Manchester City are still making a big effort to sign Tottenham's top striker Harry Kane. They are doing this although Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy made a clear statement that they weren't willing to sell Kane this summer. And I've heard that he was already registered to the Europa Conference League squad. So I think that City have a really difficult job to do. It doesn't seem like they will be successful at the end.
I think pep guardiola should look for other attacking alternatives for the rest of the transfer market this season, because it seems harry kane is very unlikely to be brought in by manchester city, besides tottenham hotspur who have absolutely no intention of selling kane, of course if he is already registered in this conference league Of course it shows that Harry Kane still intends to stay at Tottenham this season, and with the hefty funds that Manchester City have at the moment, there are certainly plenty of good strikers to be had in the transfer market.

Aaanyway...  Talk swirling around that Ancelloti wants Ronaldo back at Real?  Grin
Ancelloti has come out to dismiss the reported rumoured reunion with Ronaldo, he said he had never consider resigning him to Real Madrid according to thi link: https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/58248321
report, Ronaldo has 10 months more before his contract expires in Juventus after which he become a free , thus might likely has a lot of offers if decide to leave at the end of the season especially with rumoured linking him to PSG according to a news credited to club chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi thus having the opportunity play along with Messi.

They are trying their best but it looks like it will be in vain at the end. City should give up on signing Harry Kane for now. It's obvious that they won't be able to convince Tottenham to sell him. Unless City make an offer worth incredible amount of money, there is no way they are bringing Kane. And if City sign Kane somehow now, I guess they will have to make their financial condition better as it could be against the league structures.

He knew he got lucky. United and Chelsea somehow forgot how to play even with all their talents. Liverpool had a shit season with injuries and everyone else couldn't have a deep squad while City rotated to keep everyone fresh and somehow find goals from midfield. But Pep himself said he wasn't ready for the season without a striker and it wasn't just mind game time for him he knows deep down he needs Aguero replacement.

Guardiola did not count very much on Aguero, he spent most of the season on the bench, so it’s hard to say that Aguero needs to look for a replacement. Another question is that Manchester City still needs a good striker, but Guardiola was doing quite well without that, the team's attack was playing well and a lot of goals were scored.

Last season was a one off as I mentioned and even City themselves know it. You can't play without a striker. Period. Aguero has been their constant supplier of goals for every season before that. Pep himself said he needs to replace Aguero too, I didn't say it:) Well actually, he also said that he was irreplaceable:)

Look at the stats and they created a lot of chances, but you still need finishers to convert chances into goals.

^  I like City but yeah, you almost want to hate them cos they have all these players and still couldn’t pull off a win or under  Pep it’s really looking like they’re over rated.  I’m more interested in following Brenford’s development in the EPL.  You guys should read the club’s story under Matthew Benham.  You guys will love Benham, he’s a gambler’s gambler.  Lol.

I keep asking myself: What is the purpose of PSG? Collect the best players?

Although lawful, it's absurd to see them "stealing" players from other teams just because they have money.

I think so, yes. Same with Man City. Cheesy

There are very few clubs that can afford the top players. Even when there is no transfer fee involved, there will be an astronomical signing-on fee, plus huge wages. Although it's getting a bit ridiculous, and the PSG or Man City reserve teams would probably mount a decent challenge for a Champions League spot in their respective countries, I'm still definitely looking forward to seeing PSG's crazy new forward line. Mbappe/Messi/Neymar might be the greatest combination ever.

It seems that Poul Pogba is happy at Manchester United. And Manchester United are a good enough team this season. Players have the potential to win titles if they are not injured. However, the amount of money offered by PSG is very high. If I'm not mistaken Pogba wages is 290,000 per week. Considering the money, Pogba is likely to go to PSG.

It's hard for any team to compete with PSG when it comes to money.
However, players who are already well-paid need to realize that "love for a shirt" (if this still exists) counts for more than a higher salary than what they need to "survive".

In addition to Pogba, Cristiano Ronaldo is also in PSG's sights for 20222.

hmph..

Pogba started the season really great by making 4 assists. And in my opinion, he is still happy at Manchester Utd. So, I think that he will extend his contract in this season and continue to play there.

PSG are able to offer a bigger salary for the players they want to sign, especially with their free status. If Pogba doesn't reach an extension agreement with Manchester United at the end of next season, I'm sure Pogba will choose to join PSG, especially in addition to the high salary, but also the opportunity to play with other star players, where opportunities like this cannot be felt by all of football players.

Rumours about Pogba are still going on. This time Independent claims that PSG will offer Paul Pogba a new deal next summer. As he still hasn't extended his contract, he will be a free agent next summer. And they are planning to offer an amount which is worth £510,000 per week.

The new FC Bayern coach Julian Nagelsmann wants to further strengthen the team and demands new players. According to the Bild newspaper, FC Bayern is currently interested in signing Marcel Sabitzer and Amine Adli. However, the club's finances are still pretty poor and some of the current players have to be sold first.

For example, Corentin Tolisso has already been offered to some Premier League clubs. However, no agreement has been reached yet.

Julian Nagelsmann has told the club internally that he sees the need to add reinforcements to the squad. Marcel Sabitzer and Amine Adli are the top candidates. The club's bosses remain firm in their stance: no new players will be signed until income is raised through sales [Bild]

Sky Sport News reports that an agreement on a transfer of Amine Adli could be €4-5m, even Toulouse wants about €10m for the player.

Bayern are expected to make their move and submit a bid for Amine Adli this week. Toulouse want €10m, but an agreement could end up being reached for as low as €4-5m [@SkySportNewsHD]

I don't know if it's possible to leave Barcelona now, but most likely not. The situation is as funny and incomprehensible as possible. Funny because Sergio came for Messi's sake, and Messi left the club. It seems like lawyers and a football agent are trying to solve the issue of leaving the club due to non-fulfilment of conditions (related to Messi), but even if it works, where will it go? It's unlikely to be accepted back in MC, other top clubs have already bought players for the start of the season. The option is only to wait for next year to make the transition
Thats the big mistake from Aguero's end due to his strong friendship with Messi and I believe this is one of the reasons he's having a problem of making it to the club top 11 players. He ought to have to go to Arsenal or Chelsea which shows strong interest in him but it what it is.
Yes, of course. After he probably wanted to leave the team as soon as he joined it, Sergio's credibility would simply disappear. Even in the last match, he wasn't released on the field, that already tells us something. Who knows if he can really leave the team already in this transfer window? It's unlikely, but still

It will be thrilling if such move of C. Ronaldo to PSG is successful, for every football fan it will be a pleasure to see the two millennial football greats play in same team but such moves requires a vital push and switch of Mbappe to either Real Madrid or Juventus from PSG as the young lad is so keen on moving to Real Madrid from most media reports. It will be sweet experience to behold if it does happen
Like the news that continues to circulate now, if Ronaldo will only leave when his contract at Juventus is finished, and of course it will happen in 2022, after all it looks like PSG will not let Mbappe go to real madrid this season, because as far as I know PSG are really in the process build a team that is strong enough and mbappe certainly will not waste the opportunity to play with world star players in a club like PSG today.

PSG will not let the player go to another club this season. They have a powerful gang gathered at the moment and Mbape plays a significant role in this line-up. He will be able to leave himself next season, so I expect a transfer for next year, but not for this one and most likely in the Real Madrid. But it's debatable about Ronaldo in Real Madrid. It's hard to imagine him at this club now. Especially since Paris will also fight for it next year.

Hahah, some of these things really are predictable. As I said yesterday, if Ronaldo is set to leave, I see Real as an only option.

For Real it would be good because they would have a great player for a season while they prepare the Mbappe free transfer deal and for Ronaldo it would mean a more important trophy (Primera is more valued than Serie A and Real is a favorite to win with Barcelona in ruin) and it will also give him a better chance to fight for the CL again.

Jve would get some money as well, so a win for them all. I see this happening.

So the news was: Ancellotti asked the CR7 comeback Wink

It will happen? probably not since is already late.
Cristiano Ronaldo's future at Juve isn't certain anymore. Because the Messi deal has ignited the market and can move pawns of the highest level: CR7 included.
Now the fate of Mbappé and that of CR7 are very close together. If Mbappé leaves I suspect CR7's destined to go to PSG while Kylian will go to Madrid.
Considering the salaries involved these are the two teams available for it.
