David alaba now confirmed officially that he will leave bayern at the end of this season. That is a great and rare Chance for other top Clubs to sign a world class defender in his prime without having to pay any Transfer fee. There are rumours about english clubs but it seems that alaba would prefer to join a spanish Club.

It was official like 4 months ago and back on days, they were saying he already signed with Real Madrid.
But like I always say here in football we can't say it's done till they sign the new contract.

Alaba since is a free agent will join the team that can pay him the bigger salary possible.

If Real manages to get both Mbappe AND Haaland that would be unreal, that would be beyond what we are used to in galacticos type of transfers. Sure they could get maybe one of them, even in that situation it is really unlikely that any team in the world could sign Mbappe, not because of money situation because I think PSG will probably not sell him unless he says "either sell me now or I am not renewing my contract" type of ultimatum, that is literally the only way Mbappe could ever be sold, otherwise you could offer me 500 million euros and I wouldn't sell Mbappe if it was up to me, where are you going to get another player like him?

It is impossible. And even with that in mind, lets assume Real managed to convince him, and paid hundreds of millions of dollars for him, then there is also Haaland which would probably cost another 100+ million dollars on top of it. What are we assuming, real madrid spending 300+ million this summer? Cheesy.

I don't even know whether they have such amount of money right now.  Cheesy  After the league and the CL ends, they will get more money surely but still it is doubtful whether they will be able to afford Mbappe and Haaland both. Besides, signing Mbappe is much harder compared to Haaland for them. I don't expect Mbappe to leave the team anytime soon. He is happy at his club now. When it comes to Haaland, it is very possible for him to leave the team this summer and there are many big clubs after him.

Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy wants to wait until the end of the season before determining Jose Mourinho's fate as head coach. Tottenham have fallen into a major crisis of results and it is unlikely that the current coach will be able to reverse this negative series and keep the job.

It looks like Mourinho's job will be very hard when it comes to staying at the club in the next season. They had many awful results in the league so far. They have retreated to the 9th place. As long as they don't pull themselves together, I think there is no way that the board will want to continue with him.

Both rumors and most likely candidates would be nice.  I wanna do another write up for the thread on where I think they’re going based on the news, rumors and the betting market.

And I want to get back into football again and the transfer market is always a good start before the next season starts.  It has always been fun following it.

Very hard to do and like Serie A we rely on coinlocket news to see because Spain, France, Italy I think all the best tips and news come in the local tabloids (but also super low quality).

If I don't see it on ESPN then I don't believe it but when you see it talked about 10 times then it must at least be a real nego;)

It is a very good advantage for Juventus if the situation is like that. I really like to watch him playing and he has a good potential inside of him. I also find his statistics so far at PSG quite impressive at such a young age. If Juventus bring him back to the club, I believe that he can do much better with Ronaldo compared to Morata and Dybala. He can really make a nice duo with Ronaldo like Kane-Son duo at Tottenham.  Grin

A good move if Juventus can repatriate Moise Kean, because Kean's performance at PSG is very good. Unfortunately Maurizio Sarri when he was
coach of Juventus sold Kean to Everton, this is a bad decision made by Sarri. Juventus do need an attacker like Moise Kean, because currently
Juventus only depends on Ronaldo and Chiesa who often score goals. Meanwhile, Morata and Dybala have not been very productive until now.

I agree but we still don't know what Moise Kean wants to do this summer. His loan contract with PSG will end on Jun 30, 2021. He looks very happy for playing there and it can be understood from his statistics also. If Juventus and PSG both make an offer for him, I wonder where he will want to go. If I was him, honestly I would prefer going to PSG.  Grin

Barcelona and Argentina playmaker Lionel Messi, has not decided where he will be playing next season and his representatives have yet to hold talks with other clubs. I guess Messi is waiting for the result of the election at the club and the name of the new president before the final decision.
Borussia Dortmund would prefer to sell England forward Jadon Sancho, and keep hold of Norway striker Erling Braut Haaland, this summer. It seems to me that this is an unrealistic plan and that Haaland has already outgrown the club.
AC Milan's Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, wants to become the highest paid goalkeeper in the world. His current deal expires at the end of the season and PSG and Chelsea are interested. Personally, I think it is too early to declare this young goalkeeper the best in the world.
Arsenal legend Thierry Henry is close to becoming the new manager of Bournemouth after the Championship side requested permission to open talks from his current club Montreal Impact. The football legend is back?

According to some news, Juventus might make a move for their former striker Moise Kean (20) who is an Everton player and on loan at PSG now. He has had a superb performance so far (16 goals, 1 assist - 29 matches).

https://le10sport.com/football/mercato/mercato-psg-leonardo-va-devoir-batailler-ferme-pour-moise-kean-537968

AFAIK Juventus in the deal done in the past years has a word if Everton wants to sell the offer.
If I can remember correctly if an offer comes to Everton for him Juventus can or cannot make the same offer to get the player.

So in the end Everton should call Juventus if they get an offer for him.

Not all star player is able to adapt with a new team and a new competition.
LaLiga and EPL has different rhythm, so there is no guarantee that Messi will be able to play as great as when he play in LaLiga.
Any players need a process to adapt and it may take a bit longer time, so I do think it is better if City look for younger player as it can be a long term purpose.
I'm afraid if City sign Messi, City will become a "one man centered" team which wont work in EPL
Yes, I still remember how Fernando Torres come to EPL and not giving good contributions. However, Guardiola know how to maintain Messi when he was in Barcelona, Maybe Guardiola already have a plans how to choose best formations with Messi in.

Maybe this. Pep and Leo got along very well even if they had some fights every now and then. In the end it is about Messi's contract which I believe is a very big one: this situation reminds me when Ronaldo decided to play for Juve, they basically got a win-win situation due to the very low taxation that Ronaldo found in Italy (that is the main reason why he decide to play there, not else).
Barcelona currently in financial crisis because of Covid maybe this is one of the reason. If we remember about this, maybe you are right if this is a win-win solutions, but now Barcelona need Messi to maintain their positions, I can't imagine Barcelona without him next season.

Everton may be the biggest winners from Moise Kean's brilliance in front of Barcelona, press reports confirming his effort to sell his loaned player for 60 million euros in the summer, after he was ready to be sold for 20 last summer.
Real Madrid is interested in signing Villarreal star Pau Torres the 24yo Spanish central defender is valuated at 50m euros so he will be more likely to replace Sergio Ramos ho is walking as a free agent at the end of the season.

various european clubs are interested in the greek star from PAOK Christos Tzolis

Quote
In Greece, Christos Tzolis has long been considered a wunderkind. The rest of the continent has now also taken notice. Club Brugge, PSV, Manchester United, and Brighton & Hove Albion are interested in the 19-year-old winger. Bundesliga teams are also interested. RB Leipzig and Borussia Dortmund are potential destinations.

I don’t see why Man City would push to sign Messi, he’s nearly 34. Surely they’d be better off going for Mbappe or Haaland. Messi is the GOAT but he’s getting old, surely you would want to sign a player yet to reach his peak.
I think this is happens because of Guardiola, Messi and him have a good relationship. I think he wants to maximized his strategy with bringing Messi. 34 yo not too old, Messi still have a skill and speed. Indeed, the EPL is famous for games that rely on speed which may not suit with Messi's age. But if we look back on other old players in the past, Messi can still keep up with the EPL rhythm.

Messi can still be a great player for Manchester City but it all depends on the transfer amount. They can't ask that much anymore for an older player but if the price is reasonalble he could still be of value to the team.
