As a Bayern supporter i hope that this rumor turns out to not be true to be honest. I mean Mane is already 30 years old, he has a very high market value of 80 M€ and his contract is still running until the end of next season and if Bayern would really want to sign him for the coming season already then i woul dguess that they would have to pay at least 60 M€ for him and i think that this is just to much for a player that is already 30 years old. I would rather take that money and would invest it into younger players which are extremely talented like Christopher Nkunku from Leipzig or Florian Wirtz of Bayern Leverkusen instead.

They are good in goal efficiency I agree with this but if you look at how many City strikers have scored this season. Sterling, who plays as a striker, has only scored 12 goals and this is not funny enough for City's class, which incidentally is the leader of the standings but is still very inferior in goal productivity, even far behind Son and Ronaldo, whose rankings are far below them.

City did score a lot of goals but it came from mostly their midfielders this is not a matter of luck but indeed their strikers are lacking in productivity

It also comes down to what will Liverpool offer to Mane. He has been really good centrally for us this season but it is clear that Salah is a priority in contract negotiations. That leaves Mane and Firmino in 'sellable' category, Mane more so than Firmino because he would generate a bigger income and Liverpool already bought Diaz that is a similar type of player.

Liverpool will explore options that include selling Mane for a big fee this summer, I'm fairly certain of that. I still feel they will keep him if a huge offer does not arrive - and huge offers usually don't arrive from clubs like Bayern.

Somehow I don't think that is realistic for several reasons.
1. Bayern don't usually pay amounts that big for players. They actually run their club like business
2. With Lewandowski probably going away I am sure they need central striker much more then another winger
3. If I was Mane, I don't think I would exchange LFC for playing at lower level league and while Bundesliga probably is the healthiest and most financially stable league is nowhere near the star status Premier League has at the moment.
