Firing Mourinho was a mistake? I was surprised they would give him so many chances in the first place. The problem that many people have is that they still see the Mourinho from a decade ago, but he isn't that guy anymore. He had an incredible career for quite some time and he was a genius as a coach, but to me it seems that his way of playing isn't as effective anymore. The best team he ever had was the Inter Milan team from 2009 or so and maybe even the Porto team that won the Champions League with him. But he hasn't had that many successes afterwards that were as outstanding.
Mourinho has gone through different stages in his career, but his achievements in recent teams have not been as impressive as they once were. Now he would like to return to the Premier League and believes that the best team for this would be Newcastle if Howe is sacked. But I am not sure that Newcastle would want him as a manager with their team, he has not had achievements for a long time that would indicate that he can achieve great success, despite winning the Europa League.

Mourinho did say recently that he wants to manage a lower Premier League team that does not play in Europe because of the bias he experienced in officiating in UEFA competitions? Not sure how he’s going to manage Newcastle in that regard. I like Eddie Howe but would love to see Mourinho back in the EPL.

It’s obviously a mistake for Roma to sack Mourinho, look at how “good” their performance has been since they fired Mourinho. I disagree with your take, no one had ever done in Chelsea what Mourinho accomplished with the club, till date he's still the most successful manager in the club history.

Did you see what Roma is passing through currently, I bet you they are regretting that they sacked Mourinho who gave them their first Europa league trophy, and brought light to the club. If Newcastle gives Mourinho the chance to get his players of his choice and gives him the total support he needs, he will add a significant value to the club.
A professional coach always has a strong instinct when bringing in a player and it is all adjusted to the strategy and tactics that will be carried out by a coach. Majority of us knew that Manchester United had serious problems in all of their lines. Their have poor finishing, non-creative midfielder without a good passer, and abysmal defence. I think their only sense solution is that only signed new players. I don't think their available player can perform better than this time.
Wether he signs new players during the January transfer window or not, I strongly believe that he'll improve the performance of Manchester United when he finally takes over

There is no one to blame here, they just haven't found the right formula if one of them just sits on the bench as if they have no pride as a star player, Mbappe just needs to adapt to his new position in the front line and Vinicius Jr. and Bellingham also have to focus on their current positions and try how they can play the tactics given by the coach, Ancelotti should not blame his players in this case as a coach he should be wiser in solving problems without cornering his players.

I have no problem with Jose Mourinho joining Newcastle United, but I want to say that they're not performing badly, they play good football but what's lacking is the winning mentality to do it consistently. Jose Mourinho has his ways of psychologically improving his players mentally.

when expectation is too high on a player, it makes it deficult to see a good performance from him as he will have to play under too much pressure. His coming into the Madrid squad gave fans that Ronaldo's vibes and most pundit expected to see madries defense as the toughest that can ever be across leagues. The reality strucked And he's unable to perform to the level fans expected of him and seeing how the team seems to be struggling since his addition to the club, it's only normal to see statement like this from fans. But then, it's just an opinion that doesn't affect the teams decision on who is to play a certain game at a particular point in time. The line up for the game against osasuna is already out and he's on the line up together with vini, Rodrygo and Bellingham.
