Most of the people who are currently criticizing Carlo Ancelotti and his tactical approaches this season are not even Real Madrid fans but people who just simply don't like the Italian manager maybe because he's too good to at what he does.
After Real Madrid's convincing win against Osasuna, it was reported that Carlo Ancelotti had a closed door meeting with the club captain about the way forward for the club and the best tactical approach that would be adopted now that most the the first team players are out injured and at the end of the meeting the Italian manager was satisfied with the outcome. Expect Real Madrid to continue to bounce back to their best in games to come.
Criticism is actually a natural thing regardless of whoever the coach is when he is at a big club where resources are very abundant in terms of players and strengths owned when expectations do not go as expected, it is natural that there is criticism to make this a burst of enthusiasm to be able to contribute even better in the future.

I think with the current conditions it should be natural and Ancelotti must accept that because after all, criticism like this must have happened not only to Ancelotti but also to other coaches, for example Xavi last season or indeed in recent times Pep who still cannot minimize the loss of Rodrid and KDB in midfield.

This is a normal action although the ups and downs of performance will always be there but on the one hand when we see a proud club not performing that is not very good then it is appropriate that there will be criticism that occurs in the end. It's not that we don't like the person of the coach and the previous results he has achieved but we are criticizing his performance which is indeed poor at the moment.

So you are equally saying that carlo ancelotti should play ada guler over Kyler mbape? how bro? How ? it's undeniable that ada guler is a very quality players and nothing is disputing that fact, but playing him over Kyler mbape is actually not an ideal thing to do even though he might be more suited into the team than Kyler mbape.
But by doing that, it's an insult to the personality of mbape, and we should take note that ada guler is an inferior player to Kyler mbape, in quality and in experience wether we like it or not, just that ada guler is more suited to the playing pattern of this present real Madrid team than Kyler mbape.

So the deal thing to do is to loan ada guler out for like two seasons, so that he can gain more experience and maturity, by two years time I believe that he would have developed like three to four times better than now, so I believe that he would be in a better place to compete for a place in Madrid team than presently now.

Well, but to tell the truth it wouldn't be an insult if Gler wins his place in his training, Mbappé was fundamental in the game against Barcelona, ??but if you look closely, who was to blame for not defining very well? Mbappé, he peeled all the balls, he kicked all the goals, so even if it sounds bad, he had a lot of responsibility, so in view of this we have to be clear, those goals that he kicked had a lot of weight, Barcelona built a very good defensive line to make Madrid fall offside, but the game demanded at that moment to change the formation because it was no longer working and that is where Ancelotti failed, Mbappé is very good, but like everyone else, at some point he can play badly and unfortunately it is better to substitute him for someone fresher if he is more accurate.

A professional coach always has a strong instinct when bringing in a player and it is all adjusted to the strategy and tactics that will be carried out by a coach.
True. A coach must choose the new players adjusted with his tactics. However, he isn't alone, the scout team must help the coach to find proper players. It is impossible if a coach do it alone.

While in the case of Roma who fired Mourinho, it was the biggest mistake made by the team management.
If Roma has no good relationship with Mourinho, it is not a bad way to fire him. Roma may plan to sign a calmer coach, Mourinho is a controversial coach. But I agree that Mourinho is a quite successful coach because he already won varied trophies.

I understand how bad finances are happening to Roma, but keeping Mourinho should have been the best choice but instead firing him and ending up being very bad at this time. So I support your opinion about Newcastle if they want to get the best contribution from Mourinho, Newcastle should give the coach a little freedom to bring in some of his chosen players.
Not sure how bad the financial problem in Roma, but other teams also experience it. I think it shouldn't be the main reason that they fire Mourinho at that time. There must be many other reasons that Roma board decided to fire Mourinho. Yes, Newcastle may make a good decision to hire Mourinho. They have big money to buy any player that Mourinho wants. So, there will be no financial problem to face with Mourinho in Newcastle.

According to the news by The Guardian, The Portuguese Jose Mourinho wants to return to the Premier League in case Newcastle manager Eddie Howe leaves the team. When we think Fenerbahce fans aren't satisfied with Mourinho's performance too, they would want this transfer to happen the most. Smiley Mourinho was a great manager in the past but I think he can't adapt to modern football.

Jose Mourinho came to Turkiye because he was not successful in Europe in the last years of his career. If he was successful in Turkey, he was expected to join the elite teams in Europe. But he didn't get successful results in Türkiye either. I think he is not as good as he used to be. That's why the transfer news doesn't reflect everything. I think Jose Mourinho will transfer to one of the teams in the Arabian league after leaving Fenerbahçe, not to Newcatle United or one of the Premier League teams. Because at this stage we will witness that his career is getting worseevery year.

Football is cruel. Just last season Ancelotti was being touted as a talented coach. But now, there are many rumors that Ancelotti's hot seat is shaky.
I think it's great if everyone (both coaches and players) takes responsibility because if we go down together, we go up together. Everyone has to accept criticism, everyone has to accept that the team didn't play well. The team must fix things and defend better because that's the key.
Ancelotti should continue to focus on his work without fear of being sacked. The authorities still have confidence in the coach and no one in the office at Valdebebas has spoken of a request or the possibility of dismissal. The fans should continue to bet on Ancelotti, not try to put pressure on Ancelotti. He is a legendary coach, not the second Erik ten Hag Grin.

Football is also unpredictable, dude.  Cheesy
Yep, people praise a lot Ancelotti last season but they are starting to criticize Ancelotti now. (I'm also doing the same way)  Grin
Well, I think it is normal in football, people have the right to criticize and express their opinions.

Sure, Ancelotti should take responsibility with the current performance of the team. I've heard a rumor that Ancelotti is possible to leave Real Madrid in January or leaving after the season ends. Real Madrid management actually extends his contract until 2026, but Ancelotti may leave earlier if Florentino Pérez doesn't feel satisfied with Ancelotti job currently.

However, it is untrue if we compare Ancelotti with Ten Hag. Ancelotti is in a different level, he is a successful coach. As far as I know, Ancelotti is the most coach who wins UCL trophy in history.

Rúben Amorim has said that he is not going to sign any Sporting players during the January transfer window, but he didn’t say anything about the summer window. I believe Amorim is going to bring some players from Sporting, he convinced most of the players to stay at the club so he might be feeling guilty for leaving them mid season. The problem here is are we going to see a repeat of the Ajax situation with Erik Ten Hag where he brought players from his former team to Manchester United and systematically kicked out the players he met in the club.

Why does he want to fail again or isn't he tired of failing, he wants Newcastle as they're now one of the wealthiest club in the premier league and he thinks he can pack the bus and win them the league. Newcastle aren't a club that pack the bus but they play by attacking their opponents and scoring before the opponents can catch a break. If mourinho comes, he's going to change this interesting Newcastle team to a boring one that'll not be playing nice football as they have bring playing. Mourinho has tired for his career, he doesn't need another run in the premier league if it isn't with a bigger club that he can win trophies with as Newcastle can't give him what he wants.
I think Jose Mourinho misses the spotlight in the premier League and has some unfinished business with the premiership, but what surprises me is the choice of Newcastle united, I think Newcastle is a bit below his class because they are not yet an elite club and at such wouldn't have much to offer Jose Mourinho in terms of European football except he is willing to turn them into a big team just like what Pep Guardiola did with Manchester city, because Jose Mourinho has always been an adventurous individual though he hasn't been able to replicate what he did at Porto, Chelsea and inter Milan anywhere else but it will certainly be nice to have him back in England once again.

Mourinho did say recently that he wants to manage a lower Premier League team that does not play in Europe because of the bias he experienced in officiating in UEFA competitions? Not sure how he’s going to manage Newcastle in that regard. I like Eddie Howe but would love to see Mourinho back in the EPL.

Manage a lower PL club? really? I thought that someone posted that if Mourinho wanted to be a replacement for Eddie Howe.

I know Eddie was good, but he's not good enough to handle a club that gave him a bunch of money like Newcastle. I'd personally rated him as a failed coach considering he had spent a lot, but he still won nothing.

It's time for Newcastle to consider Mourinho as the right replacement for their coach now. This is because when they gave lots of money to the someone who fully experienced to build a football team. The chance to be success is bigger.

Yeah that was before Mourinho got linked to Newcastle. I doubt Jose Mourinho is going to pass on the opportunity to manage Newcastle. Mourinho loves competition, and there is no league that’s more competitive than the English Premier League. Plus he will once again be paired against his long time rival from the La Liga, Pep Guardiola. Eddie Howe isn’t a failed manager, you’re right about him spending a lot of money in the transfer market but you have to look at the competition in the league. Manchester City didn’t really give other teams a chance in the last four years.

Pep Guardiola, the current manager of Manchester City, has made it unclear whether he will stay at Manchester City or take charge of the Brazil national team. Of course Brazil has always been the best and strongest team in football but recently their performances have been going well and the fans along with the management think that it is because they don't have a good quality manager that their team is so bad. Following this, the CBF has offered several European top managers to take over their Brazil team, with Pep Guardiola being one of them.

However, there is still no clear information from Pep Guardiola based on which we can say whether he will take charge of Brazil or extend his contract at Manchester City. We may have to wait for more information on this.

Actually, having a good coach is something that Brazil's national team seriously needs right now. Because if you look at the squad, it is not that bad. It is actually pretty decent. But I think as because they did not have any good coach recently, at least not one of the best coaches, they have not been able to produce the performance that they are probably looking for.

I Believe with a good coach they will be able to bring in better results. We know that Guardiola is someone who can bring in actually incredible results with a good squad. And he is definitely getting a good squad with Brazil's national team. Maybe not as balanced as he would have liked but still it is good.

However, Brazilian Football Confederation President Ednaldo Rodrigues denied the rumor about approaching Guardiola.

It’s unfair that Kylian Mbappe is the one getting all the blame when Real Madrid underperforms. From their reactions to the Ballon d’Or to the crazy comments about Mbappe, I’m beginning to believe that Real Madrid fans are just as toxic as Manchester United fans. They are not seeing the structural problems that the team has instead they are focusing on Mbappe as the reason for the whole team underperformance. Weren’t Real Madrid excited to have Mbappe join the team? How come the same people now call Mbappe lazy and say he should be on the bench. It doesn’t make any sense.
The fans do not care about the structure or problems that occur in the team, all they want is for their team to be able to return to being a strong club and unbeaten in the UCL and in La Liga, they will criticize new things, not criticize players who have been in the team for a long time, so Mbappe's arrival certainly makes all eyes on him, including fans who expect more from Mbappe this season and finally makes the player's mentality uncomfortable which makes him have to force himself that he plays selfishly.
This will always happen. Always bigger the name, the bigger expectations. Killian Mbappe is one of the most iconic and legend striker in the world, his finishing is obvious to everyone. So that's why Killyan Mbappe is criticized for not performing, even for 1 goal, fans are unhappy and criticize. But this should not be done, my opinion is that sometimes that player is not able to perform well due to the poor performance of the team. Similarly it's not Killian Mbappe's fault, it's the team fault that why they didn't provide any chance to Killyan Mbappe to score a goal. Due to the same reason, you can see that Killian Mbappe played selfishly in the previous match. Each time he was in his gaol attempt but was thigh-marked by the opponent. Due to which Killian Mbappe failed to score. So I think fans should motivate Killyan Mbappe instead of discourage.

MAnchester United is interested in Danilo from Juventus.
The player has not much space for Tiago Motta plans and he will leave in January or at the endo of the season.

The Italians are interested in Zirkzee and maybe DeLigt 2.0 and a possible sell of Vlhahovic, lets see if the puzzle will be complited.

It might still happen but when it comes to the Brazilian national team as long as it hasn't been confirmed for Pep I will continue to wait for that before commenting.
We had their prank for Ancelotti who was even said to be the Brazil coach who ended up extending his contract at Madrid until 2026 and it could happen for Pep too so we can't be too sure about this.

On the other hand, for Pep indeed if in the end he leaves Manchester City then the chance to be in the national team is indeed very possible and it could be the right decision. He has experienced 3 major competitions in La Liga, Bundesliga and EPL so if he starts trying to approach the national team to get more achievements, this should still make sense to do, it's just that the uncertainty now for Pep is still gray even though Manchester City will not release this coach but all decisions are in Pep's hands in the end.

It would be exciting and maybe also coherent that Pep Guardiola in his further career takes a new step to a national team. It might have been a chance for him to take other achievements after going through big challenges in the top European leagues to the national team level. But everything is still in the hands of Pep’s individual decision. We can only wait and hope that whatever he decides later will help him to contribute to the World football as much as he was willing to do it if it will be true that he will lead the Brasilian national team to new victories.
In the end all decisions are in Pep's hands but for now I don't think he will pay attention to that first because after all Manchester City's current performance is not in good condition especially after losing 4 consecutive matches making Pep will definitely focus first on solving the club's problems after things improve then Pep will take action on decisions for his future career.

In the last few seasons there have actually been strong signals that Pep also wants to look for new experiences but until now this still cannot be realized because of the reasons Manchester City will still continue to defend this player considering this is a very good asset for Manchester City especially Pep is a coach who made Manchester City what it is today so surely Manchester City will do everything in their power to keep Pep as long as the opportunity is still there.

It seems that coaches becomes controversial discussion when they fail to win matches in a row. I want to remind us that Guardiola had been with Manchester City since 2016 when things weren't good for them till he made it to win 4 Premier leagues in a row, he was there through the thick and thin times for Manchester City, I don't think h will be foolish to retire as a coach that went from top to bottom and then run away like a chicken, he is good than we all think.

By the way, who is going to leave a Premier League carrier and go settle for national league that is fool of criticisms and banter. Brazil are just looking for the messiah that will help the nation go back to the previous life they were when they were dominating everywhere but it's natural for changes and you can't beat. It's possible that average coach can turn everything around for the club when their time comes like every other teams that has failed and rised again.

Man United victory over Leicester City today is a sweet ending for Ruud because Amorim will then become the official coach of Man United. How much hope do United fans have for him? Will Amorim persuade Ineos to recruit his players at Sporting or will Amorim try to utilize the available players so that they can be managed as optimally as possible because he said that this is a challenge that must be solved.

Rashford, Hojlund or Zirkzee who will be the main center for Amorim to be transformed into a formidable striker? Like what he did to Victor Gyokeres.

There are usually a lot of rumors about transfers in the game of football, but we still see some of them. Recently, various media outlets are publishing news that Pep Guardiola, the best manager of the present time, can take charge of Brazil very soon. We already knew that Pep Guardiola will leave Manchester City to take charge of another club, but we have not heard any rumors that he will take charge of the national team instead of taking charge of the club. However, since the big media are publishing news about his taking charge of Brazil, something like this can happen.

If something like this happens, it will certainly be lucky for Brazil as Brazil have been trying for a long time to get one of Europe's best managers in charge of their national team. But till now they have not given the best manager in charge of the national team, maybe that time is very close for CBF.
Guardiola future at Manchester City is still very much a mystery at the moment, because with the rest of the contract almost up, he has not shown any sign of a contract extension, even in several interviews conducted by the media, Guardiola seems to be avoiding questions about his future at the moment, with no certainty about Guardiola at the moment, he is instead associated with the Brazilian national team, But I think Guardiola probably won't think about it because there are still two big leagues (Ligue 1 and Serie A) which  he no yet conquered in his coaching career, but if he chooses to coach Brazil of course  that its will be very interesting, because all this time Guardiola is known for his very attacking game philosophy with high ball possession, so it fits perfectly with Brazil playing style which also prioritises creativity and fast attacks so far.

I just read the news from several newspapers, Mourinho's dissatisfaction resulted in sanctions from the Turkish federation against him. I don't dare to comment on what happened, because it's been a long time since I watched the Turkish League. However, news related to his desire to return to the Premier League seems to be hotly discussed, whether in newspapers or in this thread. As reported by The Guardian, Mourinho's career could end short, because he wants to return to the Premier League. As you said, it seems that what I am highlighting is more related to his system and tactics. In several matches when he was still Roma's coach, he had actually adapted to the Modern football style system. Although, Jose Mourinho's old-style system has not really disappeared. In several matches, especially crucial matches, the tactics he popularized often became his main weapon. Unfortunately, this model is no longer effective. In addition to tending to be monotonous, the match is not more exciting to watch. Now he is rumored to be moving to Newcastle, as you said Newcastle's football style will definitely change. Although in reality, this news may just be an issue related to Newcastle. I'm not really sure, if Newcastle will use his services.

Mourinho has gone through different stages in his career, but his achievements in recent teams have not been as impressive as they once were. Now he would like to return to the Premier League and believes that the best team for this would be Newcastle if Howe is sacked. But I am not sure that Newcastle would want him as a manager with their team, he has not had achievements for a long time that would indicate that he can achieve great success, despite winning the Europa League.

Eddie Howe is currently facing huge pressure after an unsuccessful start to the season. After 10 rounds in the Premier League, Newcastle is only ranked 11th with 15 points - a result that does not meet the expectations of the Saudi Arabian owners. Howe's sacking is entirely possible. Howe is under pressure to get Newcastle back into the race for European football. Mourinho has spent the majority of his coaching career in England, managing teams such as Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham. In my opinion, Mourinho is still suitable for English football. Newcastle is considered a potential and suitable destination for Mourinho.
