for salaries as well, that's the system they built. This works and they have won a title now, it is not easy and sometimes they make mistakes, sometimes they buy a player and that player turns out to be terrible, and that is why it doesn't mean it will work every single time. But sometimes it does work like this and they became champions.

I guess that any player who worths 40 million or more is on sale, it means that they could buy 2 players within their system for selling just one, Osimhen could go for 50-60 million, if that happens Napoli is not rejecting it, they would be fools to do that.

That's true ... his time is almost over ... his producticity far more than it used to be , can't help much the current barcelona but weighting the salary budget which it's irrational financially , barcelona should never let messi go at the first place but yeah things really complicated back in the tough times post-covid.

Xavi might look for someone else despite messi is his teammates back in the day , someone worth the money for the long term.
After all, even if he is a Legend, so what? Is it true that Barcelona plans to bring back expensive players and wants to retire there with a fairly high fee.
Indeed, in this case Messi's presence is also likely to have an impact on their sponsorship but it will be the same as the previous few seasons considering his high salary and even the results of sponsorship are only able to cover that. They may have other views but it's really a shame if something like that still needs to be done.

Barcelona seems to be pushing too hard, it's obvious that it's impossible to happen and even if Messi returns to Barcelona it will only be a "tool" for management to make a profit through it. If we look at Real Madrid's competitors, they have completely forgotten about Ronaldo and do not have the slightest hope that he will return to the Los Blancos squad.

With so many things they can do, such as regenerating some of their young players or even making long-term investments by bringing in some talented young players. It looks like Barcelona should emulate what Real Madrid has done in the last few seasons instead of having to rely on legends like Messi who are so comfortable closing their careers at an aging age.
