Man at that time I think I just had my 19th birthday or something. Too young to understand the scammers world. Yes, the calling process was costly and I think I saved the money from the part time work I used to do at that time. It looked believable to me [the story] so I gone that far LOL

Lucky me that I did not send any money upfront. If I can remember correctly then it was like $300+ at that time. He was asking to pay for administrative work or something. I remember I told him why not you spend from your pocket and once we have the fund then I will send the money and things like that.

I just noticed this update. The site looks nice but for me it is really hard to access using tor. But still I will try the new site later today and will try to bring some feedback on my experience.

PS: Can you ask the team to make the site more friendly for the users who use TOR? This captcha thing in every steps starting from visiting the homepage, before login in page, before 2FA page and etc. There are 3 to 4 times to solve the captcha before able to login and even after all this when you are logged in after certain minutes it logs out and you are going to go with the same lengthy process again to log in.

I really want to make FJ my home but this is what keeping me away from it. And I am pretty that I am not alone.

The new site is way better and more responsive than the last update. I think this should be already an alpha if not a beta in terms of how good the UI is working, but of course there will be some bugs so beta is justified. Wondering how many more surprises  FJ has in store for its players during this period. Their team seems to be churning out stuff before you know it and in times of hardship this is a good sign.

This should work great for the gamblers because everyone likes a change in the times of dullness.

First thing that caught my eye in the beta site was the huge amount of empty spaces on each category (main page, casino, provably fair, live casino, all except Sports).
For instance, the 'signup' and 'login' buttons on the navigation bar look kinda big to me which make the whole navbar look much bigger than it should and some empty spaces appear:

big empty black space between the text on the top and the main image. Too much black may look a bit overwhelming.

-Regular site (main page):

No big spaces, efficient use of space, no overwhelming use of black color and everything looks pleasing to the eye.

It could be the 'navbar text' on the beta site is using a small font size? or perhaps that the images on the slideshow are a bit small?
Another case of empty spaces:

Big empty space on the left. Massive empty space between the 'search games' bar and the icons (below) and the slideshow (above). Those different shades of black look like an attempt (?) to hide the empty spaces.

Not as clean as the beta, although the flashy images don't help, but still, no big empty spaces, and no need to add different colors or bars. The use of an animated search bar + transparent bar is great.

Some empty spaces here and there might give a website a cleaner and more minimalistic look, but sometimes it could also make it look a bit plain and weird 

At the Dice blue, would you mind adjust the font size smaller, please. Or at least give gamblers options to set up fontsize for their interests. The default fontsize is too large on the beta version.

The new layout has now affect on the outcome of games. Maybe he was trying to say that the new layout will make gambling more pleasant and it will be easier because of that.

I cant fully understand the last part of your post, what do you mean by beta will be easier to win? Does it mean that players will get bigger chance to win during the beta? If so, how this beta affect your winning chance? Sorry but I dont understand at all, would you mind to explain it a little bit more?

I think the look of the beta is very interesting, it might make all the players better and more fun and, most importantly, the beta will be easier to win.

Havent really look much deeper yet at the beta site but, the old site look much more pleasing ( it could be just due to my eyes was much accustomed to the old site idk ) but the new beta site really shows professionalism for the site. It could be much better in the future though because this is just beta for now

I have always believed that there could be two different type of experiences with same place, doesn't have to mean the place is awesome or bad, it just happens that sometimes it changes. For example, you could have withdrawn without a problem and that would be definitely what is expected, another person could withdraw and face a problem because of any reason at all, so it could take longer, or you could face with a support that is very well trained and doing his job awesome, another person could face with someone who is recently hired.

There are obvious stuff of course, like questionable dice games, dice is provably fair thing, it is never questionable, it is either provably fair or not, which is technologically checked if you want and not just make up a guess about it.

That's my wish for years, they had an amazing poker game back in 2016 but suddenly they decided to stop it (maybe they had lack of users, I don't know exactly). When the price of bitcoin was lower I could understand the poloniex 0.0001 bitcoin, because it didn't worth anything at all. However that was back in the day, we need to scale, and what I mean is if bitcoin price reaches to 50k will we still have the same withdrawal fee? When price reaches 100k will the transaction fee be the same? A million dollars? There needs to be a scaling option in general. Hell the price seems to be high enough right now that we need to make it lower and lower.

Segwit helped a lot, LN will be amazing work, but in the end we need to adopt all of them very commonly so that we could make these transactions very cheap, if we do not start using segwit and lightning network very commonly, we are going to keep paying more for the fee.

Let's break it into pieces:

1. Extreme delayed withdrawals - as for now all my withdrawals from FortuneJack were INSTANT.

2. Poorly trained staff, understaff - two days ago, I had to contact FJ support, I got help via chat and everything took max 10 minutes.

3. Canceled sports betting - I can understand that during the corona crisis many sports events are canceled, so bets have to be canceled also, not much they can do about in my opinion.

4. questionable dice games - never heard about, do you have any solid proofs?

5. blocking affiliates - indeed something changed in the ToS regarding players and affiliates, but nobody is blocking anybody, still one can be FJ affiliate if wish to, additionally, every company can choose                                   their affiliate politics and change or even stop it at any time.
