That is quite a good sum to start with. If I were you I would buy different altcoins and spread the money in order to minimize risks. My portfolio would include Ethereum for sure, Bitcoin (never hurt nobody) and 3-4 other big names like Ripple, IOTA etc.

If you done a research and you fully trust the people behind this coin, then go for it, I looked on coinmarketcap and the price looks stable and could go up once the bull trend comes, goodluck to your choice but you also spread your investment portfolio do not trust on one coin alone.
Of course, my number one priority would still be BTC, but the present moment is not to buy more but to just keep the BTC you are. Why is this choice not Namecoin, Bitcoin Diamond, each of which I will spend $ 1500? (but now I run out of money)

I think you need all into EOS, because it is very potential, it has got a finished product. Do not believe in bitcoin at the present time, it is a double-edged sword.
Ha ha. Crazy opinion. did you do that ?? Be careful, EOS is not what you think. Divide it, you will be safer than putting all the eggs in a basket
i think i would invest 20% ETH, 15% XVG,20% BTC, and 35% for ripple , the rest i would suggest invest in ICOS

I’m not sure what you’re getting at. All I’m saying is as long as you don’t pick a scam coin I think you’ll be doing just fine this year. Lots of new techs is in the space the last 16months.
My portfolio my mostly consists of LTC,BTC and XLM and yes the ever so hated XRP. I’m sure there are 10000 people on here who have something negative about each one.
I encourage everyone who looks into crypto to look into the tech not just chase big gains.

Break it down evenly at $600 a piece...this gives you a diverse, strong, secure portfolio that SHOULD be fairly resistant to dips, and still give you a great opportunity for gains.
I've got a little xrp, gas and my only outlier is Masari... Which I think could show some nice gains this year. The relationship between gas/neo right now is interesting. The ratio by which gas is produced goes down by 12.5 percent in about 5 days.... So demand will be going up. If anything, since you can't buy neo in even chunks, I'd say get as close to the 600 as possible, which would be 4 as of this, and buy gas with the rest.

invest it on bitcoin and other sound projects like vechain. do your own research as always and for the meantime buying ven tokens is not good because they are going on a token swap where ven tokens will become vet tokens. vechain is a supply chain which already have big companies partner with them and already working. FYI

My advice would be to either invest in Bitcoin or find any other coin that is down by 5x to 10x from its all time high and then invest in that coin as it will surely at least double your money but if you want to play it safe then invest in Bitcoin as it will surely go back to $20k and that will make your money more than 2x. my option is wait for august end and invest on ziliqa
With $ 30,000 you have a lot of options to invest altcoin and token!

Why not spread your portfolio and don't rely on one coin only, there are a lot of better coins than ziliqa, it's a wise choice to spread your portfolio and include the top 10 coins in the market and at least 2 ICO this is to avoid big loss, in case your other coins will not live up to your expectation.
Well, if you have done searching on your type of coin and comes up with a good future then you may proceed in investing because it passes through choice. But if you wanted to open another suggestions and advice i wanna let you to invest in bitcoin as of this time because this a good start to invest.
if you have that kind of money i think its wiser to choose bitcoin and ethereum ,dont just buy any altcoin which is not so popular because as you can observe now alt coins is dumping because may investors buying bitcoin. even ethereum is dumping. we still dont know when will alt coin will recover. Its better to invest bitcoin and ethereum because this coin you can hold in for how many years . this is good for long term.
If I have 3k$ dollar then I would undoubtedly choose bitcoin. Choosing bitcoin as my investment will surely be profitable. As you could see even if how much bitcoin falls it has always the space to recover from any losses. This has already proved its limitless potentials.

The situation in the market is not good now. So you may need to study and do good research on those coins that might do you good in future. If I were you then I invest 50% in bitcoin, 30% in ethereum and 20% another altcoin like CMT, MTC, EOS & NEO from $3000. That means I recommend you that you can invest in these coins. One thing, why you will wait for August? If you will wait for August, then you will see that the prices are going high. So I will say to you that you should not waste your time. Wow 30000$ is huge amount if your planning to invest all of it, better not just in one altcoin better to pread it "dont put all your egg in one basket" always remember the risk when you are investing ,invest what you can afford to lose, if i were you i will invest half of it in etheruem in just my opinion, decide carefully bro. my option is wait for august end and invest on ziliqa
My decision is to purchase bitcoin and long haul ventures, with the high bitcoin cost is ideal for long haul speculations, with $ 3000 I trust 1 to 2 years will profit twice to such an extent.
