Indeed the luckyjack is good promo already but I think most players are boring with it especially those who do not win after trying for months everyday. A new kind of promo would be good IMO.

If you click the lucky button everyday then you are able to see all the winners list because you will always get notifcation email on every round that you tried the luckyjack promo. Someone has confirmed that he won this promo several times, while many others are not lucky enough to win even once including me

About your question to support, you can ask it here so David may answer your question but seems that he will not be here because of IRL stuff as he inform us on the slack channel. So maybe he will be back tomorrow.

It is just a matter of time to get used to the user interface of FortuneJack. If you came from another betting site chances are you are not yet comfortable seeing the website and how it goes. For my personal experience it only took me about 3 days of use to know all the websites parts and functions, plus if you are having a hard time understanding the site you have the option to ask for assistance with their live support which you will fins at the bottom right corner of the website.
