News coming in is that Ten Hag has been sacked, the management decided to pull him off as the head coach of United following their disappointing loss to West Ham yesterday. Now they should be on the need of a new manager, currently appointing Ruud Van Nistelrooy the assistant to former United manager Ten Hag,

I was thinking he still has this season or next to complete his stay on Manchester United, perhaps the club management has seen that if they allow him the club will get worst, well if sacking him will be the solution then is fine after all is been long this issue of sacking has been spreading so if truly the information is correct then nobody is surprised about it and I'm sure that it will be a big relief to the fans because I no of so many people who has moved from loving Manchester United into going for another club instead do to the consistent failure of the club, so they should try and hire a good coach this time if not they would be laughed out.
I knew, some might think Ten Hag would be there until the end of season. He had a good start with United. He won two trophies for United. But, things went downhill for him very quickly. I think it is best to sack him. They're very close to the relegation zone. They have no choice other than to replace him with a better coach.

And if Manchester United let him stay there much longer, it has the same meaning as if they let the club play in the Championship next season. I hope he learned that if his own stubbornness costs him his career.

I'm only wondering who the hell is going to be his replacement. Xavi?

Now they should be on the need of a new manager, currently appointing Ruud Van Nistelrooy the assistant to former United manager Ten Hag, so the question if Ten Hag will be able to bring back the glory is definitely not possible following the recent news of him being sacked and replaced. The deal between the teams management and the coach seems to be temporarily and they will still be in search for another head coach to replace.
The news of the dismissal of Manchester United former coach Erik Ten Hang, was not a surprised to me. I anticipated that over the weekend and that is the reason I was not offended after we lost to West ham United. Assuming that Erik Ten Hang managed to win against West ham, his sack would have been delayed for more miserable performance.

Which day dismissal of Manchester United coach, the club stands a chance to see themselves in the top four this season. This is because the body language of the New coach will make the players to sit up and ignite some kind of competition for fight of playing time. This is a welcome development.

Now it seems Manchester United is close to hiring Xavi the former coach of Barcelona.
Even the fans of Manchester United were happy and recently we saw a picture of Xavi's son wearing the shirt of Manchester United.

Erik ten Hag has been sacked as Manchester United manager.

The Dutchman was informed on Monday morning and leaves Old Trafford after two and a half years in charge with his final game proving to be the Premier League defeat to West Ham United on Sunday.

This is True?
Reportedly the management appointed Van Nistelrooy as a temporary replacement. If this Xavi rumor is true I will be happy. He's a young modern coach, I think he will build Man United in his style. Ball possession and a mix of fast balls.

If this happens, perhaps Wayne Rooney could be one of the best options. He has become a very important player for Manchester United in the past. He is one of the symbolic players for the club. He also has enough tactical knowledge to have a very successful technical career. Wayne Rooney could be an option for the transition period, but he is currently managing Plymouth. I think Xavi could be one of the best options as the main manager.
I don't think Rooney is the best choice to coach Man United even though he is one of the living legends who has achieved success at Old Trafford. He was one of the great players who failed as a coach, his managerial career with Birmingham City was less than impressive after the team suffered a series of poor results, he was forced to leave St. Andrew's after the club sacked him. Previously, Rooney coaching career at Derby County and DC United was also unimpressive. I think Manchester United will not make the same mistake twice, they will be more selective in choosing a coach, especially now that there are so many options available.

Oh no, I don't think Wayne Rooney is a good coach either. Wayne Rooney is the latest name in the team of former MU players to practice as coaches. Wayne Rooney lost his job after just 82 days in charge of Birmingham, taking the team from 5th place in the Championship to 20th place. Rooney was successful as a player but not as a coach. Overall, in his four years as a coach, Rooney has never been successful. At Derby, he could not help the club stay in the league. At DC United, he failed to reach the MLS playoffs. At Birmingham, Rooney also contributed to pushing his team to the brink of death. I advise Rooney to go to Man City to be Pep Guardiola's assistant. If he wants to continue as a coach.

Manchester United is definitely going to make some changes and now Ten Hag is very close to leaving this team because Manchester United can get him fired soon because of the bad result he got in this team. Even they were about to hire Tuchel to fill the place of Ten Hag before but this didn't happen.

When I saw the picture you attached to your post on the social media page of Italian football journalist Fabrizio Romano yesterday, I concluded that the possibility of seeing Manchester United appoint Xavi Hernandez as Erik ten Hag's replacement is very high. Erik ten Hag have been absolutely poor with his tactical approaches at Manchester United which has left them struggling both in the league and winless in the UEFA Europa League competition despite playing three games so far this season.
Will Xavi Hernandez be able to bring solution to the current problems at Manchester United? I think he can because he's proven himself at Barcelona but we'll still have to wait to see how things will pan out at the club in the next few days.

The players are not the problem, but Ten Hag the coach. You have so much trust and faith in Ten Hag that he would improve the team's performance, which I am not seeing that coming. If Manchester united management gives Ten Hag five years to see how he can make things work out, it means that United will end up in relegation by next two seasons. The players are good, but Ten Hag lacks the strategy of bringing out the best from these players, because he does not know how. Ten Hag is failing woefully or can't you see that.

How about we talk about the game yesterday? Would you fault the big chances missed on Erik ten Hag? Most of you Manchester United fans are talkatives and I dislike the way you analyse a game. Manchester United should have won the first half with three to four goals but they didn't. It could be anxiety in between all in the name of trying to score goals. I can't wait for him to leave Manchester United and flourish elsewhere. This is a manager that came in during his first season and had same quick impacts Enzo Maresca and Arne Slot are both having. The thing is that y'all forget a lot. But man, it's cool I understand Man Utd has impatient fanbase.

It seems massive interests are coming for Arda Guler. liverpool is now joining with Manchester City to get him, but the problem is that Real Madrid has stated that they would not sell their player, Arda Guler. It's confirmed that if he will not leave from his current club.

The better for those PL clubs are looking for Arda's alternatives. I'm doubting Madrid to let him go even if those clubs were sending 100m offers.
He is not a regular player in Real Madrid squad, they hardly play him because they have the likes of Bellingham, Modric, Camavinga, Rodrigo, and others, and he is very young and we all know that young players don’t usually have playing time in Real Madrid; however, I think Liverpool really needs him because even if Mohammad Sallah didn’t bring money issues, he has said it before that he will leave after this season because he knows that many teams from Saudi Arabia will big for him.
For Manchester City, they have good numbers of midfielders and attackers in their bench that are yet to get playing time, so they really need this player? They should leave the player for Liverpool to sign since if Sallah leave now at the end of the season, they don’t have replacements for him.

Arda Güler is in competition for the jersey with Bellingham, Modric, Camavinga, Rodrigo and others. Also, world football is witnessing new stars every season. All of them are on Real Madrid's transfer radar. They all want to play for Real Madrid. When I look at it from this point of view, my respect for players like Modric and Kross grows. It is not easy to play at Real Madrid level. It is one of the hardest jobs in the world. Playing for years at Real Madrid level is the hardest job in the world. It's hard to get to this level. It's even more difficult to stay at this level.

Honestly, Arda Güler has not played much at Real Madrid and if he continues like this it will take many years for him to start playing a lot and this could cause his skills to decline. In my opinion, he should think hard about the possibility of leaving Real Madrid and a good option would be Manchester City. I am a Liverpool fan but I think Arda Güler would not get much attention if he were at Liverpool. But I also doubt very much that he could replace Kevin De Bruyne or Salah, they are players with unique skills and Arda Güler also has his skills. If he stays at Real Madrid then he should be willing to wait at least 2 seasons sitting on the bench.
The competition for a place in the Real Madrid squad is fierce, but I think Arda Guler will get more playing time as time goes on. Being in a team with experienced players will help him develop quickly, considering his age, it seems like it is okay to be patient. Arda Guler arrival has increased Real Madrid fan base in Turkey, which will definitely benefit the team. Therefore, it seems that the management will not let Arda Guler go, unless they get other better substitutes. Manchester City and Liverpool are good options to consider, but if we look at Arda Guler physique, he is more suited to playing in La Liga.
Actually he got more playing time this season, he has played 7 times in La Liga, but it is not much for full time. but it is a good opportunity that he can get, because for players, no matter how many minutes in a match, it is very important for them to keep honing their game and also build their mentality.
But on the other hand, when he wants to get more playing time as a regular player, then the choice is to move to another club, the option as a loan player can be done. Because considering the competition at Real Madrid is very tight, so it is not easy to break into the main squad, especially since he is still young.

There is no doubt about the competition actually keeping this Arder Guler out of the starting line up but seriously even the substitutions the he is suppose to get minutes from is actually lacking too and this is drastically going to affect the development of the lad, he needs to be playing frequently just like his mate and gaining experience there but Madrid is actually limiting all this now and it is a big threat for his career. I will say players actually left Madrid for same reasons here, a clear example is the Odegaard deal, Odegaard hardly got a chance at Real Madrid and when he decided to move to Arsenal many felt his physics is going to be a problem and today he is there must realliable player. Arder Guler to me is the most talented kid in that Madrid squad and with even that absence of Toni Kroos I was thinking he will even be use more but no Madrid midfield is comprises of  tacklers and traveller of the ball and that’s it the lad hasn’t even be given a chance to break in. If this lack of game time continues I think the player should consider other options before it is way too late

According to reports in the Turkish press, Manchester City want to compensate for Kevin De Bruyne's possible departure with the transfer of Arda Güler. Kevin De Bruyne has suffered a lot of injuries in recent times, he is not in prime form and he is responding to the interest of Arab teams. If he chooses to earn more money in the last years of his career, Arda Güler could turn out to be a good transfer move for Manchester City... Arda Güler did great things when he got minutes at Real Madrid, but this season he is not getting enough minutes. I think this chain of transfer rumors would maximize everyone's interests...

Now it is said that it is accdptable to fire Xavi and hire Flick, but the only reason for that that to be ok is because Flick is successful. If he didn't win all those games and especially the Clasico and the Champions League game against Bayern Munich, I am sure that the whole world would be talking differently about that change. The Spanish news outlets would go wild already by now. But it went well for them and now everybody says the decision was correct of course.
The UEFA Champions League title, it's consider too early to lay down our predictions for the club's that will lift the trophy. Xavi Hernandez couldn't handle the pressure that was on him. He failed to win games and only settles for lesser results. Barcelona headcoach, Hansi Flick have passed his main test as Barcelona manager this season. First, we all thought he will not go far with the managerial position in Camp Nou, who would have thought about Barcelona been able to thrashed Bayern Munich and Real Madrid in a row? It's shocking to me and this crucial winning becomes very confident for the club, they're headed to the very top.

Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti have in different occasions said that Turkish winger Arder Guler is part of the club's future plans which is why they'll not allow him leave the club but to think that a lot of clubs have been coming for his services lately I think suggests that a serious suitor for Guler might be considered by the club.
This speculation isn't yet official so I'll wait to read about it again on a more trusted sports site to know how serious it is.

No more than that. Not that in this case for 2 more seasons Xavi coached badly but it's just that when comparing the success that Xavi's era had with Flick's, it is clear that Flick's era was a little better at least for the beginning of the season.

But the development of this situation could be different because even though Flick is now doing a good job, it does not mean that Flick will not experience setbacks and that is what Flick must try to maintain so as not to let the great praise and appreciation like now make him become arrogant and feel that he is already strong. The performance that Barcelona has now must be maintained so that the assumption that Flick is right to replace Xavi at Barcelona is the most correct decision for Barcleona.

He does have pretty good potential, it's just that for Ancelotti it looks like he still can't be included in the choice in the line up even though Arda's development and vision of playing are quite good.

If in the end there is still no more opportunity given from Madrid for Arda, it is actually not impossible that he can leave Madrid because after all, for a talented player like Arda, it is likely that he still wants an opportunity to be in the line up or be given the opportunity to prove himself.
Although I do not expect him to move to another club because he is still very appropriate in Madrid but there could be a differentiating situation when some big clubs like Liverpool try to approach. But I don't think Madrid would be stupid to let go of such a talented player because he has been very good even as a super sub.

Xavi didn't manage Barcelona for 3 seasons, he did it for 2.5 seasons give or take. On the half year he was there, he didn't win anything because he was there for only half a season, on the second season he already won la liga and cup too, and on the third season he didn't do well again. I would say that is not a bad result, not entirely. I mean obviously he was fired and they hired Flick, which is acceptable change and if United can get Hansi Flick then they should, but if they can't, then Xavi isn't bad.

Getting the league title over the UCL winners Real Madrid is not really a bad season to have and I believe they were even asking him to stay, but he insisted on leaving, so I can see why that would be a normal thing to dislike him if you like Barcelona.
