His current market value is 60 million euros. He is a very promising player I think and Arsenal would make use of a transfer like this very much. I personally see that so far pogba is not suitable to play in the english league because of his lazy nature to run and look for the ball, so I think maybe pogba will be back in pretty good form if he plays in italy like before.
Actually this is quite reasonable, apart from Rival's words that currently at City there are already many midfielders who have good enough penetration so that indeed the presence of Pogba will actually make the competition there more difficult and of course this will have a little effect on the stability of the team.
