I dont think Guardiola can decide a lot in the current situation.
Besides the fact that Manchester city is still under investigation for the Financial fair play violation, he is expected to leave the club at the end of the year as he said.
Guardiola contract will end next season but he said that he is not leaving the club since the management have decided to extend his contract. This is why he will stay because he still loves to coach in City.
From now to next season and the end of his contract is still a very long time for him to have a change of opinion about staying in Manchester City. Me I do not see any reason for him to remain in the club because he has already achieved everything he needs to achieve with Manchester City and he needs to leave the club before the record he has set and the standard begins to depreciate.

There will be bigger challenges for Pep Guardiola, and I am sure he will be willing to embrace them.

If indeed this is the idea of Maresca who wants to buy more players if during his career it does not have any impact then Maresca's goal has failed to handle Chelsea and this failure can make Chelsea lose because the players do not show their performance.
It may become confusing for this coach to manage all these players and keep them all satisfied with playing time. The coach has quality players in the team, and enough squad depth, it will be a shame for him not to achieve anything still next season.

Chelsea has been actively scouting for players in an ever increasing pace in preparation for the coming season and they've agreed  on a deal to sign Pedro Neto on €63m deal from Wolves
Chelsea have more planning to make because we're witnessing the grassroots of young generational players. These players will become more substantial and productive for the promising future. Chelsea is definitely very active in the transfer window. It's been really a hectic one for the Blues but I'm not sure if they will able to guarantee the balance and stability of the club. The scouting sector have promising sights for young players.
Actually, what Chelsea has done gives them hope for the years to come. But the problem would be if all the plans were Enzo Maresca's idea, meanwhile if in the process Chelsea didn't get good results and Enzo Maresca would be kicked out of Chelsea, then it would just be a futile project and cost a lot of money. Now the question is whether Enzo Maresca will still be given the opportunity if Chelsea don't get good results this season.
As we know Chelsea has more players registered 40+ - the crazy purchases of the summer transfer market now may indeed be for the coming years so that young players can grow better in performance so is this excessive by Chelsea?
If indeed this is the idea of Maresca who wants to buy more players if during his career it does not have any impact then Maresca's goal has failed to handle Chelsea and this failure can make Chelsea lose because the players do not show their performance.

The club needs him just like he needs them too and since he is not retiring from coaching, he will definitely enjoy coaching his team which he has built. I don't know how he will face the charge on him for financial fair play violation.

Guardiola never said he was going to leave City at the end of the year, he already corrected the media on that misconception, at the end of last season, he said he is closer to leaving than staying. So he said a few weeks ago that what he meant was that he has already stayed over 7 years at the club, so definitely he cannot stay another for another 7 or more, so his exit is drawing closer.

Having said that, the 115 charges and investigations does not impact on Pep's future at City. The EPL is just chasing smokes, if they really had any concrete evidence against City, this case would have been over a long time ago, just like the case of Everton and Nottingham Forest respectively.

I didn't even know Fiorentina was interested in De Gea.  Grin  I only heard about Genoa but they gave up on the transfer after so-called high salary demand. I wonder how much he wanted from them.

Anyways, this is going to be the first time in his career to play in the Serie A. He started his career at Atletico Madrid but his whole career continued at Manchester United. Having some change might be nice maybe. He is 33 years old. I don't believe it is too much considering he is a goalkeeper. The only thing I'm curious about is how good he will perform. He hasn't been playing football for more than a year. I hope he adapts quickly again.  Roll Eyes

Now David de Gea officially plays for Fiorentina I have checked it on transfermarkt, David de Gea seems confident that he still has the ability that's why he asked for a high salary and without a club for a season doesn't mean not playing at all of course he remains active in personal training sessions unless he decides to retire he probably won't do much. Previously after Genoa there was another club from La Liga that was interested in him but for some reason he prefers Fiorentina yeah maybe because the salary is 3 million per season. In this transfer window, Fiorentina released 3 Central Midfielders this means Fiorentina must find at least 2 replacements they have already found one player Jonas Harder from Fiorentina U18 but of course that's not enough.

Good news for David de Gea.
After being without a club, he will finally move to Fiorentina, €3m net salary per season.

Source: Fiorentina are closing in on David de Gea deal

Oh wow! This is lovely. I recently saw them cancelling the deal with him no? Anyways, he has always been a top goalkeeper for Manchester United but now this is another challenge in another league to see how well he performs. I'm not sure he'll be seen in any of the European Competitions because Florentina are currently not involved.

There's little to say about him. He is not a modern day goalkeeper, but if you talk about counting on him during critical moments, I do think he stands out. Good luck to him ahead in the next phase of his football career.

Maybe if he does brilliantly, he'll get a much better and higher contract. This contract is nothing close to the performance of David De Gea. Hopefully he gets to show he's still got shit intact.
Fiorentina seems to be a temporary stopover for De Gea before potentially moving to another league with a club that can offer a higher salary, but his current choice is quite good after being unemployed for over a year. His experience with Manchester United is indeed impressive, and his presence is expected to reduce the number of goals conceded by Fiorentina, as seen in the previous season. However, De Gea will likely need some time to adapt, especially after such a long break. Previously, De Gea was rumored to be joining Genoa and a Saudi Pro League club, but in the end, he agreed to join Fiorentina. De Gea career doesn't seem to be over yet, if he manages to perform as expected, Fiorentina may offer him a new contract extension later. Even though if De Gea wants a high salary, the Saudi Pro League can currently answer his wishes.

Chelsea has been actively scouting for players in an ever increasing pace in preparation for the coming season and they've agreed  on a deal to sign Pedro Neto on €63m deal from Wolves

According to Fabrizio Romano,Official bid has been accepted… as final package will be worth €60m fixed fee plus €3m add-ons,

Pedro Neto already agreed on personal terms as his agent J. Mendes got deal done with Chelsea today.

👀 Wolves want Carlos Forbes from Ajax to replace Pedro Neto… who’s set to travel to London today.
Medical tests for Pedro have been already booked.

So far, this has been the best signing for Chelsea since they started signing anything that wear boots and know how to kick ball in the summer transfer.

Pedro is a well experienced player, he has EPL experience and would easily adapt to Chelsea. We saw his potential with Wolves and he is capable to play on both wings with full force. He's very powerful on his both legs. If there's anything to applaud Chelsea for this period, it should be this signing despite that Pedro is injury prone player. I like how aggressive Chelsea is when it comes to instant deals thou  Grin
I can say this is the only top star player they have bought to me since I don't really know much about the Filip Jorgensen performance at Villarreal and I think Real Madrid Lunin would have been better option but I won't still consider Pedro Neto  a good buy because of his injuries history which is why I also don't really consider Chelsea going for Osimhen as something they may not be a good options from the fact that Chelsea are often facing injury challenges and I doubt if any injuries prune players have ever had a pretty good injury free season at Chelsea before.

Though I hope Neto possibly do well and hardly prone to injuries because we saw how we suffered when Kante was having injury during his time at Chelsea that season or just imagine if Cole Palmer was having injury challenges often last season how would Chelsea cope?

Arne Slot reportedly wants Martin Zubimendi. Zubimendi is positioned as a central midfielder similar to Endo. This makes the competition even more interesting. Endo did not play well in several preseason matches. This makes Arne Slot want to add new players. This makes it seem like Endo will have a competitor. This made many rumors that Endo would leave, reportedly Marseille was interested in him. €14 million has been offered to Liverpool but has been rejected. It seems that Endo really wants to work hard to compete with Zubimendi if he really comes to Liverpool.

Let's be honest, Arne slot is a good coach and I believe what he is doing, Liverpool made a good choice by singing Arne Slot as their new coach, I have said before that Arne Slot is going to make a good signing and player he will sign is going to be the important player that Liverpool need, if we all look at Liverpool performance this pre-season we will all see that the position that is not that strong is a central midfielder, Endo is the one playing the position but we all can see that he is not in his form to Hold the position currently but signing zubimendi is going to make the position strong.

Some people might think Endo might not like it because buying Zubimendi will make him feel like the team is not more interested in him again but for me, it is good to sign another player who will compete with him so that he will be able to get back to his fit and play like the Endo we know before, signing Zubimendi is a very good signing and I believe he will help Liverpool so much and win a trophy this coming season.

Don’t you think saying that someone is going to win Liverpool the trophy is a little getting too far ahead of things? Liverpool Just got a new coach. we still have not seen any competitive matches played by Liverpool under Arne Slot's management. Sure Liverpool did good enough in a friendly match. But that does not mean Liverpool is going to win the English Premier League title.

First of all the result of a friendly match doesn’t mean anything. I want to see Liverpool do well in the English Premier League and compete for the title. Because that is going to mean more competition for the trophy. honestly kind of bored to see only Manchester City and Arsenal competing for the English Premier League title. but I think the start from Liverpool is going to be good because the first premier league match that they are going to play is against Ipswich Town.

Chelsea have really signed a good player here but you can’t conclude that he is the best signing until he performs to expectations. Last season Chelsea signed quite a few but who would believe that Palmer will be the best of them all a player signed at around £42m who barely had enough playing time at City. He seemed like a waste of money back then among players they signed for £100m+.

Despite all the players they have signed they are not yet done signing as they are still pushing to get Victor Osimehn. I don’t have a problem with signing players but at least they should sign players that will improve their performance and not waste money signing young players that may end up going on loans. The coach will have an hard time picking his first team with the way the club keeps signing players.

I don't really understand what hope we can talk about when Bowley has spent €1.4bn in his entire time in charge! This is a fantastically large amount, and the maximum place that Chelsea could win in the EPL is 6th and that after a good season fired the coach, who only began to bring the team out of crisis.
Only on transfers of caicedo and Enzo spent 240 million euros and I think the whole Serie A spends less than one Chelsea.
Now they bought Neto for 60 million, who scored 2 goals for Wolverhampton last season! Palmer scored 22 goals. Of course you can say that Pedro Neto scored 9 more goals from penalties, but how it will be useful to Chelsea is not very clear, because in Chelsea penalty shootout Palmer and also calmly scores 9 goals from penalties for the season.

This is what the player are doing in fact he wants to go away and Atalanta is not holding him, but it seems that there are still some issues to be resolved linked to the contract that seems to be resolving certainly Juventus is a well -sailed team that knows how to do it Pleasure from the players, of the resrt when Juventus calls any player hardly answers no, and it is worth so for everyone is like Real Madrid in Europe
When a team that houses a player like Koopermeiners no longer holds the player back from going to another team, of course it has given a signal that he still has good options for himself so that he can exercise that option after solving some things like you said. Because it is true, that Juventus is still a team that is seen as a big team and has good ability to keep all its players every season so it is a bit difficult for other players to refuse when an offer comes from Juventus to each of them.
There is no doubt that Juventus is one of the big teams that is of interest to players if there is an offer from them. Obviously it is a great opportunity to join Juventus even though they are in a bad state now, but it will be a pride for the players if they can be one of the players who can bring Juventus back to its glory days. Now they are also moving in that direction, last season they could actually compete but they lost their balance so they couldn't maintain it until the end. There is an attraction that Juventus has, besides being a big team they are also a team that can compete in the Champions League. So that will also be something that can make players interested in becoming part of Juventus. I also hope they can return to their best performance like when they dominated Serie A.

Good news for David de Gea.
After being without a club, he will finally move to Fiorentina, €3m net salary per season.
It seems he is aware that previous salary demands have resulted in setbacks in negotiations so to minimize that De Gea is trying to be more reluctant in making a more normal offer for the salary he will receive later.
At least for now he is at Fiorentina so he again gets the opportunity to be able to compete even with an age that is not too young but this is still quite appropriate for De Gea to be in Serie A.

He has to do this from the start but it seems that some time ago when there was an offer from Girona, he didn't really realize that now his capacity is not as big as before because when he stopped for a season then he must have realized that the value of the salary will also definitely decrease.
Hopefully this is the right choice for De Gea because he is still one of the coaches who I think has pretty good reflexes.
3 million a year is quite a small amount of money even for Serie A and although at Fiorentina his salary will be one of the biggest, but still paying 3 million to have a goalkeeper like De Hea in reserve is much better and more profitable than buying a new fifth backup goalkeeper for 22 million like Chelsea did recently.
By the way, if Bowley really wanted to strengthen the club, he could easily buy someone like De Hea and spend only 3 million on a good enough and not yet the oldest goalkeeper.
At one time David De Hea's wife did not want him to move to Manchester, but apparently Florence will now like her better, and De Hea will be easier to play, knowing that his family is near and support him.

Julian Alvarez's departure to Atletico has left Manchester City with a vacant substitute striker position and of course to smooth their steps in winning another title next season they will still need a backup striker as a cover for Erling Haaland. Recently Pep Guardiola reportedly discussed internally as to whether Manchester City would recruit a new player or not for that position and it will all still be a matter of time before it is resolved.

I think Pep Guardiola knows very well that in one season he will not fully rely on Erling Haaland and because he is still quite sure that his squad is still incomplete at this time. There are many good strikers available and usually Pep Guardiola himself will choose the player he is targeting. I am still curious about who Manchester City will bring in later, especially with the money from the sale of Julian Alvarez they can bring in another dangerous striker.

Although I agree with you that only Halaand as a recognized striker wouldn’t look that good and a back up is needed just in case Halaand picks up either injury or has a bad run of games, you need someone different from the bench to come in as a super sub just the same way that Julien Alvarez was used. Pep is just playing with the media that’s what he does, I think in the next few days we would see a new striker coming to Manchester city. City hardly announces their interest like other clubs do they usually just get things done behind the scenes.

But should Manchester city or Peo Guardiola himself fails to get a new back up striker, i don’t see them suffering that much. They had in the past won the league without any recognized strikers, the likes of Sterling, De Bruyne and Jesus were used as false strikers and it worked. Pep could be cooking another player for that role now.

Manchester City have prepared a plan to replace the position that Julian Alvarez has just left, Guardiola is prioritizing players from the academy and promoting young players to fill Alvarez position. Pep Guardiola has been impressed with academy product James McAtee, with the coach heaping praise on the player after impressing him with his performances. In addition, Guardiola also has another option to cover the hole left by Alvarez, the newly recruited player (Savinho) also meets the criteria to be a replacement striker. Manchester City could also use the money raised from selling Alvarez to Atletico to find other players. According to reports, Newcastle's Bruno Guimaraes is a player who is being closely monitored by Manchester City management.
