I have one suggestion for you. Next time when you want to run a contest, I suggest that it be a video contest where participants need to create a video on how to use your platform, exchange BTC>Paypal* or etc... reward the most creative and you will be left with useful instructions for beginners.
Of course, not required to be video, it can be text manual...
maybe this is a good idea for some future forum contest which you promised here

It's easy to exchange currency using our monitoring service:
1) Open our site at https://www.bestchange.com/
2) Select the exchange direction you need by specifying two currencies in the left column - which currency you give and which currency you get, in your case "PayPal USD" and "Bitcoin (BTC)".
3) Select the exchanger from the table on the right and click it to go to its site in order to make the exchange.

Select Paypal USD under Give and then Bitcoin (BTC) under Get



The page with automatically refresh to a page showing exchangers which can carry out the conversion and their rate

Click on your favourite exchanger


And begin the process of filling up details like your paypal account, bitcoin payment address etc after which you can carry out and exchange.
Please note that since paypal is involved, most of the platforms will ask for a few of your details to verify that it's not just some scammer.

First in the search results is magnatus, and I did not find anything about credit cards. bitcash also, they do not ask bank account, only email address related to your PayPal account.

I can't figure out how to use bestchange. Which option do I go to buy BTC with paypal?   Which link will I need to go to just send paypal funds and get my BTC to my wallet that I don't have to register or put my name in a form to fill?

I tried going to some page of the website but most of it asks me to fill credit/debit cards. Its not the option I prefer.

Many users are using facebook but I'm sure they are not using their real identity for security since they might get doxxed and used that for their own destruction, so best for the contest here in bitcointalk to not link any social media accounts so that people will not be afraid to participate on the contest.

We have contests on our Facebook page on a regualar basis, this is one of them, and here we've just made an announcement since we know that some forum users do use this social network.

Wondering, is there any separate allocation for bitcointalk users? Because many bitcointalk users aren't active on Facebook or they don't want to use real identity by using their real Facebook account. The followed-up figures show that Bitcoin miners often sell more than what they mine with the average percent at 5%. From what I interpret the figures, miners are also traders too and they often enjoy pumps and dumps of bitcoin.
Ethereum has become the second biggest cryptocurrency for too long. It has a second biggest marketcap and also has a second biggest ecosystem in crypto. The price of Ethereum has been manipulated on downwards trend for too long because of so many FUDs. I don't feel strange and surprising if ETH will begin its growth period like what we saw with DASH.
I am sure about that too because only strong altcoins which have been strong enough to gone through and survived after at least one periodic cycle of the crypto market are actually live altcoins. For the rest, they are simply deadly-waiting or zombie altcoins. The periodic cycle is 4 year, AFAIK.

 Again, miners sell more BTC than they mine

After the halving of the block reward, miners have to sell more coins than they can earn, according to a report by Arcane Research. The company uses the Miner’s Rolling Inventory (MRI) metric, which tracks the number of coins generated and moved by miners. If the figure is above 100%, then they sell more BTC than they mine. In March, the MRI reached 105%, then began to decline and fell below 100% on the verge of halving. According to Arcane Research analysts, this indicates a change in the mood of miners after halving.

 Commission fees at ETH have surpassed BTC

OP need to be updated since it's quite not appealing for seeing those outdated words, It needs beautification so that the owner could get a best result in terms of promotion since they can lure more people if they post a good presentation with informative information regarding the service/website.

And I think Bestexchange are into it since for sure they want to maximize their advertisement on this forum.

I think it will be better if you edit OP and include it into OP. For visitors, they mostly visit OP at first. I don't say visitors always have good idea to contribute but sometimes there are very knowledgeable and experienced visitors, and they can contribute good things.

This is all weird, I don't know how the electricity system works in China, but in my country we have the prepaid electricity system. So why in China, being a country with huge financial and human resources, does it not implement an electricity system that has greater control so that there are no cases like these? or another option would be for the electricity companies to implement the pre-paid electricity system for the mining companies, so that each mining company would buy electricity and recharge it with an amount they thought was sufficient and if it did not recharge it would have no electricity.

Another point is the question of the legality of mining companies in China, I wonder at least the local government takes into account jobs and supervise if employees paid by mining owners are fair or not and the employees of the miners are in good condition of work or not?
