...I have an email from FJ as they are giving me again 5 mBTC is I am alone or any one else have this email and bonus from this casino. Cheesy
...they really have a bonus promotions for Deposits right now, so it's not just 5mBTC... just be careful when opening emails randomly, some if it might be spam and may lead you to phishing sites...

All messages I got from FortuneJack into my email account are also available in my FJ account, at least I got all these messages also in my inbox there.

It is always better to not click any links in emails and for sure if you are not certain if this is a legit massage from FortuneJack.
Today after reading this all I check my account and have 5 mBTC bonus from FJ its really good promotion as its not easy to give these promotions in lock down but I have one complain I can use this only in few slots which is not good they need to allow us we able to use this bonus in some other games as well.

Not all messages will be sent via the FJ website. For example, if they need additional info to confirm you are the original account owner, they will email you but they wont send you a message on the site.
And just like what Pmalek said, its not always available on the site, I think it also depends on the account whether it is active or not. I remember registering my account last year, and when I open it again I only have 3-5emails as far as I remember.
... And yeah, for verification purposes, there's really no need to send it on the account on FJ, they'll just use your email instead.

I don't click on strange link if it is not the link I remembered is from Fortune Jack. In addition, I will always do double check: in emails and in my account on Fortune Jack. If messages are the same on two places, it is right. I agreed with wwzsocki that what is shown in account on Fortune Jack is more important.

Maybe they are trying to prevent some sort of conflict of interest. You are gambling at the site and at the same time you are trying to bring in new players and earn commission on them.
I don't catch the idea that how one person decide to promote and embed affiliate link for a site that he has never gotten any experience. Although I understood why Fortune Jack has that rule, to prevent cheaters, multi accounts and massive complaints, noise or drama from them. It is better for FJ to prevent such noisy stuffs at beginning.

A bit strange. Am quite curious why you're not allowed to have an account on FJ and also be an affiliate  Huh

I'd recommend an extension called HTTPS ANYWHERE which forces the best protocol with the lock symbol by the address.    Alot of phishing relies on incorrect addresses on badly setup servers, they are throwing out alot of cheap spam rather then anything elaborate with alot of effort and precision behind it.

Also I generally dont give out direct links when its very easily obtained via a common search engine so if you highlight the capitalised letters above and just right click search that or copy paste that search into google it'll send you to the right place.   FortuneJack for example is a big long term site, Google knows all about this one and will help to ignore any fake attempts.   Google or other search engines do quite alot to remove the fake copycat phishing type sites, it'll send you to the established website or address.  They warn against bad links, they do manage to be helpful in a quick way.

So never click a link in an email is good advice I think, go via your own means if you already know the site the browser generally remembers especially bookmarked sites.  Sometimes I input the link into a search engine.
Email is not and was never designed as a secure system from what I've read, anyone can read your emails hence why PGP exists and other systems.   Email equates to a postcard or post-it note in its security, it dates back to the 60's and somehow we havent tightened up the protocol or advanced it much.

Living in lock down is really frustrating but in last few days I am in good as just few days back I have an email from Bill Gates as he wants to give me 500 Million USD for some business but I ignore and today I have an email from FJ as they are giving me again 5 mBTC is I am alone or any one else have this email and bonus from this casino. Cheesy
LoL, I'd really hope everyone can get an offer from Bill or even from FJ. Though they really have a bonus promotions for Deposits right now, so it's not just 5mBTC...
Oh well just be careful when opening emails randomly, some if it might be spam and may lead you to phishing sites. There are a lot of users who abuse this pandemic thing so they could also use promotions from certain Companies such as this.

Frankly speaking but I was so curious as well why they add this term last year. But here is the exact new term about this affiliate program that makes me need to choose whether to be an affiliate or a player.
Quote
2.5 That he/she will not use any additional account on fortunejack associated with him/her for personal usage. The aforesaid account usage for testing purposes should be agreed with company affiliate manager.  Violation of this clause shall be deemed to be fraud.

I cant complain of course, but I just feel it very unfortunate because many other sites allows players to earn from the affiliate program. Hope Fortunejack is willing to consider to remove this term so players are able to earn from the affiliate program again.

My IP address changes in every hour, because it is not a static broadband provider, I use a shared server so there is no fixed IP. Yep, if IP changes it is not a problem, it always shows the same location. the main problem is, when your IP changes, sometimes a confirmation message often appears on mailbox, it is rally annoying. On all website do not send confirmation messages, but some websites do. I've played on FJ with TOR browser, there is no problem at all.
Yeah, playing on ToR seems to be the best case when gambling specially in nations that are illegal to gamble online. I personally live in one of them and even though they haven't managed to ban fortunejack just yet, it all depends on just one flag to burn it all down and close it for us, with ToR I can just gamble whenever I want however I want and there won't be any problems at all.

Some casinos do not allow tor at all, it looks like you are logging from different places all the time which casinos sees as a hacking attempt and I can sort of understand the prevention system in place for that, however I also want to be able to play with it so I do not want to be disturbed. Its a tricky situation, I don't know if being allowed is good or bad, on one hand it is good that I can but on the other hand it is riskier.

I see, thanks for the clarifications... well, it's  kinda sad that we can't use their program while being a player, I don't  think players can be abusive in this part especially if they start giving KYCs to all users and affiliates.

I just have one account on FJ.
That one account is the reason you can't register for the affiliate program. There is probably something in their Terms & Conditions that states that registered players of FortuneJack can't take advantage of the affiliate program.

Yes I can confirm that registered player is unable to join the affiliate program. I have posted my concern about this thing some time ago as I'm a player as well as joined the affiliate program. It is a new term as far as I know as I was able to have both account in the past. At the time I notice this new term, David asked me to choose whether I want to keep my gambling account or my affiliate account. I choose to to keep my gambling account and my affiliate account is deleted/blocked since that time.

For the IP, some internet providers using an IP Static from their service.
In my case, I use tor for logging in my FJu account. So obviously they are not receiving my real IP. I prefer it for privacy only.

Hey guys, I have applied for affiliates but sadly it was declined...

I just wanted to know what does the bolded part means...

Hi Mark,

Thanks for contacting us.

In rare cases we do allow it, however I have received information from the Game control team that you're also having a player account simultaneously, which is strictly forbidden according to our T&C and this is why the request is declined.

Best Regards,
FortuneJack Partners Team

I just have one account on FJ.

For the IP, some internet providers using an IP Static from their service.

Sometimes your IP will be changed every 1 hour, a couple of times or went you on a different area. All my provider internet in my country most of them using IP Static, so probably i can't really get the same IP with yesterday except for WIFI. But its kinda weird went the "holding fund" trigger on the different address too, if they triger with the IP could be normal.
It doesn't really matter all that much if your ISP changes your IP because in short you are still shown at the same place with your IP, it could basically be traced to a point which is as far as I know your City at the very least (of course ISP basically knows the exact location) and that means you could share your KYC and as long as there is nothing wrong going on you will be allowed to continue.

These type of prevention systems are done to slow down an account in case something is wrong, in 24 hours to 48 hours if something is wrong they would get a support message about it and would know there is a problem going on, if there is none that means they would continue to allow the player to continue with whatever IP they would like to continue with, simple as that.

What is wrong with your account, did you forgot your password?

Click on the Recover button in the sign in form. Enter your username and the email address you registered and reset your password.
You don't really need the customer support for that.

I'm a newcomer to the FortuneJack gambling site, I'm having a little confusion about the balance in my account. I found a balance of 100 FJC on the platform.
and is the FJC balance only for Dice bets not for online Kasino?
and what is the function of the FJC itself?
then can I exchange 100 FJC for BTC or alt?
Consider FJC just as some internal coins which has no value against the real money. I think these are there just to practice the games for free and then once you will feel better, you can despite BTC or other crypto that they accept.
