Felix played as CAM instead of striker. He's competing with Palmer for that spot. You might think he's playing as a striker caused by he did it when Pochettino was there, but it was not his main position. It's wrong when we once again forces him to play not in his actual position.

That's impossible when you're comparing him to the Jackson.
Chelsea are in possession of extremely top profile players, these players have been exceptionally brilliant and becomes the very best. I admired the stats and fair play of Chelsea players, they have good chemistry betweeen themselves and that's how to know a prominent elite team. You talked about the Portuguese player, Joao Felix. He can not beat the odds of becoming a better player than Cole Palmer in the Chelsea squad. He's becoming a backup player that's been substituted for other league like the carabao cup, the FA Cup but when it comes to the main actions, the EPL. He's been substituted. Enzo Maresca knows the specific formation to implement when it involves dealing with other clubs. Cole Palmer is the best player since Eden Hazard exits Stamford Bridge. I couldn't measure any player of current to his stats, he's been absolutely outstanding in matches and I think he's the best signings under Todd Boehly.
You might be right. I still wonder why Joäo Felix with his versatility cannot play as a striker, anywhere at the flank or as an attacking midfielder for Chelsea, I think it might be due to the coach preference. No doubt Cole Palmer has been the most outstanding player for Chelsea since the departure of Eden Hazard. He’s been contributing effectively to the growth and success of the club with his creativity, assist and goals.

Felix was so bad as a striker. Look at his old stats when he joined in Chelsea as a loan. He rarely scored, weak physic, lack of sharpness. He didn't have everything needed as a striker.

Maresca has did it right by playing him on his actual position. I don't even see something wrong with this. He's good as CAM or second striker. That's.

In my opinion, the entire Manchester United squad is great. But they can't sell all the players and buy others in a short space of time, so the Manchester United coach needs to start buying players by sectors and buying players by sectors. For example, starting with the players who are in defense and attack, and in the next transfer window he would sell the average players and buy others. In 2 years he could have a strong team.
Every elite team do encounter problem but we should also be watching with close sights about the ones hitting Manchester United. They're unable to buckled up and get back on their feet, this is absolutely weigh out of reach for Manchester United. They're 13th position on the EPL table and that's zero improvements for the Red Devils since the very start of the season. When everyone thought about an upgrade in performance, they lose again and this have been consistently happening. Manchester United are having major setbacks in matches recently. The team's board should look into the system because the club's been dormant for seasons, it's not coach but the players. This is January, they should make more signings and trigger sell clause of players that are not performing up to expectations. Manchester United headcoach, Ruben Amorim should take thoroughly all his time to perfect the club, it might takes years but a positive result will be accomplished at the end of the day.

Even though elite teams do experience some difficult times but for Manchester United, it is becoming too much because literally, we were all thinking that the problem of the club is about coaches who are assigned to the club but it is becoming clear that it is more of the players problem than coach. Look at Ruben Amorin who was Sporting Lisbon coach before he was contracted to coach Manchester United and during his stay at Sporting Lisbon, he won several trophies for the team and people were expecting same energy from him at Manchester United and truly he is trying his best but it seems as though the players are also trying to neutralize his efforts as they did to Eric Ten Haag which is not a good thing. If the players could play with good morale and team spirit, they would not have faced many problems but it's just as if everyone of them is playing a self centered game without coordination. The management should start thinking of offloading this wasteful players that are earning huge salaries for nothing and bring forth fresh blood who are eager to work together and make the team become perfect. If Ruben Amorin reshuffles the squad, his input will become visible.

But buying of players hasn't been favouring Manchester United lately and it hasn't really been beneficial to the club since Alex Ferguson left. There is no year that Manchester United hasn't been buying players yet their miseries has still continued. Is it that over these years they haven't really bought the right players or they haven't gotten the right coach yet? For me, I think Manchester United should turn to their academy and see if they can get some good young talents from there. Since it now appears that they haven't been having any luck in player transfers. Most of the recent big names we have been hearing from the club lately, are mostly from their academy. Rashford and Kobie Maino are from their academy. Who knows if they give more of their academy players chances, they can really improve. What is the possibility that Amorim getting his own players, that they will be a success for the club after all these years that they have been buying without improvement.

It seems that Amorim has realized the source of their problems, but what's interesting is whether he will be able to provide a solution to the problem, or is it just an excuse to cover up their poor performance. It was definitely impossible for him to carry out a major overhaul at this time because it was in the middle of the season, so the time will be very limited, and plus there was not much money left, so he had to be really wise in using it.

He is completely right about it undoubtedly. Brighton destroyed them away by 3-1 today. I'm saying it again. They need to rebuild the team for real. The current squad isn't good enough. This is the sad truth.  Sad

The attacking line is horrible. Please just sign a decent striker. It won't happen with either Zirkzee or Hojlund. If they have a real scorer then they can at least increase their win rate. For the defense, please get rid of Maguire.
Today was a huge blow in their face and I dint want to believe they aren't aware they performed really poorly,  in the first half they did looked like they were going to do something better by second half but sadly it turned out really different. Manchester United is in dare need of a good striker actually,  I saw earlier they trying to get on with Osimhen but I doubt if that's the kind of striker Manchester United will be needing,  and the defence they needed a replacement for yoro as he's not doing exactly what is required of him, except he improves.

What Manchester United are doing terribly right now is their defense, or maybe it's not right to blame one of the lines if the team is playing badly. Amorim understands how bad everything is, he himself mentions it, that there has never been such a bad MU, I admit that he may even regret leaving Sporting, everything was great for him there and they were moving towards becoming champions again, and here he has huge problems that he doesn't know how to solve.
The bitter truth is that Man United progress is still very far from revival, for Brighton playing against Man United is like a playground, completely destroyed mentally and in the game. This reminds me of Erik Ten Hag's great sin of throwing away De Gea to bring in a disastrous goalkeeper like Onana. And I agree with Amorim words that this team is the worst team in Man United history.

It is sad to see Joao Felix turning into an unwanted player in time. Chelsea paid around 50 million euros to Atletico Madrid but now they don't also give him proper amount of time to play. Nobody wants to sign him on permanent deal now too.

Another Lukaku incident?  Huh  Chelsea really needs to revise their transfer policies. Just because they are rich they shouldn't splurge on players to whom they won't even give much chance in the lineup. Otherwise one day they might also have financial problems like Barcelona has had.

Chelsea’s transfer strategy has been a topic that has been debated even before the kick off of the season, the huge figures being mentioned in transfer dealings, the long term contracts, the player choices have all been questioned and suggestions given concerning Todd Boehly handling player recruitment. I still feel a more experienced person should take on the sporting director position and bring good strategies that will help minimize uncertainty and unnecessary spendings for the club.

Brighton did humiliated Manchester United in their premier League encounter. Manchester United played very badly in the game as Brighton attacking line was constantly causing harm to the Manchester United’s defense. United defense are the most inconsistent and they also lack a proper striker. I hope Ruben Amorim pays attention to this and make sure he brings a striker and organize their defense and midfield so United can be a team once again.

Garnacho's move to the Napoli is most likely to happen. Conte has contacted him directly, and most likely he is gonna tell his answer toward Napoli's offer.

It seems Garnacho is not good enough in Manchester United. he has to left from there to dig his potential under Conte. I'd totally agree if he goes there consider his current club is just a setback for him.

Napoli sent 60 million as their first offer, yet it can increase following Manchester United's demand.

Arsenal lack of striker especially after Gabriel Jesus injury which automatically they only have Kai Havertz on that position and Benjamin Sesko said yes to Arsenal but Leipzig still attempts want to hold him but maybe 80 million transfer fees will tempt Leipzig to let this player go but Arsenal probably will attempts to loan him with short duration if fail to buy him this winter

Arsenal has other alternative player too because they also still want Sporting player Viktor Gyokeres and gets the striker is urgently for Arsenal because i have seen Arsenal performing poor without good striker and the deadline of winter transfer window at February 3rd so there is still time for Arsenal to gets at least 1 new striker
Yes, they do lack a proper striker after Gabriel Jesus injury which automatically have only Kai Havertz on that position. Benjamin Sesko is a young and promising choice but I think RB Leipzig may be reluctant to part with their player so soon. With Arsenal offering 80 million pounds maybe Leipzig might be able to reconsider the offer  or better still go for another striker like Viktor Gyokeres who will definitely add more dynamism and depth to their attacking department.

Haaland signing for a long contract is not what I can understand neither. City guarantee him to stay is a good move, because who else are they going to get? He is probably the best striker of his generation so keeping him for a decade makes sense, but Haaland could have moved around if he wanted to, maybe make more money or maybe not, but he could have moved, plus if City becomes bad again, then he could move to a better team, all those were a possibility for him but now looks like not a chance.

He could still be sold, I mean there is nothing that stops that, just because he is contracted long term doesn't mean that he can't be sold, he could still be sold very well, but I do not think that City even considers that now, that's all for the future.

Every club has problems but in the case of Manchester United they have always had their problems even every season since the last decade Cheesy Likewise for now because in the end their problems are always the same where management can't afford to find a careful coach because there are always problems that in the end it's like a time bomb for a new coach and the cycle continues to repeat itself until now.

I know that there will be many people who will say that Amorim is a good coach but it cannot be denied that the existing players or the legacy of Ten Hag is too overated which in the end no matter how good the coaching is when the players are not ready for the coaching system then everything is the same as now.

Actually for now I ask further whether this is the fault of the coach, the players or indeed the poor management of the club officials so that Manchester United has not developed in the last decade.

No rocket science here, something just clicked...If Manchester United has the same players that has got over 3 managers sacked over under performing isnt the problem with the players themselves Huh I know some blame club owners but those over paid players need to own up and put in the work!!!

And for a start if players like Rashford want to go, better that happens as soon as possible before he sinks the whole team with the negative energy!!

Most of those Erik Ten Hag signings need to be disposed off immediately to recover some money to secure real players...United at the moment are still in intensive Care and will take one or two seasons to recover, but let's see how the transfer season goes...

I'm yet to figure out how Delete Alli who was once rated as the future of English football is now signing for a newly promoted Como. He showed great potentials when he arrived at Tottenham Hotspur but I think his biggest setback happened when he started allowing the top much hypes from the media get into his brain.
At 28, Dele Alli still have the chance of reviving his career but it'll take him a whole lot of commitment and discipline to get back to his best once again. Hopefully for  Alli and his new club, he starts performing like the phenomenal version of himself now that he's arrived the club

His career was so bright at Tottenham but after a few seasons his name began to be forgotten and if I am not mistaken because of the factor that he often had injuries.
To reach the previous level will be difficult especially because he is no longer young and maybe there is a lot of competition with other young players that he will get to reach the previous level so it will be a little bit more difficult for him.
When he played at Como maybe the potential would be different because the team did not have many quality players so he could be the first choice and now his job is just to get back to his best form so he has the opportunity to appear regularly for the team.
Last time he play for Everton but unfortunately Everton hasn't extended his contract and finally after almost 2 year without club Delle Ali will play again and in Tottenham many people has been predict he will became an success player which possibly can be a part of England squad in the future but injury and his personal problem makes Delle Ali performance is decline

Actually Delle Ali train at Como football training centre since December but seem Fabregas has decide to give his chance to return to play and hopefully Delle Ali can able to bounce back again and playing good just like used to however Como given 18 years contract duration with extended option for 1 year so if Delle Ali performing well potentially he will stayed much longer in Como

No doubt, you have a point here, focusing on section by section would have been very much ok, but just know that it easier said than done, most of this players that aren't doing well in this Manchester united squad aren't getting suitors, in such a scenario that a player isn't getting suitors, what are you going to do when the player still has a very long contract at the club?

Though the ideal approach would have been this one you suggested, selling of the dead and average players out of Manchester united but who is going to be the buyers?  Or are they going to cancel the contract? No I don't really think so because the lose would be too much for any club in the world to bear.
So in my own opinion, the best way Manchester united can return back to the club they are known as, they needs to purge the system just as you suggested but it should be done gradually in  like four transfer windows, not one of two transfer window, but doing it in a hurry is going to cause the team more harm than good.

How long needed by Amorim to rebuild his club? They're financially struggling, and impossible to rebuild the squad in a short time. I think buying a new striker won't be working anymore. It's only wasting their money.

They only solution is to overhaul their entire squad, i don't see them will able to compete with other PL club by only changing 1 - 2 players.

They're are terrible in all of lines. Bringing a new striker is not working without also fixing the rest of lines.

Sign new Midfielder, defenders and goalkeepers.

There are many problems from Amorim's team and I see them playing well in one match but in the other match they play badly again. The defeats after defeats that they get in the Premier League have made their position drop further to the bottom of the standings and this was not much worse when Erik Ten Hak was still the Manchester United coach. Five to six players must be sold because they don't give anything and if Manchester United don't do that then it will be difficult for them to perform better in the future. The midfield is also important because I don't see a player who can dominate so there is no game pattern that can be shown well.
Man United lacks players who have full motivation for the team playing at Man United is indeed not easy but Amorin must find some players especially in the midfield it is very bad Mainoo's game has declined and in my opinion he does not fit with Amorin's game actually I really want to see McTominay in the Man United midfield especially under Amorin's tutelage he is certainly very suitable but what can Ten Hag do to throw away so many talented young Man United players, and also if you look at Man United still has many shortcomings in terms of players many who do not fit Amorin's game like Hojlund he did not give a significant impact and Man United also needs a center forward and Zirkzee can be a shadow striker, and for the goalkeeper I think Onana is also not good I think Man United must make a player overhaul to be the best.

But the most important thing that Man United must do is release some of its players to increase its finances because according to reports Man United also does not have much money to spend and the price of players on the market is currently very expensive and Man United must do something for income and release the players that Amorin wants but if not then Man United this season will not be able to reach the top 10 of the Premier League standings.
