It looks like Mauricio Pochettino can be the new manager of PSG after sacking Tuchel. Pochettino targets to bring Lionel Messi to the team if the team decides to sign a contract with him. Barcelona started playing good recently. If they continue like this until the end of this season, I wonder whether Messi will decide to leave the club. So, his decision will be very important on this probable transfer.

I read that Pochettino wants to coax Messi into transferring to PSG. I mean, we know he's leaving no matter what. He can't stay in Barcelona where they're going to give him a wage cut if he stays on and the only other viable club for him is Manchester City but he's more likely to play alongside friends he has already played with like Neymar. Who by the way is not going to be a big enough reason to cause the transfer, it's all on Pochettino at this point to find a Mbappe replacement.

Alaba's contract is going to run out at the end of this season. According to rumours, Manchester Utd manager Solskjaer wants to sign him. But in my opinion, Bayern Munich will extend his contract if they can come to terms with him. If it doesn't happen, then we can see him playing at Manchester Utd next year.

He’s a good player, I like him a lot. Bayern shouldn’t let him go on a free transfer so it’s possible he may get sold in the January transfer window for a smaller fee than he’s go for under normal circumstances.

Transfer rumours:

Arsenal's out-of-favour German midfielder Mesut Ozil, has held secret talks with Turkish side Fenerbahce in a bid to move away from the Gunners. When will this saga finally end?
Chelsea are set to join Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Manchester United and Manchester City in the race to sign Borussia Dortmund's Norway striker Erling Braut Haaland. Haaland is currently the most desirable player in Europe and it is really becoming very interesting to follow where he will finally go? If I can guess, Real Smiley
Former Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino wants to bring Barcelona and Argentina forward Lionel Messi, to Paris St-Germain. Pochettino is favourite for the manager's role at the French champions after the sacking of Thomas Tuchel on Thursday. It seems there is a much better chance that Messi and Neymar will play together again at PSG than at Barcelona. What do you think?

We discussed this before, I don't think Mesut Özil will come to Fenerbahçe. This transfer would be too expensive for Fenerbahçe even if sponsors pay the majority of his salary. It will break wage balance of the team, other players would be unhappy etc. This transfer has too many negativity.

Haaland is a quality player, it's no surprise all big teams want him. I hope he won't go to Bayern. I hate people go from Dortmund to Bayern just for bigger salary. He might do well in La Liga or Premier League.

I don't see Messi goes anywhere.

Bayern Munich must extend his contract and he is unlikely to leave. I don't hear that Alaba feels unhappy in Munich. So, it is a very small chance for Man United to sign him. Moreover, he is still one of the key players in Bayern Munich, the coach shouldn't let him go. If Solskjaer wants a new defender, I think he shouldn't expect for Alaba.

For a 28 year old defender who is still in his prime I think it is obvious that he will want to have the biggest contract he will get entering into his best years which I think will mostly mean that he might look for options on which team can give it, obviously other competitive teams will try to sign him and he might also look on which team has the best chances of winning the UCL final. He will be in high demand and I think Bayern Munich will have a hard time keeping him.

I agree with your opinion regarding the future of Alaba, because it will be difficult for Bayern Munich to maintain it if there is another team
that offers a bigger salary. Because as we know, many Star players leave clubs that have raised them to get higher income. This might happen
to Alaba, especially since Manchester United is a big team whose charm makes many players interested in joining.

Alaba contract situation is very certain that he is leaving at the end of the season not that Bayern did not offer a contrat but the reason being that he wants a new challenge, a new environment, he got pretty tired of the Bundesliga it was getting boring already bayern winning it every year similar situation with Thiago who signed for Liverpool.

I am not sure how much Arteta can be blamed for current Arsenal form. Team is severely limited in my option and if I was a top coach I would not be eager to sit on that particular bench. Add in the fact that Arsenal never was the club to spend big on players and I am quite sure new manager will not be given many reinforcements.

Yeah they don't spend so much usually. All time record transfer of Arsenal is Nicholas Pepe with record transfer fee of £72.00m and so far haven't seen anything good from him. He is okish- sometimes play good and sometimes don't know what gets into him. Last transfer window they got Willian who is also out of form. Defensively they are playing well but attack wise they are doing really horrible.

After good run from Arsenal young talents in Europa, many hoped that switching Auba , Willian or Laca will change things but its still the same. Guess it comes down to perhaps bring a new attacker maybe.

Hell, their first game is against Barca. Even though Barca is not what it used to be it is not like anybody can go on Camp Nou and expect to win.

That would be lovely to watch. Glad that Poch is very near to his dream come true of managing PSG.

I think Mbappe already said he will not be extending with PSG. Maybe Pochettino will be able to convince him to stay for another year and sign an extension but I think it's highly unlikely. Mbappe has outgrown the Ligue 1 and deserves to be playing against the best week after week.

He's a Real fan so they will probably be his favoured destination, and if he wants to go there I'm sure they will find the money to do the deal. After all, PSG will be forced to sell him if he does not agree to an extension.

It’s getting more complicated.
Madrid wants Pochettino, but he joined PSG.
Now Mbappe has something tio consider before leaving.
I expect Mbappe to Madrid, it can push Barcelona to sign Neymar again.

He is a C7 fan more than a Real fan, maybe he will go there Cheesy

Indeed, it should be not easy but not impossible to happen. However, I don't think the decision will be on the coach but the PSG president itself. I assume the PSG president won't let his young talented player leave the club easily. Kylian Mbappe is a PSG superstar and a favorite player of all PSG fans. Let him go from the club must bring big impacts both for the squad and for the popularity of PSG as a whole.

The right answer depends.
He should have only 1 and a half year left on his contract so if he ill not sign a new one, he can leave for free in 2022.

PSG will do whatever he takes to bring him a new offer and extend the contract, they can't just lose his value for free.

If he will renew his contract I expect PSG asking 250milions for his transfer.

After he was sacked, BILD reported that Tuchel wants to manage a PL club. And with things going in Arsenal, it seems that there is not much time left for Arteta and Tuchel could be the next one.

Poch to PSG seems like really good decision. Poch is one of the most underrated coaches and now he will finally have a chance to prove his worth. It will be difficult since PSG is expected to conquer everything domestically and nobody can count on great Champions League result. Hell, their first game is against Barca. Even though Barca is not what it used to be it is not like anybody can go on Camp Nou and expect to win.

Who next?

Allegri or Pochettino? Probably the second one even if we got some rumors in the past about Allegri.

Pochettino is the one going on strong right now. With Fabrizio Romano so actively tweeting about the situation it seems like Pochettino is gonna be the next in line. Just some decisions on staff is what is remaining. Rest is almost done.

Tuchel to Arsenal? anyone?  Grin

BTW,
they earlier also had Emery at Arsenal , now Tuchel...hmm..
Currently all situation is going in favour of Tuchel to Arsenal because they need person like him Areteta fail to handle things very badly and players also don't like him which is really bad for Arsenal if they feel comfortable then surely they can talk with him because after this change things can turn into positive way.

Real Madrid aim to sign Kylian Mbappe but it won't be easy for them. PSG sacked Tuchel and I wonder who is going to fill his place. But I don't think that the new coach will be willing to let Mbappe go too. He is very important for the team.

Tuchel sack by PSG as the head coach came a surprise to me and to some extents it seems to be beyond their performances and more to be an in club decision. Could it be a disagreement over transfer targets? or inability to manager the squad egos ? This are issues the next head coach has to figure out sooner.
