To all: this scammer makes scam accusations with no reliable evidence, but when it comes to the casino that he promotes hard here and there, he instantly tells people that there should be reliable evidence. I was not worrying it too much as I have no reasons to worry about withdrawals in fortunejack as I have never experienced any significant issues. Just wondering why my withdrawals needs security check while I did not use new address, as per my experience is that security check is done when I change withdrawal address only. So it is a bit strange for me. Anyway I received my all withdrawals after some hours.

I am here to report the massive scam fortunejack can be, over the last 3 days I have been trying to get money back from a bet which I won, but was somehow canceled and refunded.

I will make it clear, I have done a bet on lightning roulette, the bet was accepted, the number rolled and it hit one of my numbers, after hitting this number I get a message on the screen saying my bet was not made in time, and I didnt get my winnings. Contacting costumer support on www.fortunejack.com made me sick since they have preset replys and you will get mad over it, I have sent over 10 tickets some of them somehow got  closed without even a reply and closed in a bunch of minutes.

FortuneJack itself admitted not to know the reason why my bet was canceled and refunded, and kept ignoring me.

Adding to this I have proof of everything I just said here, and I imagine that it must have been recorded somewhere the lightning roulette session or even recorded by fortunejack itself, many people where having this issue on the time frame I got mine.

And now the final thing, I did not got this error only once, but twice, I got it once and I contacted live support and while talking with live support it happened again and still they couldnt do anything about it has they say they dont find anything wrong with my bets.

Please pay back what you owe me, we are real people risking our real money, casinos are so quick taking our money but cant solve simple issues

What are you trying to say exactly? Are saying that FJ d not have our history data if we ask them to give us? And btw what is the used of these datas if you already past most of the bets that you made? I am sure they are willing to give it to you and evem if they do not give it, there is history about your last bet on the site so you can go there and check whether the site is provably fair or not. No need to ask for more data to prove that they are right

A player doesn't have a "right" for their betting history ? What type of world do you live in, you can ask for it, they can share it but in no manner it is a "right". Do you know what a right is ? "Having rights" are usually either imposed with a law (have the right to carry a gun, having a right to vote etc etc) and those are "rights" for a person (changes from country to country and from law to law), in no way or shape anyone has a "right" to know their betting history, it makes no sense.

It is a privilege that if you ask for your betting history they would share anything more than your latest bet, its common sense that they share at least 2000 of them because they want to be competitive and do not want you to go to another website, but if they were to deny you to get even the last 50 bets they could if they wanted to, they just expand that to 2000 to keep you there that is all.

Having a "right" to get all of your betting history should be in the law in order to be a "right" and I bet there is absolutely NO laws requiring casinos to share that information at all. Do not mistake "moral rights" with having a right, it is your own moral compass that suggest "it should be available because its the right thing to do" and even if you are correct that doesn't make it a right, it just makes it a decent thing to do.

Withdrawal seems to be delayed, it is a bit strange imho because my current (2 withdrawals) is less(not even a half) than what I made few days back. Fortunejack doesn't have to give him anything, that is not their responsibility, why would fortunejack take in more responsibility for something a gambler wants to do. If you want to prove a casino is rigged instead of blaming the casino for not providing data, go out there and collect it yourself. When you gamble with your money you get the result back don't you? You either lose it or win more and that is your result. Well, do that a million times and give us the report.

Believe me when I say this no casino would even attempt to scam their customers in this rigged way because saying "we got hacked" and taking all the money customers have and leaving is faster anyway so why would they risk getting caught over few measly coins.

If the blamer wants to prove me and fortunejack wrong, just go out there and instead of asking anything from fortunejack and putting the workload on them, calculate it yourself. Because 2000 is no different than playing 10 games and making assumptions in my eye and wouldn't believe anything under 1 million bets.

The man said FJ would NOT give him his complete history but only 2000. So based on the 2000 he was able to obtain its shows that the game is indeed rigged.

It is insane that people think just 2000 bets would somehow "show the real odds in fortunejack" while not realizing there is a luck chance involved in shorter amount of bets so you would need to play thousands of hands to make it possible to determine the reality, maybe even a million.

You can't just gamble 2 thousand times and expect that everything will be exactly the same, there are tough luck times and there are lucky times, its all about the timing, if you want the house edge to get into affect you would have to look at so much more bets that in the end you should be tired even if its autobet. Companies with high cpu power do auto betting for hundreds of millions of times in order to determine if a casino is legit or not for white hack security purposes, your 2 thousand is funny compared to that.

I believe withdrawal still can be made without phone verification. Imho, the phone verification applies for their promotion only as it is a way to avoid abuse especially promotions which good for players (+EV). Regarding withdrawal, we need to verify email in case when we change address only IIRC. If we use the same address as usual then the withdrawal will be sent without email verification.
