According to reliable journalists here, Juventus is now pushing for Tonali.

Probably you don't know him, he is called "The next Pirlo".

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PxA7QulZBi8

Not heard of him but he looks impressive in the youtube vid. If he’s even half as good as Pirlo then he could be a great player.

Half as good wouldn't be good enough to be called the next Pirlo imho.  That's what I hate about these football journos.  I mean remember all the stuff written in the past about the likes of...  'The English Iniesta, the next Messi' and all that?  Hilarious.

In the beginning, I thought he is a player from the early 80s. He looks more like Pirlo  Grin

That would be a perfect signing for Juventus.
He is very young and talented and have all the best skills to be a top midfielder. Probably he is called as the next Pirlo as he has similar haircut to Pirlo!
I hope he has the same foot as Pirlo as well!

He’s scoring regularly but let’s be honest, the Austrian league is terrible. I know he scored against Napoli & LFC but we’re not talking about a world class player (yet).

If the release clause is true though then there will be lots of teams interested.

Sure but if you be able to buy him for 20 and you are a top team and he scores 10 goals, his price will increase by 300% in 1 year.
Who will take him for 20 if the ending clause is real will do a good economical operation.

Good point, it’s a win, win deal for the buyer I guess. Even if he performs to a mediocre level they’d make a profit selling him on.

According to BILD, haaland has a releasing clause valid only on this winter session of 20m €.

If is true who will do the big thing?

https://bulinews.com/news/4032/report-erling-braut-haaland-could-leave-salzburg-for-20-million-january

I have heard that Haaland is being chased by a lot of teams at the moment.
Some of them are Real Madrid, PSG, and Manchester United.
I am really cautious if it is the best for his career to join those team as he will probably sit on the bench from the moment he steps on his new team.

That’s a ridiculously affordable release clause and if it’s true then Manchester United or Real Madrid will activate it and sign him up. While I too have my doubts about his potential, but if he doesn’t take his chances now he’ll never know how good he is at more competitive leagues hence he should take the leap of faith and join a big club. Also there’s no doubt about the tough competition he’ll face for getting into starting lineups at Real Madrid or PSG, but at Manchester United he’ll easily be able to start every week.

I think RB Leipzig is the real destination. Both clubs (RB Leipzig and Salzburg) have the same owner and they will not allow that such a player goes for cheap money. Now in Leipzig for 20 mill, and on summer for 100+ mill.
Maybe sell and loan, because Salzburg has a great chance to qualify to next round of CL and it will be good if they have Haaland in the team.

It that's true, Haaland can become one of the biggest discounts of the next decade. The guy is an 18 year old, he has eight goals in his debut season in the best and the most competitive league in the world. And he didn't even say his last word. In the times when big clubs pay 120M for Joao Felix, 180M for Mbappe or 80M for De Ligt, 20M should cost at least, i don't know, 70, maybe 90 million.

In today's football you very often pay mostly for the potential, not the player itself and his actual contribution.

And practically everyone will try to do the big thing this winter. We all know it. Haaland is a pure diamond and a striker at heart. Don't say to me that every team in the world doesn't need that kind of distinct player in his own, very efficient manner.

I think Milan should focus on young promising talent rather than go for older players who demand a lot of wages, yet they will be gone in a couple of years. They should rebuild their team around young talent like Monaco and Ajax did a couple of years ago.
I don't think that the Milan directors and management have that quality to spot such talent and attract them from foreign clubs.
They had a chance in the near past and spent €200 millions on a bunch of players that didn't bring them any leap in quality. Young players don't look at Milan as an attractive destination anymore.

I just read some reports claiming that Milan might look for another attacker since Ibrahimovic's wage demands are too big. The first candidate - Mandzukic.
He already knows Italian football, will cost Milan only €10-12 million and Juve is looking to offload him. It makes sense.

Milan is also still pursuing Demiral but I hope they will switch their attention elsewhere. Juve's asking price of €40 million could help.  Grin
Rugani looks like he will be available on the market in January so they can try and push for him.

They should rebuild their team around young talent like Monaco and Ajax did a couple of years ago. Also, they should hold tight onto them and not sell them off like both Ajax and Monaco did.

It would save them a lot of money while take them as far as Champions League finals in the near future.

How old is Vidal now, he must be at the end of his career, he’s been around for ages. The Vidal at Leverkusen & Juve was special, now not so much.

Arturo Vidal is now 32yo.
For sure he was better back on days but if they can manage to have him on loan it will be a great addition for the bench and when they need him for anyone injuried.

Today we got more flirts from Conte to him after the Inter's match.

I think Mandjukic would be a very good solution for Milan, at least in the short term.
He has a lot of experience and has been playing in Italy for a long time.
This Manchester United story has been around for too long and I believe Mandjukic finally wants to play.
What could attract Mandjukic to Milan is also Boban, the Croatian director.
After all, I don't think Milan can spend to much money on the new players now.

Maybe he doesn't need to play in the champions league because MU is a big team with a long history that is a pride playing for the United.
furthermore, not all players think to play in champions league, they also need money, and United can give that. imagine if everyone thinks to play in a club that joining champions league, maybe no player wants to move to Manchester United lol
Ah okay you are the Red Devil , of course GGMU Grin .

No offense dude pls , https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/10339725/erling-haaland-man-utd-champions-league-anthem-alarm-salzburg/

Legitimate.
Erling haaland sets champions league anthem as his morning alarm, how can you say now that he is not looking for playing in champions league? He is living his dream now. Will he leaving that dream?
Also not all players can be bought by money , Marco reus could earn millions dollar a month if back in 2015 he didn't rejected all the three English rich clubs such as liverpool , arsenal and Manchester United itself , I heard they offered reus £300,000 a week!
I can see it in haaland's eyes that he has strong principle about football rather than just earning money.
