And people suggesting that Aston Villa probably doesn't need that money
who doesn't need 100M? 😂 people saying that are just salty that a top class player is going to Man City. But 100M might be what the villans needed to finally push for something more than a mid-table position at the end of the season. Hopefully [and if the deal goes through] they'll spend that money on good signings, i've seen way too many teams waste that kind of money on nobodies who bring poor results.

If I were part of Aston Villa board, I'd suggest signing Coutinho (Barcelona), Belotti (Torino) and Bakayoko (Chelsea). Barca want to get rid of the brazilian and Villa would need a creative player, belotti's contract is expiring very soon and bakayoko doesn't have a place in Tuchel's team, plus he would add some muscle in the midfield. Good signings, eh?  Cool

There is no way Jack Grealish is worth that much, I mean he's but that amount is outrageous, but that's what you get when it's Man City or PSG that's making the inquiry.

I really don't get it but it seems all English players are just overhyped, Ben White for £50M, Meeeh!

I think there are lot of factors. Sometimes team also makes a bid or put offer on table that kinda puts player or club into bit of dillemma situation. City feels that they need his services and sees him as an important transfer target and thus had made the bid. And I am sure that has put both Villa camp and player into bit of thinking phase.

Also there are clubs who knows how to treat City.  Cheesy Play bit hard to get and break their bank  Cheesy

I'd agree the later seem to be case in terms of Jack Grealish, they're probably just holding out to get the best value from his sales, If it were to be an average team reaching out the value would surely not have been any near that figure. And people suggesting that Aston Villa probably doesn't need that money, I'd disagree because even with Jack Grealish you can't still entice other top stars from even within the league, and it's not as though keeping Grealish would guarantee you a spot in European competition next season, It easier to have bigger players get carried away by a club's project when a there is a coach of high reputable profile across Europe than keeping on to a player who's heart could already be elsewhere.

https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/15744530/arsenal-everton-transfer-schalke-matthew-hoppe/

According to the source, Everton and Arsenal are monitoring Schalke's young forward Matthew Hoppe (20) now. I feel like Hoppe really has a good potential. He got 6 goals in 22 games in the Bundesliga in the last season. As long as he continues to improve himself, I believe that he will be much more deadly on finishing. Arsenal and Everton both would make a good use of a promising CF.

This is good. Transfer also wouldn't be a problem as Schalke has dropped down to Bundesliga 2 and a young potential will love to play for first tier football team and that is a really good opportunity to get out into a good team. Arsenal could do we a bit of a young talented central forward but I don't think Everton needs one with Calvert-Lewin performing quite well at that position.

Monthly update regarding the summer transfer market session.
We are in the middle of the session and from the table, you can see where and who is spending money.
The only two realities that have money and are spending are those of the Premier League with a negative investment balance of over 200 million and Ligue1 or rather PSG, the only French team that is investing.

Source: https://www.transfermarkt.it/statistik/transfersalden

The English Premier League seems to be at the top of spending, this is very normal. This amount may increase. The transfer window continues. My country's football league, the Turkish Super League, has found itself in the 10th place. Of course, clubs were also affected by this, as it was a period when we had some difficulties economically.  Let's see what kind of list will be formed when the transfer period ends.

If you think that's overhyped you should look at Adama Traore, last year some reports were saying he was valued at fees as high as 133 million brittish pounds. When you consider it that's a crazy amount for a player and most clubs would either bargain down or avoid him completely. But now that all the hype about him subsided, or rather was replaced by criticism - he's down to 30 million pounds.

I hope we can land him though, Klopp's enthusiastic about him, FSG thinks it's good "moneyball" deal, but there are a ton of other clubs that want him too. And we'd have to sell Shaqiri first.

I think better to put the table like this to have a better look:

Indeed top 5 leagues shared the most expenditures with a huge difference between them and the others and even between them. EPL is like spending twice as much as the next in line. Bundesliga, Serie A and Ligue 1 spending 2x comparing to La Liga.
That simply reflects the economical situation of each club/country. We all know how much Barcelona and Real Madrid suffering. PSG is boosting Ligue 1 statistics and EPL contracts are ridiculously hyped for some players.

Double transfer blow!

Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano believes that it'll be extremely difficult to sign Erling Haaland this summer with Borussia Dortmund so determined not to sell. Meanwhile, there's ‘no chance’ of any potential deal for Robert Lewandowski

“For this summer, there is no chance to sign Robert Lewandowski for Chelsea. Inter define Romelu Lukaku as non-transferable and untouchable, another very complicated affair.

That’s why the dream remains Erling Haaland, but from Borussia Dortmund the club’s version is clear: there is no offer on the table, not even an official approach. It will take madness to sell Haaland, not even €150million would be accepted.

Kane has finally decided to communicate his decision: he wants to leave Tottenham. Apparently, his decision is irrevocable, the English striker just wants to wear the Manchester City jersey. It remains to be seen if Man City and Tottenham will be able to find a suitable agreement for them and for the player. What is certain is that if Kane were to stay, he would be a very difficult person to manage.

There is no way Jack Grealish is worth that much

His worth is different to different clubs. He's definitely worth £100 million to Villa. They aren't holding out for more money, they just don't want to sell him at all, and want to raise the price to the level where City will give up.

Think about it, Villa have ludicrously rich owners and don't need the money. If they lose Grealish and get another £100m, then it's not like they could entice another player of Grealish's ability to join them. They would struggle to get even 2x £50m players to join, particularly as losing Grealish would mark them down in the eyes of prospective joiners as a club who can't hold onto their best assets... which is probably why Villa are trying to get all their big incoming transfers done early, before Grealish leaves. Players of that standard all want to play Champions League. To City he's a decent addition to the squad, to Villa he's irreplaceable.

Most amazing value for Aston Villa player Jack Grealish offer of €100 from Man City and have become actually issues, most rich and benefit for Aston Villa got higher value from Manchester City and they can use to buy many great player again. Just waiting few days with transfer windows close who will be new player for Manchester City because they not success and announce new player in this season.

After Harry Kane now Jack Grealish. Man City seems to never run out of making horrendous news and rumors because it always creates fantastic numbers which are Harry Kane and Jack Grealish were both offered £100 million. Tottenham didn't seem to want to accept the offer and set a price of £150 million for Harry Kane, but it was a different story with Aston Villa who seemed to be accepting an offer from Man City.

If in the end Man City also fails to get Jack Grealish, then there will be another fantastic offer to other players (could be Robert Lewandowski or Erling Haaland).

Big news are coming for Beşiktaş. Alex Teixeira is close to sign a 3 year deal with Black Eagles. When he went to Dubai we thought this is over but Arab clubs didn't meet his expectations so he rotates back to Turkish league again. His friend and experienced Beşiktaş midfielder Josef de Souza made an instagram post captioned "Come to Beşiktaş" and he replied "Soon".

We can see this transfer to happen this week. Beşiktaş offered 2.5 million Euro per year and it will be 2+1 year contract.
Alex Teixeira previously played in Shakhtar Donetsk and while everybody expect him to go to Liverpool he went to Jiangsu for 50 million Euro transfer fee in 2016.

I've heard that Manchester Utd are planning to sign B. Dortmund's young and very talented player, Erling Haaland next summer. But before them, I think that some other teams would like to make a serious and big offer. Chelsea should still be searching for a way to sign him. We've left many days behind but still there is no result.  But they still can change this situation as long as they make an offer which Dortmund won't be able to reject.

🇺🇦 Glory to Ukraine!
I haven't following Grealish that closely, is he worth that money?

Regarding Kane, so far the club owner only agreed that Kane could essentially leave the club, but there is no signature or confirmed new contract yet. Do you guys have any other information on that potential transfer?

He is the star player of Aston Villa and lot of teams have been targeting him like United was targeting him last transfer window and City also has been keeping an eye since last transfer window but now they have made a move. He could provide a good link up in the center-attacking mid.

Here is what going on in Kane-Spurs-City- Kane wants to leave and City are also willing to give 100m+Sterling or other player but Spurs have rejected that bid and wants to keep Kane. They have set target of 160m Euro according to some rumours which City is having "second thoughts" now. So it is not really sure if Spurs really want to keep him or just wanted to play it tough so to get some more money from City. As for Kane's contract, he still has 3 years left on his contract.

There is no way Jack Grealish is worth that much, I mean he's but that amount is outrageous, but that's what you get when it's Man City or PSG that's making the inquiry.

Unfortunately, the way things are going today, it's all about money... All that talk about trophies is just BS. Every trophy they win comes with even more money.

interesting let see if Aston Villa will allow Grealish their most outstanding player let go with that mouthwatering offer of €100 from Man City.
To be honest, I don't see any chance in hell for Aston Villa to reject this sort of amount for Jack Grealish, they well know he isn't even worth that amount to start with and then cause of what the transfer market has been turned into, with every player being priced at an outrageous amount, this is a good opportunity for Villa to cash in on their key man, he'll be a very big loss for the club, but the money can go a long way in helping them acquire a few players as well as handle other financial issues.

The Turkish club Fenerbahce aims to strengthen its ranks, by contracting Andreas Pereira, the average of the Manchester United field, after the good performances he made with the Red Devils in the preparatory matches for the new season.
The 25-year-old scored a superb goal in United's 2-2 draw against Brentford last Wednesday. Pereira moved to Manchester United in 2015, and since then has struggled to secure a place in the starting line-up, to be loaned 3 times to Granada, Valencia and finally Lazio last season.
At the end of last season, the Italian club inquired about the possibility of permanently joining Pereira, so that United asked for 21 million pounds, so that Lazio decided to sign Philby Anderson for 3 million pounds.
According to the British newspaper, “The Sun”, Fenerbahce inquired about the value of Pereira’s transfer, but the Turkish team is hesitant about paying 21 million pounds to win.
