For the IP, some internet providers using an IP Static from their service.
In my case, I use tor for logging in my FJu account. So obviously they are not receiving my real IP. I prefer it for privacy only.

Sometimes your IP will be changed every 1 hour, a couple of times or went you on a different area. All my provider internet in my country most of them using IP Static, so probably i can't really get the same IP with yesterday except for WIFI. But its kinda weird went the "holding fund" trigger on the different address too, if they triger with the IP could be normal.

I played the HI-LO dice game yesterday, and I have to say, I like the odds.
Had about 500 rolls, and I gotta say I'm 20% in profit.
LoL  Grin Grin Well done on your bet  Wink Certainly it is your luck, I used to be a big fan of this game, but the results I got were not very satisfactory, especially when I made a lot of bets. The one thing I have noticed in general is that as the number of bets increases, the odds of winning gradually decrease, it is almost equal, and then, I am at a loss due to the cost. But when I did the opposite, with fewer bets, the profit I earned was not much  Roll Eyes sometimes at a loss, LoL
Well, that is gambling in short for you, one person who is happy with the results and saying he is about 20% in profit, another saying he didn't really felt lucky with the results. That is literally what happens in a casino, some people may end up winning (in the short term) and some people lose, that is how it all works, its a luck based thing and sometimes you get lucky and win a lot and sometimes you get unlucky and you lose a lot.

It is not even about the game at all, this could be any game at all and you could potentially still be very lucky or unlucky, irrelevant to the game.

I personally switched to playing PVP games more like, sportsbook is not actually fully PVP but the odds are decided on which team is wagered most so it is a bit PVP that is decided based on others wagers as well, and other stuff like poker, there at least you are not just lucky or unlucky but also need to be skilled as well.

We need to understand that bookies sometimes do these sorts of checks just to ensure that our money is safe.
Exactly! I had the same thing happen to me a few months back. My home IP address changed and since I use a new receiving address for all my withdrawals I guess it triggered some cautionary alarms on their end. I checked my email, noticed the message from FJ, confirmed it was me, and my funds were released within minutes.

When it comes to FortuneJack, you have nothing to worry about as long as everything you do is legit. They will inspect anything they think is suspicious and they have the right to do so.

@baodo159 this is not the first time they’re investigating someone’s withdrawal and it won’t be the last time too, and for what’s it worth I feel they’re completely justified to do it, as they’re running a legit business but few people try to take advantage of their business, and to protect themselves they need to do such checks. Also if you’re innocent just wait your funds will be released to you, just give them some more time to respond to you.
What is the update of the case?

Other day I was going through a delay in withdrawal. I usually get the funds in my address within half an hour once I order a withdrawal but other day even after few hours I did not see the balance, I was not worried of-course. The next day I was curious and just checked my email account and found that they sent me an email asking if this is really me because I was using a different BTC address and IP and after responding to the email they immediately released the fund.

We need to understand that bookies sometimes do these sorts of checks just to ensure that our money is safe.

A month ago FJ posted a link to an article on Yahoo Finance where the FJ CEO stated that there was an increase in new users. I think it's safe to say that, with the lack sporting events and the 'stay-at-home' orders enforced in almost every corner of the planet, dice and casino games have indeed seen an influx of new users...But maybe FJ can confirm it in another post (:

I think it's got to be the case everywhere that's doing something to promote online activity, especially in Sportsbooks. Saw a couple more other articles talking about all the sports bookies. And when you think about the NEW sports and games (marbles? damn) now entering into sportsbooks, you know we're getting new communities in here.

Industry's probably hurting now but once everything resumes, they'll have a bigger userbase. Might turn out to be a good thing!
If I am not wrong almost all physical casinos do have some sort of online website as well, nowadays it is not really all that interesting to build one and it is not difficult as well so I am sure either they have one already anyway or they might get one done pretty quickly with all the readymade versions of casinos.

So, they are not totally gone neither, they are still making some money. The difference is the fact that online ones were online long before and got marketing done and getting all the gamblers whereas the physical ones might have online but not promoted it so much so far and they still have to pay for the costs of the physical version as well.

I suppose these places all have made so much money that they could basically handle few months of not making any money, or they would simply fire some workers and send some to unpaid leave so they could continue to make profit off others misery like they always do.

Guys, you should be very cautious with this bookie as they can cancel any sport wager. I made pre-live bet (10min before game starts). They offered me 1.95 odds vs 2.25 original ones, i accepted it and btc were deducted from my account. But after 5min they just canceled my wager like nothing happened. Sadly i noticed it too late, when my bet almost won. Their support was useless "Please be informed that when you were placing bet, odd was changed, you could accept changed odd, but we see that you did not accept. That's why bet was rejected."

Also let's not forget that we are not in normal times right now, we are literally in a pandemic that is keeping us all at home, which means many companies literally stopped working and they have been at home just waiting for this to be over to go back to working again.

Many others are working from homes for example I assume fortunejack is one of them as well, which means things are not as easy as it is when you are working at the offices, which is why this could take more than it usually does, not because of any major problem but because everyone is at home and that makes things harder. I am sure whatever the reason behind this is, it will be fixed and there will be a response that explains why it was so late as well. Be patient and just let them do their work and you will get your answers for sure.

@baodo159, Clearly they are doing some investigations of your account and if everything is fine then they will approve the withdrawal. Would not be nice to co-operate? You have to understand they do all the security checks and stuffs to keep our money safe.
Yes two days gone but it does not harm to give them some extra hours or a day.
LoL, the way you talk just like them. Are you their employes?? When it come to cash-out which is mean you are asking for the money it should be there when they stated all withdrawal are instantly and some could go under security review for 24 hours max. There are no any reason that I have to wait more than that? I did not use any bonus, just deposited and played then won. You have to put yourself in my own shoes to understand it buddy.
Goodluck and don't being like me when it happened to you.!!!

We understand that you are frustrated on how the events turn on your side but the best thing to do is to chill out mate if you didn't violate any of their terms then your withdrawals will be processed on the said timeline maybe they just found something suspicious that's why they do a sort of investigation on your account. But if you think the timeline is long enough for you to wait maybe its best to contact them again to follow up your issue.

Look they are around here from long time and has very good reputation so far. I do not think for 0.2 BTC they are going to risk their reputation.  If they have standard procedure to follow then they will follow and asking 2 days is not that long to wait. If you have not done anything wrong then just calm down, your money will be in your wallet if everything is fine.

Furthermore, you can contact FortuneJack, PM him. Possibly this will accelerate the process.

@baodo159 this is not the first time they’re investigating someone’s withdrawal and it won’t be the last time too, and for what’s it worth I feel they’re completely justified to do it, as they’re running a legit business but few people try to take advantage of their business, and to protect themselves they need to do such checks. Obeying the rules applied by the government in deciding the spread of the virus is the most recommended thing for every gambler. Limiting visits to physical casinos is an attempt that gambling addicts must take to avoid viruses. So its only natural that gambling addicts will switch to online casinos during the locked period.

There is something more important than money in my opinion and that is physical and mental health for everyone including those who are addicted to gambling. Prioritize health and avoid crowds like physical casinos and play online if you really cant control your desire not to gamble.

I have always hated those rules yet I never needed anything against it neither so I never talked about it to someone but maybe we should talk about it for people who need it gone, if we do not help others, there won't be others to help us when the time comes for us to need help.
Okay, I understand that you don't like those rules, but what the hell are you saying? I don't see any association between the rules I mentioned and what you're talking about, what help is there, huh?
Why would you need deposits to be gambled? I mean a person has just sent you some money, and he really wants it back, he just decided he will not gamble, why would you force them to gamble? There is no reason for it neither, I mean we are talking about no cost to Fortunejack neither, simple deposit to withdraw doesn't really do anything to Fortunejack at all, as soon as you start asking for people to gamble by force without even giving them anything, that is a bit like being a bully. I am leaving the bonus things aside from this, those do require rollover and makes sense.
What is that? Any drug you are smoking currently, please let me know so I can buy and consider its effects. I can't understand what you're trying to describe unless I'm high with you  Tongue Damned  Roll Eyes I only talk about SPECIAL BONUS terms and conditions, you can accept it, you can also ignore it, it's up to your decision, advantages or disadvantages also come from your decision. For sure, the players have increased on online gambling sites because people cannot access and go to the physical casino these days. Almost every trusted gambling site would have got new users registered but those who offer more benefits like initial deposit bonus or signup bonus, people will be more attractive towards them. Maybe that's one reason why fortunejack is offering special bonus too.

Hi Smiley iv'e made a deposit on fj ,  but i didn't apply  for Bonus  , it's for  " SPECIAL BONUS: 130% UP TO 1 BTC BONUS +50 FREE SPINS " ,  since i saw 40x wagering , which it's really hard to make 40x lol also i'm curious if there is requirement wagering to withdraw ?  like if i can withdraw my money without betting ?
Of course you cannot  Wink The bonus for your deposit is always accompanied by certain terms and rules. I have not read it, but usually, different casinos have the same rules. You will be limited to a number of bets or a amount of money that has been bet to be able to withdraw. Therefore, this bonus seems to be detrimental to those who want to bet and leave quickly. For example, if you register this bonus, then you win $ 100 on the first 10 bets, and you want to withdraw money, but you cannot, because their terms require you to place a minimum bet 20 times to withdraw money. It would be disadvantageous in these cases  Wink

If you do not want to gamble, why would you send your money to the gambling site ?  Or why will you give your friend your fortune Jack site BTC address where he send the deposit. If you do not intend to gamble, don't send money to those gambling sites.

well, they said they need the game provider confirmed my win, and please read all the topic. I have requested "3 days ago" which is not fall on weekend or holidays.

You are been consistently advised by many senior players and members here that be patient and your case will be processed. There may be some complexity in your case and they may be investigating it. ( I hope you do not have multi accounts at FJ). If everything is cleared, you will be paid 0.2 BTC.   Smiley
