You are right, FFP works and applies to all the teams. But why PSG have any problem with it if they can get a load of "cash" from the transfer of eg. Mbappe?

Well, Kaka really did a lot for Milan and then was sold for huge profit. It's not the same with Donnarumma, he was complaining from the start. He even insisted that his brother must be given a contract at the club when he signed his first contract.
He's leaving on a free transfer and was in serious talks with Juventus, signing for PSG would sound a bit better but I doubt he'll ever be loved there.
He is considered as one of the best goalkeeping talents but I have to say that currently he seems like a lot of trouble and does not give that much on the pitch. Let's see if that changes at a new club.

Especially Ilkay Gundogan had a really good season (17 goals, 5 assists in total). He would be an important loss for Manchester City on the attacking line. He has 2 more years on his contract right now. If City agree upon selling Gundogan to Barcelona, then they should immediately start searching for a strong midfielder.
