Where did you guys read about a contract clause like that that allows a player to leave a club for free? It seems pretty suicidal in my opinion for a serious club to sign a deal like that. Invest time and money in player and than give him a possibility to walk away for free. I seriously doubt that.

I'm not aware of any such rule which can be applied. As long as a player has a contract with a club, then the club would have to approve a transfer for it to happen. The other option is to hand in a transfer request to show your willingness to leave. But this is only used when a player is certain of not wanting to feature anymore for that team.

Neymar available for 170 million is a bargain deal and many clubs will be interested in signing him, but his heart is already sealed to transfer back to Barcelona. Matic has all but sealed his fate to be transferred away from Manchester United, he’s decided to put the entire blame on Ole if Manchester United do not win the title this season. This comment will not be liked by Ole who’ll definitely punish him, by not allowing him to play for the club and he may even banish Matic to the reserves.

He did have some serious injury problems last year and in the first couple of matches of the PL in this season the coach took him off when the result and win were secured. He has started very well and has an assist in every PL match so far.
Pep is being very careful with Kevin and i can understand why, I do not think he's completed any epl game this season, he is usually taken off for the final 20 minutes to give him a breather as he still tries to fully recover from last seasons incessant Injuries.City need Kevin and it's most especially in the later part of the UCL, his creativity can help City in tight UCL knockout games. If he can stay fit all season, I think city are already guaraneed two titles or even more.

I still think Neymar is better player than these three and surely worth 150-200M considering the current inflation in transfer market. However, this year is going to be real-test for Neymar. After all the drama if he fails to deliver for PSG this season, that may create dent in his market value by 20-30%.

I don't think that Neymar is worth for any club to take the risk and selling other players for signing him.

Juventus has in Hugain only one real center forward registered for the group phases of the CL. I am not counting Dybala or Ronaldo for that purpose. If Higuain were to get injured or suspended there is no substitute.

Not sure about that, following my thinking I can pay that money only for someone more than a simple man.
For that money ATM, I can see only Neymar or Pogba, they are more than players they are corporations, if you spend for them you will get a huge ROI from fans and even more form sponsors.
Others players even Mbappè are worth of that amount of money but they will get not the same appeal of Ney or Paul.
in my opinion that number can be said to be still large. The club will think long about buying neymar. They can buy several players with funds of 170 million €. Unless you really want to buy Neymar, Neymar is good in the field. His contribution will be very much for the club.
Only very top clubs would be able to afford that amount of money on a player and such clubs wouldn't consider if the funds can be used to get some other players as they are used to splashing the cash already.I think it's enough already of the Neymar saga, he's still a player with PSG and has a contract to fulfill, though I wonder how the condition would be like for Neymar in the dressing room, with what the media has portrayed, he looks more like a pariah.

Emre Can was not included in the Champions League squad for the group phase of the UCL. He was pretty disappointed and wrote about it on Twitter saying that the club promised him CL football. He said that PSG approached him during the summer but Juventus gave him assurances that they count on him and he turned PSG down. Maybe a January move is possible.
Looks a trend for any player who leaves Liverpool on a not so good terms. Mandzukic also didn't male the cut, I wonder which other two top players would have made the cut If Juventus had sign Pogba and/or Neymar.
The truth is Juventus has a huge squad, especially in the midfield position. I'm quite surprised that Can feels he'd be so important had he moved to PSG.
Based on current form there's no one on either of the teams squad list that I'd rather have Emre Can replace, the same thing goes for Mandzukic. However, the club shouldn't have promised him anything If they weren't going fulfill it.
Mandzukic refused like 6 teams, he wanted to stay at all costs but he is a player for Sarriball.
Juventus cut him from the list, he refused so many good opportunities even PSG.
For Emre Can it was a very hard choice but even he is not so good for Sarriball.
