but can you tell me what harm can be caused if he multi accounted ? he used your first deposit bonus as he mentioned but it's not like he will be making money from it
the bonus is -EV and if someone used it for hundreds of times he will still be losing money , I really can't see any harm done by this player unless there is something missing that he is not telling ?

It is EV- but the players tend to take advantage of the bonuses with many accounts so as to abuse that high multipliers on their dice - an example. So the number of time they could bet increases and thus they do have a higher chance of hitting it. When (

but how is this considered abusing ? how can you abuse something that you can't profit from ? if players keep "abusing" this way , FJ will just get richer and that doesn't look like an abuse to me

I see what SyGambler means, someone with a good amount of money can just make new accounts with the bonus over and over; each time increasing the bet when he/she gets into bonus funds. At a certain point they can get luck with a high bet and win.
It would take a lot of money but I see how it can be abused. However I only made this one account and got lucky only because I went apeshit stupid because I thought the bonus was incredibly hard to play over. But I did it.
I won. You have no idea how I literally jumped around and how I felt. I was beyond ecstatic. I got the email saying they would need to do a security check and I understood, I won big. They need to protect themselves but I did no wrong so I wasn't worried. I posted here because I was excited and wanted others to know that its a freaking awesome casino.
Then they didnt respond for days nor here. Then I finally got an email saying I was getting screwed over and not getting what I won because they claimed I was multiaccounting to abuse bonuses when I did no such thing.
I emailed back and they never responded, NOT ONCE.
Finally, the OP responded and said he would take care of it. Instead he posts saying we discussed it several times that I abused their bonus/multiaccounted when they never once responded to my emails.
Now the OP wont even help/acknowledge me and email support still has not responded. I was honestly feeling like I won the lottery (albeit not millions) and was feeling outrageously joyful. Then it went into paranoia. OP responds saying they would clear this up and I went back to the hype.
Then he comes back with a lie and I honestly went into a deepened depression and was filled with anger.
@OP How can you say we discussed anything several times when you guys NEVER responded other then the time you replied saying you would clear this up?
As I said in my email, I LITERALLY started looking forward to tomorrow over and over after coming home from work. Hoping that the withdrawal was finally in.

I started looking to see what the F*** I can do to get my winnings. I cant find much other than more people getting ripped over the same things and others you actually fixed.
