Do we have any interesting transfers going on right now because January isn't an easy time to get the best player's and I havent been keeping an eye on these one's as I was super busy!

Anyway, Just heard Fabrizio say Neymar is going back to his boy child club Santos which is really a sad story for him and a bad investment for his former club..whatever happened to this Lad Cry

Is Saudi Arabia going to be making headlines again with their crazy offers,  or maybe Neymar has taught them on how to do their homework.
I don't think we have any interesting transfers happening right now. January is rarely the best time to sign top players as club often feel reluctant selling their key asset mid season. It's unfortunate to see Neymar jnr returning to the club where it all began. Once a generational talent he had struggled to fully actualize his potentials due to injuries and off field decisions. His return to Santos if confirmed would mark a symbolic but bittersweet chapter in his career.

Neymar's move to Al hilal generated excitement his season was cut short by devastating injury this highlight the needs for clubs to conduct thorough medical and fitness assessments before commiting to massive contracts, ensuring they sign players who can contribute consistently on the pitch.

It's official!!! I just confirmed from Fabrizio Romano's post on the media that Manchester United has got an agreement with Lecee and would finally sign a player in this January transfer window, he'll officially be the first signing of the Ruben Amorim era and would arrive Manchester United in hours time to officially sign his contract, some Manchester United fans I know are already jubilating cause they've been long waiting for new signings for Ruben Amorim, well it's a good sign but it's not enough since they still need a quality attacker cause Zirkzee and Hodjlund are finding it hard to produce good results. Anyways the news have it that the new signing Patrick Dorgu's deal is worth €30m plus €5m add-ons. Finally, Manchester United are beginning to make reasonable deals instead of overpaying for players like the deal for Antony and Casemiro, they now have a proper LWB and Dalot can be used in his natural position RWB as a second option for Mazraoui instead of LWB where he doesn't fit in properly.

It is predictable that Amorim will want to strengthen the Manchester United defense, but I do not really understand the importance of this transfer yet, Dorgu is young, only 20 years old and I have not followed Lecce very much to understand how good this defender is. The defense for Manchester United has long been considered a weak point in the team, I think it would be good to also find a more suitable replacement for Onan, but their attack also needs strengthening by the way.

Honestly this is a difficult transfer to understand, indeed Man United need a replacement for Dalot because Dalot is not very effective when played by bringing in players in the Lb position with an attacking style of course this will improve the quality of their players they have to compete but the question is why Dorgu even though he is quite young and it takes a long time in my opinion to be able to absorb in the EPL game and also Amorin's game, because in Lecce they play with a 4-3-3 formation of course this will be different from what he feels even though Man United has a lot of talent in their academy why don't they try it because by paying a price of 30 million more for a young player who cannot be predicted whether he will be good or not in my opinion Man United has made a bad investment again like when they bought Malacia.

Even though I know Amorin wants Nuno Mendes, because Nuno is very suitable to be in the ranks of players that Amorin expects but this is what happened with Man United's choice I hope this will be better than I thought because seeing Dorgu is like seeing an empty Malacia hopefully Dorgu can be better and in accordance with the expectations of Man United fans.

Vinicius Junior decides to stay as it seems which is not surprising news at all.  Grin  Of course he was going to decide like that at this young age. He is only 24 and he has lots of more trophies to win with Real Madrid in the future.

He was going to get an enormous offer from a Saudi team normally. They were rumoured to offer 300 million euros to Real Madrid as transfer fee and 200 million a year as a salary to the player. That's of course an insane offer.  Smiley

But not enough to convince a player like this anyway. As far as I know he makes 25 million a year with bonuses now but not everything is money. Achieving successes in Europe is much more valuable than the successes in Saudi Arabia obviously.
Vinicius Junior stay at Real Madrid shows how much he loves this club even though tempting offers come from several clubs with high salaries, but once again Vinicius Junior prioritizes his career in Europe rather than choosing money because he is indeed one of the best players in the world today and staying at Real Madrid is the right choice that allows Vinicius Junior to win the Ballon d'Or title which he previously lost to Rodri.

Fenerbahce made an excellent signing, they signed Anderson Talisca, since Ronaldo came to Al Nassr, he started to take Anderson Talisca's space, the focus of the whole team became Ronaldo, I think Anderson Talisca made a good decision to leave the team, maybe by playing in Turkey and having good results he could be called to play in the Brazilian national team.

the contract will be until 2026, source: https://x.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1883760600028766345

Even if Mbappe comes to Fenerbahce, don't expect a miracle. Because Fenerbahce doesn't play attacking football and therefore Talisca can't contribute to Fenerbahce's scoring like he did when he played for Besiktas. I think even Mourinho doesn't want Talisca, the only person who wants him is probably Acun Ilıcalı from Fenerbahce management. Talisca will also probably be out of form coming from the Saudi Arabia league and he might have trouble adapting to the Turkish league at the beginning. The only positive thing the Fenerbahce management did in the last years was the player's wage income. Now that's gone and they are making costly transfers on top of that. If it were me, instead of these transfers, I would be in talks with a new manager for next season and I would go after the reasonable transfers he wants. Mourinho is not going to work for sure.

In my opinion, changing the coach would not be the solution to the problem. In the last 5 years, Fenerbahce has changed coaches 8 times. This is not normal. They had Jorge Jesus as their coach. He is a good coach who won the main title in every league he played in, but he was unable to win it in Turkey with Fenerbahce. That is why, in my opinion, it would be better to keep Mourinho and improve the squad.
I also think that if Jose Marino stays on the team, he will contribute to Fenerbahçe in the long term. Because right now, Fenerbahçe's team is not exactly set up the way Jose Mourinho wants. Maybe next year, he will be able to set up the squad he wants and play the way he wants. Fenerbahçe has always been a team behind Galatasaray in recent years. They do not want to fall behind them anymore. Since the fans have been longing for the championship for a long time, they want success as soon as possible. However, it is not right to be impatient in this. As in everything, it will be necessary to be careful and patient here.

Vini was robbed of Ballon D'or and will not leave Europe, because he still has the dreams to win Ballon D'or and more UCL trophies. Someone that can happily go to Saudi is an old player that gas achieved everything and needs somewhere to retire with fat pay. Vini career is just getting to the peak and it's only in Real Madrid that he can improve his performance and make record for himself. Going somewhere else, will make him not achieve this goal.

This is what I am expecting from a young player who believes he can make a good reputation rather than seeking for good life at this young age. Saudi clubs should limit the way in which they come for big players in the league using huge money to persuade them to leave their club. They can take the old folks like they have Ronaldo, Suarez, and some other players but players like Vinicius have a good game time ahead. Think of what he can achieve in  Real Madrid now the team is becoming stronger every day.

If am to ask i will say that amount of money is quite enough to convince any players. It only depends on what that player want. It is either they want money or fame. Going to Saudi clubs only means they will have the money but no fame. While players like that can still have the fame then retire to Saudi clubs.

I think Manchester United won't spend any more money this season after they threw away a lot of it last summer Grin, but even if only bringing in one player before the transfer window closes but at least that it's still better than not doing it at all, so far defence is still Manchester United's main problem so it's not surprising that Amorim is more focused on signing defenders,  I see that Amorim is inclined to prefer Dorgu to be recruited because he is a defender who has the ability to explore every side of the field, besides that his ability to play in various positions will also greatly benefit Amorim to be able to be creative and have many options in their defense later, especialy  if we look at Amorim coaching history so far, he is actually inclined  a coach who relies more on young players in his squad so far.

The poor results achieved since the start of the season have put Man City in danger of failing to defend their EPL title and they are also struggling in the UCL phase. This season has been one of City's worst under Guardiola, so I think it's understandable that they've been so busy in the transfer market given their status as the Premier League dominant force for the past four seasons.
Arsenal and Man United need to follow in City footsteps to keep the title race alive, some players who are not contributing to the club must be released and replaced with better quality players.
Manchester City is having tough season which is surprising because they have been one of best teams in Premier League for last four years. Their poor results have put their chance to win title again in danger and people are also worried about how they will do in Champions League. It is not surprising that they are trying to sign new players to make their team stronger and get back on track. For Arsenal and Manchester United to stay in running for title they need to do what City is doing and sign new players to make their teams better. This might mean letting go of players who are not doing well and replacing them with better players.

It is known that the players come and go, but deprive themselves of players like Erling Haaland is madness, and that is just an example, because then you know if you have to change the players you also have to leave some on the bench or make them go, I would be a lot Be careful to select the strong players they have in the squad and try not to make them run away during these negotiations, I understand that it is difficult but they absolutely do not have to do it otherwise it will be the end for this team
Every player can have good times and bad times. Haaland can and should be removed from the squad when he is unproductive. No player should be indispensable to a team on his own. Players who play badly can be sent off the team. We see the same with Mbappé. He fell short of expectations for Real Madrid but still found a chance to play constantly. He is in a slightly better position now but I think that players who are on the team even when they are in a bad position and are not even taken off the game can increase their egos and harm the team.

You don’t see a lot of players make this decision because a player like Vinicius will be given a very huge contract and the fact that he was able to make the decision of staying at Real Madrid means he is really not playing for the money. Not many players can make this decision after being offered such a deal of  receiving a huge salary. He is still young and still needs to play in Europe for now and try to win more trophies and awards.

200 million per annum is an insane amount and not being tempted by the offer shows high level of professionalism. It is a life changing offer even for a player of Vinicius status, if he accepts the offer it’s also a great deal for Real Madrid receiving a transfer fee of 300 million. Sometimes I just wonder where the Saudi teams get such money from to be paying a single player such amount.

Considering that Manchester United spent a lot of money in the past years and did not get any benefit from them, they are probably going through a difficult period economically. Therefore, even if they are going to make transfers until the summer transfer period, it will be very few. The Portuguese manager will probably go to a new formation in the team in the summer. Therefore, I think they will spend the real money in the summer. The flash team of this interim transfer period was Manchester City. Manchester City is in trouble due to the surprising points losses they received in the first half of the league. They have become better with many good reinforcements at the moment. I think they are more ambitious in the Champions League now.

Ruben Amorim secured his first signing at Manchester United, Manchester United have been working on this deal for the past 2 weeks and they got the deal done, Ruben Amorim Patrick Dogu is a player that he wants t in his left back, Manchester United needs a good left back that can run into the box of the opponents and can score or make assist and Patrick Dogu is very good in that, I have not seen Patrick Dogu play very well because I don't watch Lecce game but looking the high light of his performance you will know that he is very good.

If Manchester United wants Ruben Amorim should get the players he wants next season is going to be a tough opponent to every team, I believe Ruben Amorim will change Manchester United's team, some Manchester United players are playing well because of Amorim, players that Ruben Amorim did not like are the players who are not serious, When Erik Ten Hag is coaching Manchester United Maguire can not defend very well but Amorim make Maguire look good in defensive position.

He earns 38k currently, and his new contract in Saudi will give him 288k weekly, I don't see that as a bad move, to be honest. He's only protecting his interest. He's not a world-class talent that different top clubs in Europe will be lining up to sign. Also, no club in Europe will give him a contract that's more than 100k a week.
In Saudi, he will earn good money and still play football. He has already won a league title with Leverkusen, he probably knows this offer is too good to pass. In 5 years he will be 29, at that age he won't get many juicy offers so this is the time for him to grab the money. I don't see anything wrong with him accepting the deal at all.
I agree that this is a good deal for him considering that he has already made his name in Bayern Leverkusen already and in the super eagles team his position will not be threatened regardless of him playing in Saudi Arabia. In one interview I saw some time ago, I did not take note of the link because I did not know it will be important now, but in the interview, Victor Boniface mentioned that he does not really like the Premier League so much and is not interested in playing in it. His move to Saudi Arabia would be very good for him financially and also in terms of the experience he will get from playing behind Ronaldo.

In my opinion, Manchester City will win this match. In the last match, they showed us a great match where they dominated the Premier League. They dominated Chelsea and Chelsea is a stronger team than Club Brugge. Also, the match will be played in Manchester. Manchester, who also took advantage of this, will definitely win this match and will make it to the Playoffs. For this, they transferred good players and became a more effective team with Marmoush in offense. They are making the best use of the transfer period to complete their Champions League journey.
Yes, it's true that Manchester City will not throw away what is in front of their eyes and Manchester City has also proven that in their last match. Playing at home with more freedom in facing tough situations will be easier, Chelsea is getting stronger after replacing a new coach, clearly a giant team in the Premier League One This is more dominating than Club Brugge.
I think Pep Guardiola has prepared a new plan for the upcoming transfer period so that it can run smoothly in the remaining big competition matches in the Premier League and Champions League.

Manchester City must find some needed players and they have made some purchases for the current transfer market but their strength is still unstable. In the Champions League Manchester City is much more difficult because they have to win the last match to qualify for the next round through the playoffs but that is difficult because the opponents they face only need a draw to qualify for the next round so that in terms of calculations Manchester City is under greater pressure. That's why in the transfer market they are so busy looking for some needed players because if left like this then in the Premier League itself it will be difficult for them to compete for the top three positions.
