Anyway with the transfer window coming to a close, which player transfer would you guys think will be a success and which will flop?

If we look at the big transfers, I think Erling Haaland's move to Manchester City is likely to be a big success. He is a talented player and he almost single-handedly carried Dortmund to multiple victories.
Manchester City has a much better team than Dortmund. So he should play better.
I think all attacking players depend on teamwork which must be able to create a good game because without the support of the ball from defenders and center players who can provide good passes forward then Erling Haaland will find it difficult to score goals, it is impossible for Erling Haaland carry the ball himself without any help that can make him get a goal. Erling Haaland as the executor must take advantage of the slightest situation to score goals because the transfer fee is not cheap so it must match the money spent to get him.

Aaron Ramsey is a very good player, even at his age he can still play very well at top level. It is really unfortunate that his time at Juventus didn't go as he had expected. I don't know what the future holds for Aaron Ramsey but a move probably to the premier league will be good for him. Clubs like Chelsea, Newcastle, Manchester united, Fulham could be interested in signing him on a 2 years deal or more.
he wants it and seems he gets frustrated because of frequent injuries and Juventus also brought many players who can fill up his position. when talking about the future, the premier league is the best, but too much competition between young players, if possible, maybe Arsenal is interesting to bring back him to Emirates but with a low salary of course.

Many things in the transfer market did not benefit Chelsea, the players who were targeted even mostly chose Barcelona. In fact, from a financial point of view, Chelsea dominates over Barcelona. Turns out it's not all about finances. For example, Chelsea wanted Lewandowski, Rhapinha, Dembele to extend his contract, then Christensen was even free to transfer to Barcelona. Thinking about it so far in the pre-season Barcelona have been lucky with poor finances but still can fulfill the expected squad.

After missing out on Kounde, it seems like Chelsea's targeting Leicester's Fofana.
Wesley Fofana is a talented young CB, but I think his level isn't the same as Kounde. Kounde seems stronger and more experienced than Wesley Fofana. If Chelsea signs Fofana, it can be good for a long-term plan for Chelsea defense but I am not really sure he will bring a big impact in a short time. Wesley Fofana needs more experience to be stronger.

Anyway, let's hope Barcelona isn't interested to sign Fofana as well.  Cheesy

Fofana seems to have all the right noise about him but if Chelsea are aiming to spend £70 million+ on him, they must absolutely view him as someone who can lead the line for years to come and reach a world class level. He’s 21 and has experience in the EPL already so I don’t see any other challenge. Imo Leicester will have little desire to entertain a sale as things stand. Even though they’ll want to let him leave, they have a reputation for negotiating high prices for their best players.

—— Robert Lewandowski moving to Barcelona is also a big transfer. No one expected this player to generate 50 million, especially at this age. However, I am not sure if he can be a very successful player for Barcelona.

—— I am already getting mixed vibes that Haller is not going to be able to do very much for Dortmund this season.

—— I think in the English Premier League Arsenal is going to play very well because they have made some wholesale changes in the team.

—— Real Madrid should play even better compared to the last season because they had a weakness in the defense and they have fixed it in the transfer market.

I was surprised that Luis Suarez signed with Nacional, his childhood club in Uruguay. He had a very good season at Atletico Madrid. I thought he was going to MLS but i think he chose Nacional to prepare for the World Cup. Had he gone to MLS, the league would have ended in October and he would not have prepared himself adequately for the World Cup. On the one hand, i was happy. Because the return of great football players to their childhood clubs is very important for the motivation of that team.
He returns to Uruguay for just three months, a really short stay to kill the nostalgia, prepare for the world cup (as you already said) to be able to show all his performance in the best "showcase" of football and thus be able to impress someone. big team to get a good signing after that. Nacional is really happy, sunk in one of the biggest financial crises it has ever lived, I hope to be able to impress fans and sponsors for those who know how to get out of the choke.
It's still surprising that Suarez didn't sign a contract with any club now. This really suggests that Suarez did not want to act for a long time now and still hopes to prove himself well at the World Cup and sign a good contract. Another question is that if it is not possible to make this good impression on yourself at the World Cup, then the player then risks getting offers even worse than now or even ending his professional career as a football player. However, I think, as a last resort, then the option with Uruguay will no longer be for three months, but a little more Grin

Luis Suarez has officially re-joined his first club Nacional in his native Uruguay. The transfer was officially made on Wednesday, although the length of the contract was not disclosed.

Barcelona won't be interested in Fofana, this player seems just an average player for them. Barcelona only wants to sign an experienced player. Currently, Barcelona builds their squad for a short-term goal (winning the titles of UCL/La Liga/Copa del Rey). To get an instant impact for their squad quality, Barcelona ideally signs experienced players only. Fofana is still 21 years old and seems not strong enough to improve Barcelona defense.

The statement from Cerezo has answered the rumors of the possibility of Ronaldo's move to Atletico Madrid. It is clear now that Ronaldo won't move to Atletico Madrid, it is impossible. If Ronaldo flies to Spain, it should be for the negotiation with Real Madrid, not for any other teams.
If Ronaldo joins Atletico Madrid, he won't have a good relationship with Atletico Madrid fans and Real Madrid fans. Even, before he joins Atletico Madrid, Atletico Madrid fans already refused him. Ronaldo mustn't feel comfortable with this situation, he doesn't want to join a club with a bad atmosphere. The only club in Spain that is friendly with his return is Real Madrid. But we don't know if Real Madrid has a plan to sign him or not.

According to the source below, Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo doesn't even have any idea about their so-called interest in Cristiano Ronaldo now. It has made me really astonished honestly because the number of news about this transfer has increased a lot recently. I also started to give a slight chance for this transfer. But if their president really said this then it is over for Ronaldo. He wouldn't most probably find any big team that suits himself from now on. So it is time to move on with Manchester United for him.

Agreed, That rumour doesn't even make sense. His old and performance have become the reason why so many big clubs have been rejecting him. The supporter of atletico madrid was also rejecting him as well. No chance for him to go to the atletico madrid but i didn't even know where did such rumour was coming from. The same statement already made by another club about ronaldo. Real madrid, bayern, chelsea, this time atletico madrid rejecting him.
Ronaldo must accept the truth if this time searching the new club was the most difficult thing for him.

Tottenham Hotspur are in the market for a central midfielder,a number ten,so far they have shown interest in three players, first on the list is zaniolo, the Italian that's plays at AS ROMA he is good but I don't rate him too much and he seems like a winger, the second is Madison, the Leicester city midfielder is like by Antonio Conte but for me he has consistency issues then the third one is Lucas paquelta, a Brazilian that plays at Lyon for me he is best suit to Tottenham than the others I just think he is the chosen one,he has been a mainstay at the Brazilian national team starting eleven that has plenty talents.

They shouldn't inflate the transfer market, my take on this is that, they have signed enough to put the halt to the incomings so far. Yes, I get the fact that Antonio Conte is zealous and wants the Premier League tittle for Tottenham Hotspur but they should stop and focus on incoming during January transfer window.

If they are to introduce anyone, then it should a player physically strong and also a player having premier league experience. Leicester City have been so quiet you know I doubt if they good lossing Madison.

Koulibaly departure from Napoli is definitely going to be a big vacant space if the Napoli coach don't do something about it. Luciano spalleti is not reluctant in his decision to bring in a good replacement for Koulidou Koulibaly. In the meantime, Napoli are on the verge of bringing in Fenerbahçe Centre back, Kim Min Jae from South Korean. The centre back was one step to joining Rennes but Napoli hijacked the deal. It's really a fast move for Luciano Spalleti as he don't seem happy about his present squad, still looking to add more vital players to his team.

Lyon itself has indeed given the news to sell Lucas Paquelta. Previously, there was news that Arsenal was interested in the player. but it seems there is still no certainty.
now that Lucas paquelta is also wanted by Man City, they will compete with Tottenham in his signing.
if you were Lucas paquelta, which club would you choose? Man City or Tottenham?

The story started few weeks ago with this rumour, then ATM president denied it, then it calmed down a little then popped again after almost all clubs didn't seem to be interested on him.. Now the president of ATM denied this rumour again but he didn't deny a possible transfer if Simeone insisted on that and if ManU will pay CR7 or at least participate on his wage. In my opinion, a transfer will happen if these 2 conditions were met.

WAs a good player, WAS.

Here in Italy after his injury in 3 years, he has shown nothing above a random normal player.

It is a pity that Schmeichel did not become as good as his father, that had become a real legend. Especially at the European Championship of 1992, but that aside. I don't know how good Schmeichel is, but because he is the son of he automatically has more prestige than other goalkeepers. It is now all exciting at Juventus how Pogba's injury will go. They were able to bring him in on a free transfer, but if he is not fit then it will not be much fun.
Actually if we say about Kasper Schmeichel regardless of the opinion of people who do make comparisons of him with his father he is still a very good goalkeeper and even led Leicester to become champions in the Premiere League when they were underdogs it is clear that is an extraordinary achievement and his dedication at Leicester is very big even when he had the upper hand when Leicester won he even rejected the proposal of City and Manchester United at that time.
