LoL, the way you talk just like them. Are you their employes?? When it come to cash-out which is mean you are asking for the money it should be there when they stated all withdrawal are instantly and some could go under security review for 24 hours max. @baodo159, Clearly they are doing some investigations of your account and if everything is fine then they will approve the withdrawal. Would not be nice to co-operate? You have to understand they do all the security checks and stuffs to keep our money safe.

Since I think you already sent a message about your concern in their support, as you said in your previous about "confirm from the provider about your games", so this could be the problem that's why you got that problem since @wwzsocki said, he/she got no problem at all for withdrawing.

Sorry about that. I don't see any minor reason they would just hold back the cash or just "go to work and sit there" as you stated. It's their reputation at stake. Do you think they would risk intentionally holding your 0.2 BTC for the reputation they have built for years?
