After not playing regularly at Manchester City, we finally see the move of Oleksandr Zinchenko from Manchester City to Arsenal. Actually, Zinchenko is a good defender, it's just that he can't compete with his team-mates. With his move to the Emirates Stadium, I'm sure he will play regularly there and also hopefully Manchester City will not regret their decision later.

According to the news on AS, Atletico Madrid have already contacted Ronaldo's representatives for a deal. He is getting closer to Atletico Madrid day by day. This is going to make Manchester United fans really disappointed because they must be waiting for him to stay at least one more season. I was also expecting this to happen but he suddenly changed his mind after not qualifying for the Champions League. I don't expect Manchester United to make difficulties for his transfer either.

https://en.as.com/soccer/cristiano-ronaldo-insists-on-leaving-manchester-united-and-keen-on-atletico-madrid-move-n/

Manchester United takes no trouble and lets Ronaldo do what he wants. But does Ronaldo really want to play for Atlético?
For a football player who wants to become a champion in the Champions League, teams like Chelsea can be a much better alternative.
Maybe Ronaldo wants to show his strength and achieve great results with Atlético despite his age Smiley
I knew Ronaldo was not going to stay at Manchester United because of the failure to qualify for the champions league, because there is no way a person like Ronaldo will not play in the champions league while his friends are there. And the worst part of it is that they are not yet sure of next season, whether they will qualify or not.Despite all the players that were at the club last season, they still did not qualify, maybe the problem was the coach, but lest watch out to see what this new coach will bring to the club.If Ronaldo end up staying at the club,it simply means that Ronaldo have a genuine love for Manchester United.

No one actually knows what Ronaldo wants. I personally think that Ronaldo doesn't know what he wants either. This is because he got everything and still trying to get nothing. If he doesn't want to settle with Manchester United, he could be very unlucky and end his career in a shameful way. I will advise he remains with United and if he doesn't want to play anymore, he should leave the stage when the ovation is high.

Gleison Bremer will do medicals today, Juventus almost bought the best defender of 2021 in Serie A.

Almost done for Bremer to Juventus, Inter was working on him for 7 months and Juventus made the deal in 48 hours.

Next target should be Zaniolo.
If juventus tries to attract Nicolò Zaniolo I think the management has considered it well because with the addition of the best midfielder from AS Roma this will strengthen the Juventus team formation and this is a good step to keep the Juventus team strong and ready to compete, at least with experience Nicolò Zaniolo who I'm sure can be a very effective influence at this time.
Juventus actually needed Bremer to replace De Ligt who left for Bayern Munich. He is better replacement for him.  A very solid one at that. He is massively underrated, but, he is one hell of a defender! Just surprised that a whole lot of clubs didn’t go all out for him, including Chelsea. He is a lot younger and was available for much cheaper price. He is in no ways a finished product and can only get better from here on. Juventus were smart on this deal. They have fully recruited the leaking areas now, I expect them to have a good season ahead.

The friendly match being run by all clubs including Manchester United is not a proof for the club or the coach, but the friendly match is a place for the club and the coach to test the team's abilities with various planned patterns.
The poll looks good even though I didn't get to follow it, but I'm more sure that the plan that Erik ten Hag has implemented for Manchester United will be better than the previous coach because Erik ten Hag knows that Manchester United need to improve its performance and Erik ten Hag believes that he must have been able to do it through good planning.

Quote
You are right, even though Manchester United was able to win by a score of 10 to 100 during pre-season it did not guarantee Erik ten Hag would be successful in several official competitions, but with the victory he got during pre-season it could give a positive code to the opponent that Manchester United under his control is already different.
I think it's more than just code. Because the results will always be different when things start different at Manchester United so I started to imagine that Manchester United will dominate the Europa League and win the Europa League title next season.

When this pool appeared, I immediately voted yes.
Erik ten Hag can make a difference for Manchester United.

Big clubs are currently busy with pre-season tour agendas, including Manchester United.
Erik ten Hag has been able to provide in a row wins for Manchester United during the pre-season tour program and another positive effect is that some Manchester United players like Luke Shaw have already experienced what he got during Erik ten Hag's time as coach.
-snip-
Quoted for future reference Tongue
I voted NO previously and still maintaining it for many reasons, not because Ten Hag is a good or bad manager but because last season was a pure failure and until now I don't see many things changed in the team except the arrival of Eriksen and Martinez mainly which is insufficient imo. Maguire should play good or get out of the field seriously, hopefully Ten Hag will take the correct measures this time. Pogba left a void there, dunno if ManU will be able to sign de Jong to improve the midfield or not.
For friendlies, I don't take them on consecration, even if they win 10 - 0 vs City, Bayern or Real Madrid. Real games are very different in friendlies, they shouldn't be hyped by that imo.

MAaaN...!! CUT THAT STUPID SHIT
finally de ligt drama is over and congratulations to bayern munich with a very high amount of money spent and what will de ligt's game be like when competing this season hopefully it doesn't make the management of bayern disappointed because it has spent a large amount of money, this season The highest player transfer history was created by de ligt.
Actually, in this case, I personally felt quite sure from the start because sooner or later he would be at Bayern but I didn't expect Juventus to let him go this quickly because previously I predicted there would be bigger dramas like De Jong, MU and Barcelona Cheesy

But indeed this is very good for Bayern because indeed they are now very complete because indeed for the size of the Bundesliga they are strong in attack, midfield and defense.
Bayern redeemed De Ligt at a high price plus bonuses depending on the player performance, the offer clearly could not be refused because the price that Bayern proposed was according to what Juventus wanted. De Ligt drama is not like what happened to De Jong, Manchester United can't make the offer that Barcelona asked for and on the other hand De Jong still wants to be in the Barcelona squad.

Bayern Munich made a lucrative triangular transfer, they sold Lewandowski to Barcelona for a high price. Bayern used the money from the sale of Lewandowski to sign De Ligt who was much younger.
Now Bayern already have a very solid team, even though one of their goalscorers has gone will not keep them out of the Bundesliga and Champions League title contenders.

Bayern Munich had to pay quite a bit of money to bring in De Ligt, with €70 million and an extra €10 million in bonuses for a total of €80 million. With a five-year contract duration until the end of the 2026-2027 season. Quite worth the money spent because De Ligt is one of the potential young players with high performance. Despite having to give up Lewandowski, it was a good choice to be able to buy another player.
In addition to Bayern, several European clubs are also interested in De Ligt, one of which is Chelsea, but this time Chelsea had to give up De Ligt to Bayern Munich.

And now it is official, De Ligt from Juvenus to Bayer for 77m €
In my opinion, €77m is a cheap price for a talented and young center-defenders like De Light. Bayern once again can sign a new player at an affordable price. In the future, De Light clearly will be valued above €100m. Well, I really appreciate the capability of Bayern scouts, they did a great job and always choose the right player for the club. Congratulations!!
Unless you remember at the same time for what amount de Ligt himself was bought from Ajax. And there I would like to remind you there was an amount in the region of 85 million that Juventus paid for the transfer of a football player. Therefore, we can talk about a certain discount, and if Juventus went for such a thing, it may mean that the club is experiencing some disappointment about the future prospects of a football player. Therefore, I was still in no hurry to get excited about this, although of course de Ligt will only be 23 in August and we can say that the football player still has everything ahead of him about his football career. Although, of course, this is a serious sum for Bayern Munich and it is obvious that the club's scouting department and management have probably calculated all the consequences of this step.

I also suspected from the start that Bayern was the strongest candidate to get Matthijs de Light. Because it is very visible that Bayern are serious
about getting De Light, in contrast to Chelsea who are more passive in getting De Light. Moreover, De Light has also said that his priority is
to join Bayern, so De Light's move is just waiting for a transfer fee agreement between Bayern and Juventus. And finally De Light was released
by Juventus with a transfer value of 70 million euros plus a bonus that reached 10 million euros. I'm surprised Juventus released De Light for
too cheap, after all Juventus just lost Chiellini who moved to America, now Juventus again lost their best defender.

I don't understand why Juventus let De Light go when Juventus had a defender crisis, meaning Juventus must bring in at least two defenders
before the transfer window closes. So far Pau Torres has been the target of Juventus to replace De Light, there is also another name, namely
Gleison Bremer, who is one of the players that Juventus is targeting as well. I hope Juventus can get those two players, because Juventus
really need at least two defenders to fill the position left by Chiellini and De Light.

If Juventus decides to release some important players it means they are considering something for example to reduce the salary burden or maybe Juventus have found a replacement with a lower price and salary.

By the way for Gleison Bremer rumored to be moving to Inter with a transfer fee 30 million  , this news was released 2 days ago.

Atletico Madrid have contacted Cristiano Ronaldo's representatives over signing the Portugal forward, 37, from Manchester United. Will Ronaldo really play for Atletico Madrid? How will Real fans react to this?
I think Ronaldo will refuse Atletico Madrid offer, it won't be a good decision to join a rival of Real Madrid. Sure, Ronaldo should consider that Real Madrid fans will be angry and hate him so much once Ronaldo really decides to come back to La Liga as a player of Atletico Madrid. If he really wants to come back to La Liga, he only has 1 destination (1 option), it is Real Madrid.

Erik ten Hag says Ronaldo could stay at Old Trafford beyond the year he has left on his contract. How realistic is it for Ronaldo to stay in Manchester?
It is based on Ten Hag's perception/belief, we don't know how Ronaldo feels or what Ronaldo is planning.
However, staying at Man United can be the ultimate option for Ronaldo since he already stated to leave. At least, Man United still accepts him and considers him as their player for the next season. Man United actually needs him to be their machine goal, no one in Man United has the capability to score as well as Ronaldo. It is very realistic to keep Ronaldo in their squad.

Barcelona's persistent efforts to get Lewandowski finally paid off, where previously Bayern had always rejected offers from Barcelona,
now Bayern finally agreed to the latest offer given by Barcelona. Lewandowski will move for a transfer fee of 50 million euros to Barcelona,
I am also optimistic that Lewandowski can quickly adapt to the Barcelona game, and will immediately make a big contribution to Barcelona.
Then regarding the news of Frenkie de Jong, actually the transfer process has become protracted and complicated, it's all because Barcelona
still have debts that have not been paid to De Jong. So De Jong gave a statement to the media, that he will stay at Barcelona, it seems De Jong is
doing so that his salary debt is immediately paid by Barcelona. But if De Jong decides to immediately move to Man United, then De Jong's position
will be weak to be able to collect wages that have not been paid by Barcelona. So it is reported that Man United is ready to wait for De Jong's arrival
until the transfer market closes, because Man United's management is very optimistic  that De Jong will join with Man United after his salary debt was
paid by Barcelona. However Erik ten Hag really wants De Jong to join Man United, because De Jong for Erik ten Hag will be a key player at Man United.
While Barcelona can't afford players' salaries, they still make transfers worth $100 million. I am not sure if Barcelona did not pay de Jong his salary properly. And if that is the only reason why he is not leaving Barcelona then I have to say he has played it really well. Barcelona is his preferred club, and he didn't plan on leaving.

But that could probably be just because he wants to get paid by Barcelona. I am not trying to say that he did anything wrong because he just wants what is rightfully his. Because Barcelona is undergoing a lot of financial difficulty at the moment, it is quite possible that they will not reimburse the player. There's no doubt that watching a team spend 100 million on transfers and not pay the players they already have can make some players mad.

Actually only Frenkie de Jong knows the real reason why he refused to move to Man United, even though Barcelona and Man United have found
a price agreement. It is also possible that De Jong is comfortable living in Spain, because we know the weather in England is very cold compared
to Spain. There are also reports that Mikky Kiemeney as De Jong's lover really likes the city of Barcelona, therefore De Jong is quite difficult
to leave Barcelona. Whatever the reason, a football player like De Jong is free to decide about his future, if he doesn't want to move,
better Barcelona and Man United respect it. But what you said is true regarding the signing of players that Barcelona made quite high this year,
at least it made De Jong angry, because until Barcelona had not yet paid their debt to De Jong. I'm also still confused about De Jong's future,
but I'm sure De Jong can decide what's best for him.

After struggling for a long time, Barcelona finally got Lewandowski from Bayern Munich. This is a reward for them for their efforts so far.
But on the other hand Frenkie de Jong's move will be a question mark now, whether he will really be sold or kept by Barcelona. If they keep de Jong their power will increase, but they will not get any money. Lol

Is it right? It's a loss for Juventus because this season they lost a lot of defenders. They also lost Dybala although Pogba and Di Maria were suitable substitutes. But of course losing several defenders in one season is the worst thing for all teams, especially if there are no other players who can replace his position. De Ligt is a good defender, Bayern Munich signed him to strengthen his defensive system again.

Now a lot of expensive players don't define quality, but De Ligt has probably been a good player in his position in recent seasons and I'm sure Bayern Munich will get a lot of help from him in defence.

There is still a big ambiguity about the Ronaldo transfer. Atletico Madrid are the most serious team to sign him at the moment. They are advancing their talks with him on one hand. On the other hand Erik ten Hag believes that he could still stay at Manchester United. However I don't see Ronaldo being eager to stay now. He seems eager about joining Atletico Madrid rather than that. I wonder how strong his return to the La Liga would be if it really happens.
We have to wait for the answer because indeed this might be something interesting. But Ronaldo to Atletico Madrid actually I really have a hard time imagining it Cheesy
What I mean is whether he will come back to terms with the players, Simeone and the fans because we know in the previous few seasons Ronaldo was like a big enemy for Atletico.

There are a lot of rumors floating around at the moment. I have also seen the news where it says, #de Jong has like an Instagram post of Barcelona not treating him well while the transfer talks are going on.

So, I think everyone can guess that any kind of media, whether online or offline, is willing to try to take any rumor about this and make it big news just because of publicity. I don't know if there is anything else to that news. De Jong has already told Barcelona that it is his dream club. I think even though it might not be the most intelligent decision to make, he is choosing to stay in Barcelona. And Barcelona is not planning to do anything stupid right now to change that.

Duke
I guess he really meant it when he described Barcelona as his dream club. Despite the speculations about the debt the club owes him and the coach asking him to leave he has been reluctant in a move away from the club, that shows the level at which he loves to stay at the club. It is rare to see players like this who will want to remain at the club when things go bad. In my opinion I think Barcelona should work things out with him and let him stay.
