I have requested a withdrawal 2 days ago for the amount of 0.2 Bitcoins, I am agree that they "have" provide instant cashout but now they are not. I have play here for like 1 year and it was pretty good but I do not think it is still good right now. They said it need the provider to confirm my games but it took almost 3 days from now, I think their employeees just go to work and sit there. I don't think they even try to contact provider because of the problem and holding the funds in 3 days and not releasing it. My last 3 recent withdrawal all went under security check and took around almost 24hours to completed, not instantly like before. I would suggest you guys find other casino and thinking about my situation. Thank you!

This casino is not paying me after I requested a withdrawal 2 days ago, you guys should be noiticed

I just made a BTC withdrawal from my FortuneJack account and can confirm that withdrawals are working and it was instant.

Just send a support ticket if you still have problems and I am sure that FJ team will be more than happy to help you.

Mistakes or problems can happen and that is why there is a support, I advise using it next time before complaining publicly on the forum.

Some withdrawals are late due to the fact they need to have the game provider verify the game play , sessions etc.  if that's the case usually it takes around 24h , but if it's in the weekend / holiday it can take longer.

Have you tried to contact the support or raised the ticket for it ? How much amount did you put in for the withdrawal ? I never had a problem with fortune jack and i am sure your issue will be settled soon.

What is the reason they did not pay out? I think its not a strange situation that a bookmaker will wait with payout. It is not indicating anything in my opinion.
Sometimes they pay fast, sometimes they pay slowly. I think it is the best to be patient and wait for their reply?

Hi Smiley iv'e made a deposit on fj ,  but i didn't apply  for Bonus  , it's for  " SPECIAL BONUS: 130% UP TO 1 BTC BONUS +50 FREE SPINS " ,  since i saw 40x wagering , which it's really hard to make 40x lol also i'm curious if there is requirement wagering to withdraw ?  like if i can withdraw my money without betting ?
Of course you cannot  Wink The bonus for your deposit is always accompanied by certain terms and rules. I have not read it, but usually, different casinos have the same rules. You will be limited to a number of bets or a amount of money that has been bet to be able to withdraw. Therefore, this bonus seems to be detrimental to those who want to bet and leave quickly. For example, if you register this bonus, then you win $ 100 on the first 10 bets, and you want to withdraw money, but you cannot, because their terms require you to place a minimum bet 20 times to withdraw money. It would be disadvantageous in these cases  Wink

well i'm just playing dice , is there a fair casino to make  huge profit  ? any suggestion ?

You are in a good place already because ForuneJack is great gambling site with a lot of users and a very good reputation.

When it comes to huge profits it all depends on luck and how high you are playing, so it is hard to answer on this part of your question.

PS
I have to warn you that double posting is against the rules and maybe it will be better to merge these two posts above in one. Just delete one and edit the other.
This is really all on luck because I try many sites for dice and never have any luck so most bust or out with very low profit or lost but once I have very good day and I deposited 0.6 bitcoins which I convert into nearly 11 bitcoins but they never pay me and run away my only good earning which never came to me.

Do you mean that you want to withdraw what you have just deposited without playing? So what is the purpose of depositing if you do not want to play? By the way, there is a rule at fortunejack about this case. Sorry to say, you wont be able to withdraw since there is a rule that deposited money should be wagered 2x on the casino games or bet 50% of the deposited money on the sportsbook. You can check the terms page about it to make sure.

oh thank you my friend Smiley I just wanted to know  about the wagering requirement when you deposit , so  since i deposit 0.01  ,  so the wager need to be 0.02 , well it's more likely that i'm going to lose lol ,well i'm just playing dice , is there a fair casino to make  huge profit  ? any suggestion ?

I am not sure what kind of bonus that is. You can see all their bonuses and promotions here https://fortunejack.com/promotions/category/all
There is no mention of a "130% Special Bonus".
The 40 times wagering requirement is standard. You will see that in other casinos as well. Some have 35x, others as high as 60x.

If you didn't select a deposit bonus you will still have to wager your deposited amount but I am not sure how many times.

I don't think there's an issue regarding on using a VPN for accessing some gambling sites since for the past 5 years of using it I encounter no issue at all, maybe those people who got an issue is those people who abuse and do multiple accounts for cheating the referral and the contest of certain sites. But if users can't take the risk using any IP changer methods then maybe they should stick on the sites which not prohibit their country to gamble.
Privacy could be quite important when you are gambling, who would want to give up their information (even in minimal terms like IP address) while they are doing something on the web, however what you have to realize is the fact that hiding yourself while surfing usually could lead to many questions even when you are innocent.

People would basically be considering what illegal thing you are doing that requires you to keep yourself from everybody and hide your information, maybe even as simple as gambling which we all do is quite illegal where you are so you are trying to hide that maybe? I know that wanting to hide your ID is quite a regular thing to ask for and should be respected, however for some reason people do not really consider that as a valid reasoning.

@BitcoinGirl.club why do you use tor to connect to FJ? if it’s causing you so much pain, a better option for you would be is to disable tor while browsing FJ. @gosha@e-coin you’re right only the admin of FJ can take a decision regarding it’s captcha but he won’t change it because of one person’s complaint, and it’ll only be changed if more people who use tor come forward and appeal to the admin to change it because of the issues they’re facing.

I think some people just want privacy and that is their right. For me,,, I even have no choice but to use my office connection for 90% of my browsing, which is not even my home location. So my own devices and security keep locking me out because they think someone else is giving me problems by trying to access but it is just me from work. Whitelisting also does not help as my office IP keeps changing.
The whole reason for me is privacy. I did not complain but it was a suggestion to improve the user experience. I am advertising for them so I care for them hence this was my suggestion. I gamble in sportsbet.io, swcpoker and in many other sites but I can not use FJ because of this experience. So, if they look into the TOR experience many like me will find FJ as another of their gambling home.

Jack of all trades 💯
There are specific websites for TOR gambling as well that you can play that are not really "legally binding" places but that makes it quite illegal and quite dangerous to play on those places too. They do not care about your IP, they do not care about your KYC, they do not care about basically any law at all because they are deep web and they think they are above the law or at least outside of law on what they do, we are talking about a system where people sell drugs and there are actually killer for hire in those places so gambling becomes like a very mild thing for that place, yet if they just take your money and leave, there is nothing you can do about it neither since nobody even knows who they are in the end. Which is why I still think that with all the advantages of them, the disadvantages are higher.
If it is so illegal in your nation to gamble that you are even scared to gamble with VPN on a crypto casino, maybe you shouldn't gamble at all? I mean I wouldn't prefer to tell someone who is here on bitcointalk that wants to gamble one way or another to gamble to just go away and not gamble, that is a very bad thing to say however there is a level of being afraid that is just way too much to continue.

I personally live in a nation that doesn't allow online gambling yet I still manage to gamble with VPN and also crypto gambling, that way it is enough layers that nobody would catch me or would know I gambled as long as I do not share that information with anyone and nobody checks what I am doing, as long as I am the only one who knows it, who would figure it out in any way?

My opinion really is that if you're gambling with a crypto-only casino, then you're basically taking the same amount of risk at a clearweb-only site, as with any of those TOR specific sites (I don't know any actually though). I don't think we can also say "legally binding" -- ANY legitimate terms of service is legally binding. You can't just say stuff and not mean it, this goes for the customer as well.

Just because they're "deep web" (you mean dark of course) doesn't mean they think they're above the law. Just because an entity believes in privacy doesn't mean what you think it means.

You have the same risk at a clearweb crypto casino as you do at a darkweb one, if both don't operate with a known and legitimate business entity.
