Xavi may come because when he went to Barcelona, Barcelona was very bad but he managed to make Barcelona a champion. Zidane likes to work with strong squads. He knows that he will be closer to success with the French national team so maybe he is waiting for an offer from there. If he transfers to Manchester United, he will have to rebuild the squad from scratch and I don't think he wants to deal with that.
I think Xavi is more suitable and a realistic target for Man United because as you said because he has proven his ability to handle a club that is in decline like Barcelona, even so it is not a guarantee that Xavi can repeat the same success.
On the other hand I doubt Zidane he is most likely not interested in handling the club because we know he has long wanted the French national team.
In addition there is Ruben Amorim from some rumors that I heard Man United management has communicated between them there is a possibility of an agreement but we have to wait officially from Manchester United management.

I would be quite happy if Zidane wanted to coach Manchester United who are currently slumping to replace Erik ten Hag, because in terms of experience Zidane has also been seen as good for a team like Manchester United. But we all need to wait and see how the Manchester United team management will deal with this because now there are indeed many unemployed coaches besides themselves who no longer want to be coaches for any team. And hopefully this news can be a good start for Manchester United in the coming seasons.
Idea of Zinedine Zidane coaching Manchester United is thrilling especially since team is struggling under Erik ten Hag. Zidane experience and past successes would really help Manchester United. He did great job at Real Madrid showing he can lead top teams. However Manchester United leaders must be cautious. There are many good coaches available so they should not rush. If Zidane becomes coach it could be fresh start for Manchester United making team stronger. If done correctly hiring Zidane could be a major breakthrough for Manchester United, leading to a successful period.
Zidane is surely one of the elite coaches in UEFA with his success in Real Madrid, but he already rejected many good offers due to his wish as he wants to become France national team coach which is looking not easy but most chances if he approached by Manchester United then we can have some chance as he will be not faced any language barrier which is his problem while Bayern Munich approach him in the past.

Nothing currently is clear because we have three names are favourite for this spot with Amorim from Sporting CP then Xavi who is without any club after having exit from Barcelona and Zidane who is not involved in this for long time due to his own interest.

Manchester United management will take their time, and then we will have decision from them about new coach with Van Nistelrooy is currently interim coach, and he can handle this without any problem.

Zidane is a player and has a past full of success. He also had successful years with Real Madrid as a manager, but the Real Madrid squad at that time was really extraordinary. Although his name is mentioned for Manchester United, I know that he wants to manage the French national team. That's why he doesn't want to manage club teams. If Real Madrid can't reach an agreement with Ancelotti and instead of a failed year, Zidane would be the first candidate, but I heard that he rejected it. That's why I don't think he will sign a contract with Manchester United either.
Becoming the coach of the French national team is one of Zidane's biggest dreams, but the FFF still has great confidence in the current coach Didier Deschamps and his contract has been extended until June 2026. Zidane will have to wait a little longer if he wants to become the French national team coach, but that too depends on France's performance under Deschamps. MU need to move quickly to convince Zidane if they are interested in making him Ten Hag successor, there are several other names still available, MU could bring in one of them for free as they are not currently tied to any club.

Everyone would be happy if Zidane wanted to coach Manchester United and replace Ten Hag, but is it possible for all this to happen considering that it is clear that there is no interest from Zidane to be there and rumors about Zidane with Manchester United have been around for long time but it has always been just mere talk that never materialized, moreover there are conditions that may be difficult for the team management to fulfill if they want to get him.
For Xavi maybe it could be reality and of course it would be much easier for Manchester United to convince him, but for Zidane I feel it is impossible.
Both coaches have their own strengths and coaching methods, Zidane has a very successful experience of Madrid with having won three UCL in a row, besides that his ability to manage star players is of course unquestionable, as well as Xavi who is still thick with the tiki taka style of play with a focus on ball possession and attacking play so far,  In addition, he also have the ability to bring a team even in very bad conditions, both coaches will of course be good candidates to coach Manchester United later, but I read in the last few hours that Manchester United is more associated with Amorim (Sporting Lisbon), reportedly currently Amorim and Manchester United have opened talks for possible cooperation and Amorim is open to the all conditions proposed so far,  so I think Xavi and Zidane will resume their current unemployment status Grin.

Zidane has not been actively involved in football for many years. I guess he has received offers from many teams, but there have been serious rumors lately that his option is the French National Team. If he wanted to manage a team, it would probably be Real Madrid, but he is a coach who even rejected Real Madrid. I understand that Manchester United wants to put him in charge of the team, but unless he wants it, it is not possible.
Zidane will not coach any club because until now he has always refused to return to either Madrid or an English club. His option is more likely to be the French national team and his interest is big enough to be realized. Now Man United has appointed Ruben Amorim and the deal is starting to be implemented in the near future. There are many tasks that he must fix at the club which in terms of quality is quite difficult to complete in a short time.

After a long wait, Manchester United fans can finally breathe a sigh of relief after ten hag dismissal, but instead a complicated situation begins to be felt after Manchester United currently has few coaches name available to coach them, Nistelrooy will be the interim coach while the management is trying to find a replacement for ten hag at the moment, several coaches are starting to be linked and I hope they will no longer make mistakes in recruiting coaches later, Zidane and Xavi are coaches who have good abilities and reputations with positive experience when coaching Madrid and Barcelona before.

Zidane may be the name most closely linked with Manchester but as we know if he is currently resting and may not want to return to training in the near time, so it may be difficult for them to get him.
On the other hand, Xavi is a young coach who also gave a lot of changes to Barcelona before, besides that he has an interesting football philosophy and can change Manchester United style of play for the better later, so it seems that Xavi is a more realistic target for them to get than Zidane in my opinion.
Btw I think maybe Manchester United also need to consider Edin Terzic and Ruben Amorim as one of the alternatives.

When it became known that Erik ten Hag was sacked, there was a lot of news about the new coach, I didn't even see that a possible replacement could be the Brentford coach (but he has already denied this), and I just saw that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could return to Manchester United, but for some reason I also don't believe this news, it seems that now all the coaches who are out of work will try on this position, I read about Xavi during the day, and I think they won't forget to mention Zidane either.)

Yea, you are very much correct on this bro and I also share the same sentiment, I have said this before and am equally going to say this again, zenedine zindane is afraid to take up a challenging job, since he left real madrid so many top clubs have enquired of his services, but due to the fact that he doesn't want any challenging job, he is just there waiting for the easy France job, which is not forth coming, then on the aspect of him taking over from Eric ten hang, I really don't think it's possible  because he wouldn't accept a challenging job as the  Manchester united job.

Lastly, as of the aspect of xavi taking over? I actually share the same sentiment as you bro, he is more of a realistic target for Manchester united than zenedine zindane by a miles.

The competition for a place in the Real Madrid squad is fierce, but I think Arda Guler will get more playing time as time goes on. Being in a team with experienced players will help him develop quickly, considering his age, it seems like it is okay to be patient. Arda Guler arrival has increased Real Madrid fan base in Turkey, which will definitely benefit the team. Therefore, it seems that the management will not let Arda Guler go, unless they get other better substitutes. Manchester City and Liverpool are good options to consider, but if we look at Arda Guler physique, he is more suited to playing in La Liga.
Arda Güler is just 19 years old with have great future ahead of him but still he is having not good time at the Real Madrid because having spot in first 11 has never been easy but if he is able to stay calm and enjoy his current playing time with this legendary club in Spain.

Recently we have two Premier League clubs taking interest in this future soccer sensation which is surely interesting but most chances Real Madrid management will never allow him to leave because they are having good increase in fan base, and he is also big asset for them while he will be experienced and increase his skills.

KDB is now having last season with Manchester City and Mohamed Salah is also having his strategy for the future which is the problem for these big clubs so they are now going ahead for Arda Güler who is going to be good replacement if Real Madrid allow which is surely looking not easy for them as well.

Zidane has a good history in La Liga when he coached Real Madrid and he also won many trophies but he does not have much experience as a coach in a league other than La Liga so being a coach in the English league is certainly not easy to bring a big club like Man United back to its glory days but as a player of course he has a lot of experience and many achievements that he achieved as a player because of that talent that made him when he served as coach of Real Madrid he became a good coach thanks to his intelligence in setting tactics and compared to Ten Hag of course Zidane is better but that is if he is willing to become a coach for Man United because currently he has not had any special discussions about when he will return to being a coach at least if he is willing to become a coach for Man United in the EPL it will add to Zidane's experience as a coach.

Zidane won't do it. Unless they offer him some terrific salary, but even then I think he will refuse. He himself gave the reason a while ago when he said that he won't become the coach of an English speaking club because he isn't proficient in the language. I thought that was bogus because he is obviously very talented in languages (French, Spanish, Italian), but maybe there is some truth to that, I don't know.

But Zidane isn't known for developing teams that are in a crisis. He has coached Real Madrid when they had the best Ronaldo there ever was. He improved them with his aura, but he is not the kind of coach who takes over when a club is deep down and then brings them up. I doubt that he sees sufficient potential in Manchester United and he won't harm his history as a coach by taking the risk with this endeavor where he could completely fail.

The news of the dismissal of Manchester United former coach Erik Ten Hang, was not a surprised to me. I anticipated that over the weekend and that is the reason I was not offended after we lost to West ham United. Assuming that Erik Ten Hang managed to win against West ham, his sack would have been delayed for more miserable performance.

Which day dismissal of Manchester United coach, the club stands a chance to see themselves in the top four this season. This is because the body language of the New coach will make the players to sit up and ignite some kind of competition for fight of playing time. This is a welcome development.
I’m surprised that it took this long for Manchester United to sack Erik Ten Hag. This is a decision that should have been made last season. That would have given Manchester United enough time to scout for a new manager. Sacking a manager in-between season is not always a good idea. Now they have to do with Ruud Van Nistelrooy until they can get a proper manager.
It's a bit difficult to get a new head coach, Man United have to act hard to get the right coach, there are already many names that have been crossed out now they have to find a coach who can at least bring development because currently Man United are at the bottom of the standings and I'm not sure Ruud Van will handle Man United well for a while.

I see that currently Man United are trying to contact Sporting Lisbon head coach Amorin, I see him as a concrete figure for Man United especially because he is currently spectacular after handling Sporting Lisbon, and I think Man United must succeed in recruiting him to make him the new head coach.

Zidane or Xavi, everything is still possible to manage Manchester United. I heard the official already had a meeting with Xavi. as far as i read, there is already an agreement for each other. But, maybe Xavi still need much exploration about the club. he certainly doesn't want the official meddling in affairs about clubs. Xavi has to focus to improve messy situation if want MU back to top standings.

I have read a lot of posts where it says that Vini will not be traveling to the Ballon d'Or ceremony. Which leads to the conclusion that Rodri might be winning, as he was always set for the second position. A logical conclusion to this is, that the PR that Real Madrid generally has, got divided between Bellingham and Vini. This is something that is very likely to happen.

I think it's not too unfair to give Rodri the Ballon d'Or, because he has been excellent for a while now. He dominated in most of the matches in the Euros, he also contributed a lot in Manchester City. He is one of a kind, and it's hard to look past him when you are thinking of great midfielders.

On the contrary, a lot of people think that Vini got robbed. Well, he has been amazing for a while now. Wouldn't have minded him being the winner either, honestly. Both of them were amazing.

Rodri has Simon just won the award although like you said it wasn’t that bad but some reasons I find it shaddy Seriously, Rodri wasn’t the best player last season to me and doesn’t deserve to win it ahead of players like Carvajal who won everything including the euros that was used as criteria for Rodri, won Laliga, won champions league and the super cup. We then have Lautrao Martinez who won the league with inter Milan, Copa Italia, Copa America and was top scorer in all three. Then also Vini in the picture. I heard today that the criteria was switched or added to been class and fair and I ask why doesn’t Vini ticks that box. To me it is a daylight robbery and nothing more

This is such good news for MU fans that it's even hard to believe. After such a huge amount of time, management's patience has run out..... It's funny that a couple of hours before his sacking, the media started reporting from insiders that the next few weeks are going to be very difficult for him because he's hanging by a thread about being fired, which he denied until the last. It's a shame that MU will have to pay 20 million to Ten Hag, but I'm not sure he deserves it.

They are paying the 17m Just because they have to honor his contract and that’s what the law demands he earned the contract and he deserved it, many name have been mentioned but most of them are not even on the club list rather it is just media hype getting therm to the list, the clear candidate remains Ruben Armorim of sporting Lisbon who doesn’t looks like someone that will come now but till the summer

Portuguese League leaders Sporting CP's coach Ruben Amorim is linking with Manchester United job as right now few England based media houses claiming talk is going ahead with him about possible move.

39 years old Ruben Amorim is doing impressive job at the Sporting CP for last few years and won two titles which is amazing stuff it's going to be interesting if he agreed about this as he also linked with Liverpool and West Ham but both time we have other coaches now have link with this job as well.
