Yeah, but that is about it, they have been vetting the withdrawals like crazy and they are still a bit behind but when it comes to games you do not see any problems. So, you can say while playing (and of course also while depositing) fortunejack is by far one of the best out there, it certainly can be ranked top three according to most people who have gambled all over the crypto gambling space, that is why I am confident that they have been this good this long.

The only problem is they do vet the withdrawals more carefully than any other place, probably had some problems before and they do not want to have those type of problems again so they took it by hand and they check it and that is why its one of the slowest out there, not for any bad reason though so if its late you can be certain as long as you did nothing wrong it will come.

Yeah. A few weeks ago I withdraw around 2 BTC and I only waited for a few hours. But this time they said there was a problem with game logs which caused a delay in game history.
It's been 3 days waiting, they still give me the same reason. But I check my game history and there are no problems at all. Game history shows my last game.

Don't know what to do. Can only wait and post here.

I did it already since a week ago IIRC as I do not want to miss it but too bad there is no ways to edit/revise the prediction as there is a bit misleading thing in the Jackmate. Every time I request a withdrawal, they will always delay my withdrawal for the standard security check. My highest withdrawal requests between 0.3 - 0.5 BTC.

That's the real difference I mean fortunejack could be one of the most known casinos out there in the history of bitcoin (I am not even talking about just today, it has always been like this) and what sets fortunejack and others on their level apart from smaller or worse casinos is that you never hear a bad beat about them at all, anything that is remotely even questioned is usually helped and fixed by the support so quickly you never even realize it happens.

What other places have in issues is that you reach to support guys and they do not help in proper time and you write it everywhere online and than they help you, here on fortunejack if there is ever any problem at all the support helps so quickly that only that person knows and we never hear about it, they are amazing like that.

Hey normally all casinos I know have instant deposits and instant withdrawals in place, as gamblers only prefer to play if both are available. However in certain cases it does happen that withdrawals can’t be instant, those cases are where the gambler has won a huge amount, and the casino needs to do KYC for their safety. Also i feel when you play at a reputable casino like FJ you know you’ll be paid, it may get delayed for a bit but since they have build their brand I would wait and trust them.
