Rates offered by exchangers are being generated solely as the balance of supply and demand in conditions of direct competition between services. If we speak about exchange rate from the Moscow exchange and international market Forex, we transfer them as a reference, but in practice, there may be differences between the exchange and OTC segments of the market.

Well yes and no, there is no proper answer. I guess BestCHange can't guarantee any service listed here, it is simply impossible. Even large exchanges do not guarantee 100% of the funds deposited with them.

what's good here, Bestchange did the maximum checking of each exchange listed on their monitoring. In previous posts, they have already written about the conditions that every exchanger must meet. and it is certainly not enough just to create an exchange page and be included in the monitoring.
what is also good, they have achieved a certain reputation, ^{I guess they bring a lot of traffic to the exchangers}, so it is in their interest to operate in accordance with the rules so as not to be excluded from the whole process.

Same with me, I became aware of this thread today after making several efforts to get Best_Change Ann thread from the campaign thread. I have been reading through and I am very surprised Best_Change is more that what I used to think it is.

I want to know if the reputation of Best_Change binds the reputation of the exchangers exchanging in your platforms. Do I need to make extra researches in order to use an exchanger on your platform or I can use any provided they partner with you.

💱 What is a floating exchange rate?

Choosing an exchanger on BestChange, you can notice that some of them have a mark “This exchanger does not fix the exchange rate in the order”. Let’s figure out what this means for a user.

This mark can be set in two cases:

🔒 If the trading pair is very volatile. Then the exchanger sets a short lifetime of the order or the maximum permissible deviation percentage in order to insure against sharp jumps in the rate. If the order goes beyond these limits, the rate will be recalculated up or down.
🔒 If the deal can take a long time — for instance, if the order is with cash or when the cryptocurrency’s blockchain is highly busy. Then the exchanger recalculates the amount at the rate that takes place at the time of the completion of the transaction.

Some exchangers set a particular time limit (for example, 10 minutes), during which the rate will be fixed. If the order isn’t paid during this time, then the fixing is cancelled. Also, sometimes the rate is recalculated after a considerable change of the market rate of the currency. Say, for 5%.

A bona fide exchanger must indicate the relevant information when creating an order —the conditions for changing the rate, the number of network confirmations for cryptocurrencies, the conditions for forming the rate (for example, according to the indicators of a particular exchange), the maximum amount of recalculation of the total amount, and so on.

Thanks for confirming my suspicion that Lucpey doesn't have to do anything for you and that they are just using your good reputation to appear more legit and wouldn't be the first one doing that.  Anyway, I tagged and flagged them so others know who they are dealing with.

Cryptocurrency exchange called Lucpey claims to be you partner while I can't find their name anywhere on your website. I just wanna check if what they say its true as they are promoting themselves on bitcointalk and as I recall there were similar cases before, when dodgy exchanges claimed to be your partners while it turned out that they lied and you had nothing to do with them so just wanted to sort it out.

What do they mean and why are there sometimes numbers, and sometimes a dash?

The thing is that some payment systems assign levels to users — this helps other users understand how much you can trust a counterparty. For example:

When using the Calculator feature, some lines in the list of exchangers can be greyed out when:

1. The exchanger does not have sufficient reserves to exchange the amount you specified in the calculator;
2. The exchanger has set a minimal exchange amount, and the specified amount in the calculator is not enough for an exchange.

The greyed out color of the exchanger means it is not possible to make an exchange there.

I have a question. Under the same tab of calculator. When I try to calculate how much BTC I would get for, let's say 10,000 USD, which is with in the current reserve limit for all the available exchangers. Some exchangers are greyed out. Why is it so?
