User paz-1991 introduced himself as part of the team, he also claimed here that there was no KYC in this exchanger.

What they are doing is not OK according to what's advertised on their website

Hi Bestchange,

I made a post yesterday explaining the issues im facing with Fox.exchange (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/i-think-im-getting-scammed-by-foxexchange-5318850) and i also added a complaint in fox.exchange's profile on Bestchange (https://www.bestchange.com/foxexchange-exchanger.html). I would like to ask if you can do something about it cause they're ignoring me for 10 days now (https://i.imgur.com/8tQumbN.png).

It doesnt seem fair that even though you can clearly see on Etherscan that my address is a BINANCE one and i also sent them proof that i have verified my BINANCE account with personal ID and KYC related stuff and they still try holding my coins without replying to me or without forwarding me to their owner so i can explain the issue and make them refund me.

Also i think it would be good if there was a KYC icon before people exchange funds and trust me im sure fox.exchange will remove their KYC/AML policy right away since when they added that policy they didnt notify anywhere on social media, telegram, their blog.

We have relayed them to the development team and will look into them. It should be said that we are currently working on a new version of the website.

As for KYC icons, those exchangers that do not have "verification" icon next to them usually do not require verification. The key word here is "usually". You can read in our FAQ, the answer to the question
"Is goind through AML/KYC procedures required in exchangers listed on BestChange" is

Despite exchangers listed on BestChange not always have a special icon indicating the necessity of verification, a lot of them are obliged to comply with AML/KYC requirements according to which the client can be required to provide a set of documents shall his/her transaction deem suspicious. We advise you to carefully study the terms of service of the selected exchanger. AML/KYC policy is in line with international practices for combating money laundering. Exchangers listed on BestChange use these procedures to comply with AML/KYC requirements and not to abuse customer data or misappropriate their funds.

But it should be noted, that the exchanger with the "verification" icon require KYC in any case, whereas those that don't have this icon would require it in extraordinary cases. The idea to sort exchangers based on this criteria has been also relayed to the team.

The "max" amount is only shown under the "min" when I hover my mouse. Can that be shown by default too? It took me a while to find it.

Can you add BCH-A, it would be great to have an easy way to get rid of that Forkcoin.

The Apps have actually been on Google Play for sometime though they were not created by the Best Change team.
- First app - Released on 12th - Jan - 2019
- Second app - Released on 28th - November - 2018

I tried checking out their reviews, but there's nothing that I could read except for only one review which is sort of weird.

As I know, they haven't his own application.
there have been some announcements a few months ago, that it will enhance some features on the site and possible mobile application in development, but still no news about the progress of them.

BestChange definitely has a certain reputation and have gained the trust so they became the target of false representation. Obviously, they have a lot of work to do to protect their name from impersonators.

I never heard any bad reviews about Best Change here in forum and if there are some negative reviews it can be related to some partner exchanges they are using.
After reading Inkdull recent post history I can see that he is just writing any bs posts for his signature campaign so I would not worry about that

We operate since 2007 and have lots of positve feedback as can be seen on review websites https://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/bestchange.com and https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.bestchange.com.

As other forum members have noted, we are different from exchanges binance and kucoin. We are an aggregator of exchangers showing the best rates to exchange cryptocurrency, in most cases without registration.

If you could refer us to bad reviews you are talking about, we could address this issues, but so far we see none.

Sounds good. if you have exchanged more than once using exchangers listed on BestChange, it will be very nice if you share more about your experience. For example which exchanger exactly you use, How long have lasted transactions etc...
That is more appropriate and desirable feedback to new potential users. Everyone knows for Coinbase, Kraken... but there are much less known exchangers which probably doing his business well. Why not meet them.

I have used Bestchange multiple times and have withdrawan thousands of USD and have never had any single problem with them. exchangers listed are verified. i exchanged btc and eth mainly to visa and master usd, to paypal, to payeer multiple times etc. even now it will be my number one tool to sell BTC's when price reaches higher value. no verification no nothing. of course i haven't tested for big amounts (as far as I remember I have exchanged up to 2k at most but multiple times and you can choose from dozen exchagers at least offering good exchage rate). For your information Best Change is not an exchange but rather a platform which acts as an exchange monitor which aggregates different exchangers, compares their exchange rates and ranks them up according to the best exchange rates.
It also provides additional information about the exchangers such as reviews, reserves, age of the exchanger etc

Do you really understand which kind of business BestChange does or you are just a signature spammer and write to fill post quota? Binance and Kucoin are not at all in the same kind of business as BestChange. Of course, you would know that too if you had visited their site once.
Also, can you share these many bad reviews? I would like to read it if they exist of course.
