I really hope he succeeds. Besides, he is a new European champion, it should somehow energise him psychologically for new achievements, if he continues his succession of achievements, he will not end his career soon. But by the way I doubt that he will stay at a new club for so long, I think some club will want to buy him.

In advance for the next colleagues who will read along here: This is about Morata

He is certainly not a bad player but also not a player who can cause big changes in a team. I would see him at the same level as Giroud, but if Milan wants to win the Serie A or CL  again they need a better striker. The fact that Spain won the European Championship was not due to the great performance of Morata, there were many more Williams and Yamal or Caravajal decisive. Morata was rather one of the worse players in the national team.

That's not what I meant. That such personal achievement can help a player to open up and he may be no exception. So if you look at it in that context, that's really true.  If Milan weren't sure that this player could help them in the offensive line, they would hardly have bought him, although Morata isn't very expensive, but he's not a cheap player either
Last season, many players who failed to shine were recruited by AC Milan and will this continue in this transfer market? Of course, Morata is believed to be the right purchase as a quality striker who can replace the role left by Giroud. Morata did manage to perform well at the Euros, but at Atletico Madrid he wasn't too aggressive in scoring goals or his goal productivity wasn't that great.
But that is not a measure that should be considered when assessing players because from another aspect, AC Milan really needs Morata in terms of experience to improve the quality of AC Milan young players.
From one of the articles I read that Morata recruitment was only to support or provide experience for Camarda. However, Morata is still expected to provide his best form for AC Milan this season.

Last season he scored 20 goals for Atletico in La Liga and the Champions League and I think that's a very good tally, so he's obviously not a player who scores few goals, so he does have a lot of experience and will be very useful in the Milan squad. I think people are wrong to write him off. Especially he was signed for a long term

Barcelona seems to be continuing to try to bring in this player and indeed it is also supported by its fans for now.

I saw Barcelona's official account on social media TikTok we can see a lot of donations specifically to increase Barcelona's finances to buy Nico Williams. Although this sounds sad for a club as big as Barcelona, which indeed to bring in just 1 player must be helped by its fans, it cannot be denied that I have enough respect for Barcelona fans who do know the current condition of their club but still want to make them give their best next season by trying to help reduce the cost burden for Nico Williams' transfer fee.

Barcelona is indeed quite a hassle to find players in this transfer because it is indeed a problem that they consider trivial in the last few seasons for finance indirectly it makes their own hassles in the end.
The move is great for increasing the emotional connection between fans and the club, and it is not the first in football history. Union Berlin fans are even willing to donate their blood to help the club finances, and this action reflects the fans love for their favorite club. Barcelona actually still has several options to recruit Nico Williams, by applying for new debt, releasing other players, or by bartering players plus adding some money. Hansi Flick will be very happy if Barcelona management succeeds in recruiting Nico Williams, even if finances allow, Hansi Flick still wants to recruit several more players.
It is undeniable that the Barcelona fan's actions deserve to be praised because after all it is a good action to help his club when it is struggling and this is the second story that makes me respect after the previous story of a fanatic fan from Union Berlin who helped build a stadium without being paid.

But on the other hand this should be a lesson for Barcelona because after all they should have a sense of shame by continuing to let their financial condition crumble for years. They management must realize that the Barcelona club is a big club but the problems that befall them cannot even be resolved properly which makes the club's condition a concern.
They are a big club but just buying players they have to try to raise funds from donations first even though it is a form of fan solidarity and Barcelona did not ask for it before but still this is clearly in my opinion a condition that should not happen to them.

I think it is not a rumor, there are many media reporting the same issue. De Bruyne can leave Man City because he still can't get a contract extension, he is also getting old. Moreover, Man City seems to look for a younger attacking midfielder. It indicates Man City no longer relying on De Bruyne. It is quite surprising that Man City still didn't extend De Bruyne's contract. His contract will be over soon in June 30, 2025.

De Bruyne is in his 9th year at Manchester City. He has given his everything in this time period undoubtedly. He has been one of the most valuable players for not only his team but also in the world.  Smiley  But all good things come to an end you know. He is 33 years old now. From now on, I would expect him to play here for only one more season the most.

If he stays I think he would still be beneficial for real. His Euro 2024 performance shouldn't mislead you on it. It differs a lot when it comes to clubs. Look at Mbappe for example as he also played terrible in Euro 2024.  Grin
The news about De Bruyne's move to an Arab club is still confusing. Because there are many news stories that are different from each other. For example, in one of the news stories I read today which stated that De Bruyne's departure to the Arab club was a hoax. And in the news it was also said that this news was confirmed as a hoax by Fabrizio Romano who said that there was indeed no communication between the two parties regarding De Bruyne. (Sourch)

But regarding Manchester City's goalkeeper, Ederson, it turns out that this player is reportedly ready to go to Al-ittihad and it seems like there are discussions between the two parties regarding this issue. Meanwhile, the truth about De Bruyne is still uncertain. Even though Manchester City is ready for offers to come from any club for De Bruyne. But Manchester City actually makes De Bruyne's price very expensive, namely around 100 million pounds sterling if a club wants to get De Bruyne's services. But in the next few days we have to continue to monitor this. Because I personally might still feel that the possibility of whether the news is true or not is still 50:50.

I really did not see this move coming.  Saudi clubs are still following through with their plans to buy famous players from around the world to their lesgue. Though KDB has won all the trophies in club football, I didn’t think he would be leaving the EPL so soon. Like many I assumed his future at Manchester City was solidified even though he’s 33years. Kevin De Bruyne is one of Manchester City’s most important players on and off the pitch. He’s the playmaker in the team and the engine of Pep’s goal scoring machine, Erling Haaland. Arsenal fans will be delighted at this news, they probably think they stand a chance this season to win the premier league lol.
Honestly this is quite surprising to me because after all with his current age he is actually still very worthy at Manchester City and of course Manchester City is also not easy to let go of KDB's departure but with a personal decision where he agrees, it is clear that this is a different situation because sometimes if the player wants to be there then it is clear that Manchester City also cannot do much even though they will definitely try to keep this player.

I previously thought that KDB could play at Manchester City for the next few seasons especially by seeing Manchester City's performance which was quite chaotic when KDB was injured of course it made me feel that Manchester City still really needed KDB for next season.

If in the end there is an agreement between Manchester City and Al-Ittihad later then from now on Pep must rack his brains to find the right figure to replace KDB. Although it cannot be denied that in the squad there is still Rodri but still the situation is different because the roles of Rodri and KDB are different.

Lautaro Martinez already looks like an Inter legend already, I know that is not the case yet probably, but right now he looks like he could be one of them in the future and near there already ,he played UCL finals with them too, and won two titles, I feel like he is going to be decent for a while longer.

And signing a five year deal with him is great, if he keeps being great then they will keep playing him and all will be great, but if he starts to suck then we could potentially consider the situation not that great at all, we could see how that will not be simple and we could have some trouble as well. I know that things aren't always that simple but at the end of the day we are seeing the Martinez issue as something that will be quite well.

I believe that the greatest situation would be making sure that we are dealing with something that will take some time, we need to consider the fact that it is going to be something that will not be too hard to handle at all. Martinez could be sold for a lot of money, and this contract just guarantees that, they have him for a long time, and he is great, and if any team wants Martinez, they will have to pay an insane amount of money to get him.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
If you are observant, you will notice that KDB is not that type of player that will like to play as long as Ibra, CR7, PEPE and Modric played/is playing. He will retire like Kroos even if he is still energetic.

I had this idea during his interview when Belgium crashed out of the world cup. He said that Belgium team was old, that they needed young players to feel in the gap. He understood that the strength is fading as he is aging.

Being Open to joining the Arabic side is an admittance of how close he is to retirement. He has given his best, it will be nice to leave the stage while the ovation is high while earning sum huge some as well.
But that's talking when for his country Belgium may be different from the club he is still happy to play despite his old age, he could also make a move to another club to continue to earn money, for example the Arab club which is rumored to have a personal agreement.

He is old but for European clubs there may be no demand for De Bruyne unless Manchester City extend the contract or Arab clubs who always buy players who are already popular, but however he is still worth relying on.
Rumors always go both ways with some saying they've reached an agreement, others waiting until his contract expires, we'll wait until the transfer window closes.

I wonder how Man City will manage with the full absence of KDB, and before I forget, what would become of Haaland as an attacker that has been with KDB and enjoying his assist to get goals? I don't think next season will be easy for the attacker. I don't think Manchester City have anybody that can fill in the void since KDB is leaving the side, are we going to call Foden? No, I don't think he can get things done for the club just like KDB does. All I know is that Pep is one tricky coach that can do without players who has lots of potential to change the outcome of a game and he might get in someone else to do the job before the beginning of the season and Eberechi Eze might be the man to replace KDB that's why I said we shouldn't underestimate what he can do but to me I feel Manchester City isn't going to be as strong as they were last season.

That's one thing about Pep he will always find someone to fit in that position once he's  gone (KDB) besides , he has a sub for him so he will only be needing another perfect player to build just to fit into the position... KDB is a good asset for mancity but I think he's loosing alot of strength. Halland  is mostly good when it comes with goals scoring he only need someone to make the assist not necessarily  KDB (although  KDB is good when it comes to long assist)...Pep will always find a perfect and even  better march NMW

It is very true that Guardiola will always think of something, as he has done many times before. Manchester City has had a lot of great players leave, but that hasn't stopped Guardiola from winning the EPL year after year. Haaland is a great player, but it seems like Guardiola is not very happy with him and it seems like even the players on the pitch don't really want to pass to Haaland, with Rodri and Foden doing most of the work.
It is strange that they write about Eze as a replacement for De Bruyne, because Eze is a wing player, and De Bruyne has always played in the center, but apparently Manchester City need to find some good player to possibly replace De Bruyne.

In terms of ability, Kevin De Bruyne can still be relied on but in terms of age, it cannot be denied that KDB will soon be heading towards retirement. The real impact of older players is that they are susceptible to injury, as we know last season De Bruyne was injured well, De Bruyne is aware of that and doesn't want to take risks. Competition in the Premier League is certainly tougher so he chose a safer league + earn more money, that's not a bad idea for a player who is about to retire.

Next, we are waiting for news regarding Mo Salah who is rumored also be the target of Al-Ittihad, just like KDB his contract will also end next year and if there is no contract renewal this season then there is a possibility that Mo Salah will move. Liverpool as the owner certainly doesn't want him to leave for free next season that's why we believe he will join the Saudi Pro League.

I've heard that this rumor came from Galetti. I don't think he was risking his reputation to create fake news. I think more confirmation is needed, but for now im sure De Bruyne is thinking to leave from City. It's a lose for City to keep 33 years player in the club.
Pep ordered De Bruyne to stay for another season, and even he urged him to retire in City. But we know how De Bruyne reacted when he got a chance to play for a Saudi Pro League club. He is open to any lucrative offer.

De Bruyne really wants it if there's a good offer from a Saudi Pro League club. It's common when two sides are against each other. This is normal in the football.
Some media would be also creating fact news to pay attention to increase their traffic.
As far as I remember, it was previously discussed here that KDB had the desire to leave Man City to join Al Nassr to appear with Ronaldo. But KDB wants to leave the team after his contract expires.
So it looks like Ittihad will only be in vain if they want to get KDB because Al Nassr also wants this player to take advantage of the player's desire to appear with Ronaldo.
Man City may suffer losses from losing this player but Guardiola will not allow the team's line-up to be filled with old players and the longer KDB stays at Man City, the more productivity will decrease.

It seems like it's just a rumor circulating that Kevin De Bruyne will be proposed to by a Saudi Arabian club, because Manchester City hasn't really responded to the oblique news circulating and Manchester City hasn't responded to the rumor, and looking at the remaining contract which will end in 2025 together. Kevin De Bruyne I think Kevin will stay at the Etihad Stadium, and Manchester City is optimistic that Kevin De Bruyne will still stay at Manchester City. And if Al Ittihad really wants to propose to Kevin De Bruyne, City doesn't mind, it's just that Manchester City is charging a fairly high price, and that doesn't make sense considering that Kevin De Bruyne is already 33 years old and has already entered retirement.
33 years is not a guarantee of retirement, KDB is still an extraordinary player both physically and statistically. He is one of the players who has played a role in Manchester City success to date. However, regarding interest from the Saudi Arabian Club, it has entered a positive phase, the point is that it is very likely that KDB will really leave and Al Ittihad will be able to pay whatever the amount is. With a bigger salary while still at Manchester City, nothing is impossible. KBD is open to accepting offers from Saudi Arabian clubs, as he said several months ago.

I think it all depends on the offer, if they offer too much money there is no reason why he shouldn't leave the club. For a football player who has already reached a certain age and has proven his quality to the whole world, there is nothing more natural than changing the team to earn a little more money. The important thing is not to be a champion, it seems very logical to evaluate the Arabian teams that pay millions of Euros to quality football players over the age of 30 Cheesy

All the transfer moves Real Madrid are making right now are very clever. I respect them very much in this regard, it is great that they are making plans for the coming seasons. The team is in a very good situation right now, and they also made one of the most important transfers in the world. That's why I think there is no obstacle for them to win the Champions League next season. If they do not have injury problems, they will have a very high chance. Mbappe was a very important move
It seems to me that this transfer was more important for Mbappe than for Real, if it had been the other way around then Real would have negotiated with PSG last summer and would have paid a huge amount for Mbappe, but instead they chose to wait one year for Mbappe to become a free agent, and accepted him into the team. During this season without Mbappe they won the Champions League and became La Liga champions, so the importance of this player for them may not be so high. And the club’s transfer policy shows that it is at a very high level.
It's a matter of patience and I believe Mbappe understood the plan as well, so why not wait? The only loser here is PSG which couldn't make him stay and was unable to achieve the main goal it bought him for and couldn't still sell him with a huge return earlier. Besides, Mbappe has never hidden his love for Real Madrid but he had to work his way there, it can't be automatic, and today, I do not think you can mention the names of 3 players in the world of football without your mind flashing his name as one of them. At just 25, he has done well for himself, and being in Real Madrid at that young age could only mean that his dream was fast realised. He was seen many times flying Real Madrid at a very young age. I wish him the best at that club and not like that of C. Ronaldo where the most cherished club now becomes a disappointment.

I just saw that Kevin De Bruyne have agreed to leave Man City for a Saudi Arabia side Al Ittihad. Well, I will say is the right timing because he has to make good use of the little glory he has to chase the money, this time, oil money. This will be a great one for Man City because De Bruyne, who have spend many years in Man City have made remarkable impact in the team, scoring great goals and a huge threat to any opponent they face. I think age is also one factor that made him take such decision.
Source
I was quite surprised to hear this. namely De Bruyne's decision if he really agrees to go to the Saudi Arabian club, namely Al-ittihad. I understand if the reason is because of age or money. But Man City will really lose a very important figure at the club. Last season Gundogan went to Barcelona and this season if it really happens it will be De Bruyne who goes to a club in the Saudi Pro league. Actually, I still feel that De Bruyne's role at Man City will be difficult to replace. Because after De Bruyne recovered from injury, we saw De Bruyne really make a big contribution last season with Man City. And I think Haaland will lose the person who understands best in sending passes to him. Because so far Haaland has always been able to work most harmoniously with De Bruyne on the field. But whatever De Bruyne's decision, I will still be happy with his decision. And maybe I should also start watching the SPL more actively. In previous seasons I often missed the league.
De Bruyne's situation is puzzling. My favourite midfielder in years, he's a magician. Nothing at City or worldwide can replace that talent. They say his contract is for another year, but you know how it goes. The Saudis are whispering sweet nothings in his ear with money

Realistically, City would lose a lot. The dream team is De Bruyne and Haaland. We must remember that these players are people. They want challenges and growth. There may be something enticing about playing in a new league, making history, and experiencing a foreign culture. Who knows, I might watch some Saudi Pro League games

So, change is inevitable. Not even Pep, the best coach, will stay at City forever. What, though? So goes life. We admire the legends and enjoy the trip before moving on to the next big thing.

I think it's too early for Kevin De Bruyne to transfer to the Arab League. But he had a lot of transfer offers there. I think he couldn't resist the dizzying offers any longer. Last season, after recovering from injury, he made a very important contribution to Manchester City. A lot of important points in the league title came after his return to the team. I think he is a very important player for Manchester City. I don't think Pep Guardiola will be happy with this transfer. But I am sure that the astronomical transfer offers from the Arab League could change Kevin De Bruyne's mind.

Most of the players that do go to the Arab league are players who are driven by the transfer offer and ofcourse the money as salary and before I forget the factor of their gameplay is also checked because I believe some of the guys over at the Arab league are all player almost reaching resting stage in football although players like Neymar Jr who has a lot of potential and a bit of age too still accepted the offer which for his was vividly certain that it was because of the offer.

Yes, Man City sets the minimum price of De Bruyne at €100million. I agree that it is an expensive price because the market value of De Bruyne is only around €50m now. However, I think there should be Saudi clubs to pay the huge money if De Bruyne really agrees to leave Man City to Saudi league. Now, it depends on De Bruyne whether he prefers to stay in Man City or moving to SPL for a new experience.

For a fact, Manchester City are yet to release any official statement confirming that one of the club's best players of all time Kelvin De Bruyne will leave the club this summer but considering the reports we've seen and read so far about the future of the Belgian, I think it's almost certain that Kelvin De Bruyne will leave Manchester City this summer. De Bruyne current age and fitness level will not allow him to continue delivering top class performances on weekly basis which is why he's hinted about moving to Saudi Arabia this summer and I think before the news about his potential move to the Middle East came to the media, personal terms must have been agreed.
De Bruyne's contract with Manchester City expires next summer so there's no way they're going to receive any fee around £100 million should he leave the club this summer. We still have few weeks before the end of the summer transfer window but I think Kelvin De Bruyne will surely leave City this summer.

According to the latest reports, Fenerbahçe have completed the transfer of Youssef En-Nesyri. He will sign a 4-year contract. 18 million Euro + 7 million Euro bonus. Sevilla profited a lot from this deal. Mourinho wants En-Nesyri as his main striker. But for Fenerbahçe, the cost was too high. With Dzeko and Cenk Tosun, there will be a lot of competition in the forward line.

There is a lot of news circulating about the future of KDB at the moment but there is no one who may be able to explain what the fate of KDB will be in the future, rumors are circulating now if KDB will leave for the Arab League but so far this has not been confirmed by KDB and also Manchester City, but as far as I have heard at the moment actually Al Ittihad is in the process of negotiating with Aston Villa related to the purchase of Moussa Diaby,  Moussa Diaby is one of the most prolific attacking midfielders and has been able to contribute a lot to Aston Villa attacking line, so I think Al Ittihad may be more inclined to prioritise Moussa Diaby current transfer than trying to sign KDB from Manchester City.

Indeed, in recent weeks there have been talks taking place between Manchester City and Al Ittihad but reportedly it is not related to KDB, Rather, it is an effort by Al Ittihad who want to recruit Ederson as their goalkeeper next season, currently KDB is 33 years old so it is very natural that he continues to be rumored to leave, especially since his contract has one more season left with Manchester City.
Manchester City will be more competitive with or without KDB because Pep Guardiola have implanted winning mentality in his bedded players, they're always available to give their best for the staging reputable status of the club.

We should not fall for these rumours because there's sparkling news concerning the agreed terms of Kelvin De Bruyne. Perhaps we shouldn't underestimate the fact that Saudi Pro League elite clubs will continue to place tempting irresistible offers for European players in the transfer summer.
